The only thing about is good is the 1 dollar drinks.

Constantly the credit cards need to be reset. Im done trying to get gas there in the morning. People are trying to get to work, an ounce of consistency would be nice! Get it together! You just lost another customer!

I’ve been waiting for so long to go see my family in ky! The virus has been going strong for a while now .we finally got the chance to go visit ! Money has been hard for everyone due to jobs being shut down!we pulled into to Luke’s as two lady’s that worked there was given 10 in gas for a blessed day ! Amazing ;)

Apparently if you come at 9:50pm you cant get anything........even though the door clearly says they close at 10 pm

10/15/2020 @01:35PMWhen I entered the gas station none of the 3 employees had masks on.One employee was on the floor stocking shelves, another behind the counter and another in the kitchen if thats what it is in the back.Even behind the plexiglass you need a mask because you are grabbing my stuff to scan it. Meamwhile you are getting saliva droplets all over the can of soda Ill be drinking from.If your goal is to infect as many people as possible this is how youd do it.

BEST GAS STATION IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF INDIANA !!! ALWAYS CLEAN. GREAT STAFF. THE TALL GUY WITH A BEARD AND GLASSES WAS THE BEST STAFF MEMBER THERE. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER GAS STATION. FUEL PRICES ARE A TAD HIGH BUT THE CONVENIENCE STORE IS WORTH THE TRIP ALONE !

I was yelled at by an employee at 5pm today because I am disabled and have a service dog. I was screamed at from across the store to get that dog out of there in front of multiple customers and employees. I told her to stop yelling at me and that its a service dog and then she told me to leave the store after correcting her. I said can I please just get my stuff and go. She proceeds to ring me out and starts harassing me yet again regarding my service dog as shes ringing me out telling me to pick it up next time! I have called corprate and hr as well to report her harassment. In this day and age employees should be trained to not harass and embarrass disabled persons with service dogs! He is clearly tagged. I cant believe this happened to me today.

This is the worst gas station Ever there’s only 3 pumps working out of about 12 on a regular basis the lines are are always ridiculously long and when one of the 2 ppl aren’t working on the register when there is a line they don’t bother to help to jump on a register to get things moving to get ppl out. Ridiculous I would give no stars if possible

Credit cards on gas pumps don’t work and the staff here work even less. So frustrated with poor customer service I just left and went to another gas station.

Have to go in and prepay - cant use credit card at pump. Area too busy — dont stop here for gas!

I over paid n they did not tell me I cant even call them the phone number is not listed . If I get my 20 dollars back today from the new trainee would be amazing.

The marquis in front of the building stated a $5 car wash in combination with a 10 cent per gallon fuel savings. I Pulled into the pump around 7:55pm. Like the time realy maters any way.....After paying at the pump for gas & carwash. I proceeded to the car wash bay door, only to find it was closed and locked.After surveying the situation for a moment looking for signage or a clue. I scratching my head there was nothing at all .....eventuly An employee popped her head out of a side door, and told us they close at 8:00pm. I looked at my watch to fined it was 8:06pm. She said we need to come back tomorrow. I replied i dont live here. The girl shrugged her shoulders said she was sorrry and closed the door.Sooooo,needless to say,I went in for a refund .After waiting in a very long line.I eventually got my refund of $3.36.What happened to the $5 buck carwash you ask?Well of course you dont get the gas discount without the car wash and you cant get a carwash if there closed. Not to mention we noticed the gas prices down the raod, were an average of 20 cents a gallon less even without paying for a car wash.Why must everything in this country of ours be attached to some sort of miss direction, scam or scheme ? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAS STATION.

Car wash cash only. No prices listed anywhere. Just pay the guy outside in cash.

BEWARE - YOU MAY BE CHARGED FOR GAS YOU DONT PUMP. This is the first review I have ever posted online about a business, this should give you some indication for how unhappy I am with this gas station. I visited the Luke Oil BP station in Merrillville on 8/31/2013 and used my credit card for the transaction. After entering the card the machines froze, not just my pump but every pump at the station. I know this because my wife had also stopped to fill up her car and had the same issue, as did others at the time who I talked to. I tried canceling the transaction but when I hit the cancel button nothing happened. It sat at the screen reading wait a moment for about 5 minutes before I finally gave up and left the station (as did the 5-6 other cars who also experienced the same system malfunction). Upon checking my credit card records the next day, it appears that both my wife and my card were charged for gas that we obviously did not pump. I approached my credit card company about the fraudulent transaction and they were unable to remove the charges because the gas station claimed that there was nothing wrong with the system and that we must have pumped the gas since we inserted our credit card. Left with nothing left to do I can only pay for someone elses free gas out of the kindness of my heart and never go to this gas station again.

Just left Luke Oil on Mississippi St...emptied handed as the clerk behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. Who ever she is that works this early afternoon shift on 2/20/18 needs to GO!!!!!
