They have items you buy. You dont use it you see you have the wrong item. You take it back to the store with all the tags intact with the receipt also. They will not accept it back. You will not get a refund or exchange. Be careful what you buy there. Because of that I am very careful what I buy there. Also if I think they wont honor it as a return or exchange. I leave it in the store.

Love this store good prices. Help if you need it.clean. found baby wipes when other stores were out. Some times not enough cashiers but other wise good service. Wish fitting one was open, sometimes they werent doing returns during the virus. Some clothes run small for the size and it was hard to judge if it would fit.

Decent little store with some nice selections. You can find some nice things for home decor such as pictures, rugs etc. The quality is not the best but for the price of some items, its definitely worth it. They also sell clothes, school and work uniforms, and shoes. You can also get 10% off your first purchase if you text a code to your phone. They have the codes in the store but they are one time use only.

Subpar merchandise with a rude manager. One older African American lady helped me pick out a slip back in October for my deceased moms funeral. She was really nice. Otherwise I on my other 2 experiences the manager appeared to be rushed and agitated at my presence there when I needed her help. I drove from valpo to catch a great deal but, it comes with an attitude.

When I arrived it was 9:58 I waited until about 5 after they still had not opened the doors. Citi Trends opened so I went next door. I did end up back at Shoppers world an ultimately purchased there, but they almost lost a sale due to lateness.

I found some nice blouses for my daughters however there was only one register open and the wait was long!

This was my first time in this store. It has a lot of clothes especially for woman. There is a other sections including babies, bedding, cookware and toys. These sections are tiny. If youre to come here come early because once something is sold out its gone!
