Absolute horrible customer service . Evidently FedEx DOES NOT have a mechanism to refuse a package. Even if they are 16 days late in delivering it . I explained to the manager all this as well as told l her the seller has issued a full refund & expects package back to which she tells me “ i cant reintroduce it to the system, so just keep it”. I again explain that I dont want it and that its really not her decision to make . She says, “ oh yes it is” . I did the only thing could. I just left the package there and told the seller about the wonderful treatment I got from FedEx
The driver left a sorry We missed you sleep on the door. However the slip was incomplete, they did not state rather they would be making a second attempt, too pick it up etc. I called this location and they transferred me too Customer service. I was told the door tag is incorrect. Now my damn package is just where! Lost? They need better drivers. This item was hipped from UK, so I have to wait until they contact me!
Me and my husband have went to the FedEx in Merrillville numerous times in the recent past and the staff is always friendly and helpful but this particular time we went to use the computer, print, scan and email documents, A representative by the name of Kermit went over and beyond to assist us. It was a very time consuming process. Not to mention close to closing hr. He was extremely patient, attentive and knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process and not once did he show any signs that he was becoming disgruntle. Meanwhile Debbie (who I believe is the manager) was helping by doing whatever task Kermit would be doing at that time of the evening. We were beyond pleased. Thank you
Drove 30 min to use the big copier/scanner which no one was using..had to run to the car (less the 10sec) to get flashdrive.. employee asked if they could jump in and print something..me: sure, waiting waiting waiting waiting.because those printers, print slow.15 min later Im thinking so you all are printing and taking care of a customer who isnt here verses the customer that standing here..I left..didnt patronizeTerrible customer service
Lady at this location name Sherry was extremely rude and lied to me, explaining that i cannot ship packages over 70 lbs, i have shipped items of the same weight before with other associates at this same location. Inconvenient and rude!!!
Three times this year already I have had to drive back to the store because they only gave me part of my shipment. One time, I see that as a mistake. Twice in the same week I consider negligence. Then several weeks later it happens again. The customers should not have to babysit the FedEx employees to assure they are doing their job correctly. I blame the manager for poor training and allowing a relaxed work environment to the point where its acceptable for the employees to collect a paycheck for making repeat mistakes and all they say is sorry. The manager of this location (Don) should be ashamed to cash his paycheck. He should donate his next check to a worthwhile charity because the day when the paying customers have to ask the employees to double check their work is the day any manager or supervisor should find other more suitable employment. I plan to contact the franchisee owner to alert them that manager Don is not serious about doing his job, and this location is in serious need of competent managers. There are a lot of unemployed people in Lake County and the employees at this FedEx location are too relaxed to care about the service they provide and act like they are entitled to a free paycheck for just showing up. I have brought this matter to their attention before and nothing gets resolved. Don needs a hobby rather than a job, in my opinion.
I had to print an 11 × 14 jpg file and the employee was so helpful. He offered great suggestions and was able to quickly and easily help me accomplish my task. The final picture looked perfect and it only cost me 2 dollars. I went to UPS next door just prior to coming in here and they were terrible. Ill never go back to UPS.
Complete joke of a delivery service location. Not very helpful, and pretty dramatic. I’ll use UPS or USPS instead
Have used this store many times. The staff here has always been very accomodating and helpful. One bad experience today with Randi, but it wont deter me from coming back. 9 out of 10 experiences here have been stellar.
I had a very unpleasant experience. The lady was very rude & had no interest in helping me find a way to ship my item. Ended up at UPS & they had no issue packaging & shipping my item for me. Sad to say but I guess it’s true UPS>FedEx.
I went in and need to send something off. I meeded to write a note to my son so i asked the cashier for a piece of paper and a pen. She was rude as could be and started laughing at me saying she dont have a pen and paper didnt i come prepared. The 2nd cashier was even ruder. She wasnt listening to where i needed something to go and when she tells me the price i said that would be fine she then says dont you want the cheaper price it may take longer but it is cheaper. I knew when i needed it to get there i didnt need her input on cheap or not. Then she asked if i wanted to take a picture of the tracking number i said yes she then throws the package to the back before i was able to take the picture. Then got an attitude when i asked for the package back so my fiance could take the picture. They need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst staff ever. Constantly wrong information. Can someone hold a door while I bring in 15 packages? Nope guess not just sit behind the counter awkwardly staring at me. One of the ladies in here might be the rudest on the planet. Go somewhere else.
They are very helpful here, helped me get my large package in from the car and processed the shipping immediately. I ship often and prefere FedEx over all the other options. Nice people, great service, easy access to locations, speedy delivery. A+
The printing services is faulty. Sometimes it doesnt accept cards from certain banks. Other times the machines cant login. No one even stopped to ask if I needed assistance.
Went in looking to get out wedding invitations printed, my fiancé and I were greeted promptly and they took care of us quickly and they were friendly. They knew what they were doing and our invitations were beautiful! Decent price too!
I am from out of town and flew home to spend my son’s first birthday with my family. We shipped some items home the day before we left. I purchased a box, since we didn’t have an account, Dontaye scanned my drivers license. I knew my address automatically came up on the screen. When asked who I was shipping, i replied “to myself in AZ.” Dontaye looked at another customer and rolled his eyes. My response was “what?” with a grin on my face. To which Dante replied, “you don’t have to yell at me.” I assured him I was not yelling. I double checked my information. Dante handed me the receipt and started working with another customer. He didn’t say anything.
Kermit was very polite and smiled continuously. Hes personable and greets every customer as they walk in. The 2 other women looked as if they hated their jobs. Both were unfriendly and had very unapproachable looks on their faces.
I was pleased with the service. Everyone was so attentive. My business cards were ready a day early. So satisfied!
Professional and courteous customer service. Work is done quickly, neatly and packaged well. Will be returning for my printing and finishing service needs and would recommend this facility to others.

The lines were super long. You have to pay for every minute you use their computers. Then I went over to the printer and it didnt recognize the format I saved it in. I was then charged just for the time I used the printer when I didnt even print anything out. Then the manager tried to fix the problem and both printers were not working. At the end of it all, I didnt even get the item in color. Worst place for printing ever!
