The manager was VERY rude!! I used my debit card to pay for gas and they took an additional $75.00 from my checking account and she stated “the bank” took the money?!?! Please do not go there!! Very unprofessional and are thieves!😡

September 11 2020 730 pm. We stopped for gas and as we were standing in line there was a gentleman in front of us not wearing a mask i asked the clerk why is he allowed in the store wirh no mask?? The clerk who was a guy said to me our corporate office told us not to argue with customers who wont wear one... Well speedway corporate, you are the exact reason why covid 19 isnt going away any time soon. Shame on you for allowing people to not wear a mask when the state of indiana has made masks mandatory!. I wont be giving you any of my business anymore becuz of this...

Stole my money. I put $30 on a tank and gave a 100, only got $50 back. When I noticed and called, they said I can come back to get my proper change. Went back and refused to give me my money, saying they never said they’d give me the 20 on the phone. Horrible service, rude people. Don’t get me started on the potholes. Don’t go here.

They have obnoxiously loud tv ads blaring on all the pumps! Theres no way to turn it off so youre forced to sit and listen to ads while you pump.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Manager wanted to argue with me over a 6 dollar car wash. Just print me another code & we are good but basically acted like I was a thief. YOU WILL NOT TREAT ME LIKE THAT & I WILL NEVER BE BACK?

10/3/18Have to put 1 star to write a review......Wanted to exchange propane tank. I was told the keys were lost😂🤔🙄. The GM misplaced them I was told. Always a line at least 5-7 deep.

Called to ask a question didn’t answer the first time so I called a nother speedway. Other one they were very nice and answered all my questions. I called back someone answered. I asked my question and they hung up. So I called back and asked again and they said no which for a fact I know they sell I just wanted to know the price. When I asked and they said no they hung up again.

Talk about “we don’t care about you” customer service. Every time I come in here...bad attitudes. This one needs to clean house and train new staff! Always a bad experience!

The manager Patrice is so rude and unprofessional towards customers. She is so ghetto and her attitude is terrible and totally unnecessary.
