Went with my son and future daughter in law to look at rings. She picked out some very pretty rings. The sales lady was very helpful and personable.
As sad as it is for a store to close, Im actually grateful that the River Oaks location closed. The people at River Oaks were rude and made me not want to even go in for my regular cleaning and inspections.The people at the Southlake location are so nice, even when they are swamped on the weekends. I have never had anything less than a great visit. I also appreciated Kays concern for my safety by allowing me to skip the required 6 month cleaning and inspection during the first months of COVID.In late August, my bracelet fell down the drain and was quite dirty when I got it out. I was so afraid that it had been ruined beyond repair but thankfully, the nice lady at the store was calm enough for the both of us. As it turns out, it wasnt damaged, just very dirty.Especially in times like this, such a small measure of concern and calm really helps. Every Kiss begins with Kay :)
I stopped at every jewelry store in the mall today and chose to return to Kay Jewelers. The staff was wonderful and Renee took excellent care of me sane assisted with my purchase decision. Doug and the other lady were also friendly and helped me have a great shopping experience. They have an excellent selection that can fit everyones price range. I would return without hesitation and save time dinner I wont have to visit all the stores again.

All I can say is Dynamic!!! Those ladies in there are Absolutely Fantastic. Ive never seen customer service so great. They went above and beyond to find a necklace my wife really wanted. It was so Amazing how Dedicated and Determined they were to make my wife happy. The necklace wasnt thousand of dollars, as a matter of fact is was on clearance and discontinued but they Literally searched around the country until they found it. Not only to mention it was 5 minutes before closing. I recommend anyone and Everyone to Patronize their store, you will not be disappointed. What a Great Asset you all are to your Company. I owe you all a Steak Sandwich, LOL. ( Food came up in our conversation) Thank You!!! Thank You!!!

They dont value their long time (25yrs) repeat customers. I asked to have a slightly out of round ring repaired and cleaned, and it was going to cost as much as the ring is worth. They also promised to clean the ring even though I chose not to have them repair it. But it wasnt clean when I picked it up. So I will no longer being doing business there.
Jewelery will not appraise for even half of asking price. Diamonds are not of good quality. Hated it

My husband and I was in store on Saturday 1/25/20 Jayma was very polite from the time my husband and i entered the store she immediately acknowledged us my husband was shopping for a wider wedding bandfor himself and a bridal set for me.Jayma was very very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for and she showed us many different wedding bands and bridal sets for us to choose from she was very patient with us while we shopped for what we were looking for she even cleaned my husbands necklace which really needed cleaning my husband and i will most definitely continue to shop with her and hopefully send her some new customersalong the way Jayma is very sweet professional lady who loves to do her job and do it very well

Great service. Brought in my rings and necklace a few times and they always have my pieces back to me faster than stated. The lady (cant remember her name or see it on receipt, longish blonde hair and so welcoming and nice, i believe shes the manager) helped us the past two times, she let me know my anniversary band was WAY too big. Got me resized and the next day day i came back to get my wedding band resized. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond for us. Thank you!
The CS was awesome and JESSICA helped us tremendously, especially with us choosing engaged rings.. Very worth the visit especially being from South Carolina, they were very welcoming !!!
If I could give this location 0 stars-I would. When I initially entered the store I was not greeted. I stood around for minutes without even being acknowledged. When I did approach a worker... I was told rudely to give her a minute. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. Horrible store with horrible workers.
These people that work there really treat their customers with care. We didn’t have a lot of money to spend but we’re still treated well and found something that was perfect. Cant recommend enough.

Walked right by us and said discount jewelry is located over there. Went to wait on a gentleman that walked in behind us in a suit. Would give a 0 rating. Never going back! Sticking to local jewelers.
I wish I could give zero stars. I went in to get sized for a ring and she asked what size I thought. I clearly dont know, thats why Im there. So I guessed a 6 because thats what I was at another store. She shoved the 6 on my finger and then couldnt get it off so I had to. When I was struggling I looked at her and shes said thats what you said you thought you were with a smug look on her face. She then did not try any other size on and said your either a 6.5 or 7 and left. So I was not even given a definite size, which was the reason for me going in. I am incredibly disappointed in the service I received and will no longer be using Kay as my jeweler.
The customer service as this store is horrible. We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Kay and I have gone in ever 6 months for inspections. Well one of my diamonds fell out of my engagement ring so I took it in to get fixed. We walked in and walked up to one of the workers who asked if she could help us. I said that one of my diamonds fell out, she rolled her eyes and told us to go up to the counter. She asked if I kept up on my inspections I told her yes I have. She stated that in the system it shows I havent gotten an inspection done since September of 2016, when I had just took it in back in March of 2017. I told her that we took it in in March at the Bourbonnais location. She asked if I had my paperwork I told her no I dont know where it is weve moved and everything else since then it should be in your system. She said its not in our system so you would have to pay for it. Then the manager came over and stated maybe they put the inspection under the wrong item ( since we have purchased other item through them) then she walked away and never looked. So we left and called the Kay in Bourbonnais where the lady stated well if you come in and dont tell us its for an inspection then its not our fault if we didnt enter. Which then we stated it was entered into the computer. She looked And found it under another item and told us to have Merrillville call her. We walked back Into Merrillville and stated that Bourbonnais found it and the girl rolled her eyes at us yet again, called the store, asked a manager is that was ok and then said thats fine and would send it off and wouldnt be back till July 7th! So we left then later that evening we decided to just go back and get the rings since from everyone we talked to you they swap diamonds out of the rings. When we went back in to get the ring and we told them why we were taking it they didnt deny that they swap diamonds out they just said yea I understand. We then took the ring over to Jarred, where the customer service was outstanding! Kay is a horrible company. Horrible customer service. Will never be going back to them again!
