I had the pleasure of meeting Toni Snyder-Clinewhen I was issued my new C-pap equipment. (My previous C-pap equipment was old & replacement parts were no longer available).My new equipment is completely “state of art”.I am not computer savvy. Life DME is a great company to deal with and the respiratory therapist Toni set my cpap up and is always helpful with questions and ordering my supplies. Have several friends that use Life DME as their provider and go through Toni for set ups and supplies and are also happy .

Staff is very professional and helpful. Even when other providers service my equipment Life DME will troubleshoot and take time if needed to discuss my therapy.

Monday I picked up my CPAP machine and at 78 years old I wasnt looking forward to sleeping with a CPAP mask on. Emily RRT, for DME, set up my machine and adjusted my mask. I have been with LifeDME for 6 years they have always treated me with kindness and will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Once I went on a trip and Jamina made sure I had what I needed to get on my flight. Deliver is without an issue thanks Shelly and Joe. Weekly I call in my needs and Jillian is the kindness most professional with that personal touch making sure I have my tanks cannulas and when my delivery will be coming. Highly recommend for your Oxygen and Asthma needs. Jillian knew I need a nebulizer machine and took care of all the insurance paperwork. Service with a smile on the phone. Obstinant customer service. If you were selling a product that required you to replace a filter every two weeks, wouldnt you make it a point to get those supplies out to your customers? They refuse to mail me air filters for my CPAP machine because they cost more than the postage. Upon my suggestion that they can charge me the postage or I could order enough filters to make it worthwhile, the idea was shot down and now I have to go there in person during the stay-at-home order. I just dont get what the problem is. They already have my address and billing information.

They are all smiles when you get the equipment. But if there’s an issue or you need something it’s a totally different experience. Once you sign it’s over! They got you! It’s classic bait and switch.

One star only because I couldnt leave a Zero. Horrible customer service. I tried for weeks to get a Cpap machine from them. They never returned a call, I had to do all of the chasing with no success. In the end, they claimed that Medicare said I had to have another Sleep study even though I had on nine months ago. A forty five minute conversation with Medicare proved I didnt. Worse experience and I wouldnt recommend them to my worse friend,

Terrible!! Back and forth phone tag. Dont follow up with what they say they will do.
