Took my car to this place because the insurance company that covered the person that hit my car was a preferred shop 👎they had my car for 3 weeks took their precious time to do a supplemental estimate because they were short staff and they didnt even notify the rental car (Enterprise) that they needed to extend my rental and Enterprise charged me over $600 from my bank account ( insurance company was paying for the rental) If you have other options to take it, take my advise go for it. All in all this place needs to communicate better with the customer so they dont get this kind of reviews.

Gate City was recommended by my insurance company as a preferred place to have my auto repairs completed due to a not at fault accident. Every staff member was professional and attentive and made the process less stressful. Would highly recommend.

Gate City was very responsive with any questions I had. They keep you posted on progess/issues. The work they do is flawless. Very pleased with the results.

I’ve used Gate City Collision in Merrimack New Hampshire twice so far. I’ll have to say that I’ve never experienced the level of service from a repair shop that I have with Gate city collision. I mostly dealt with Mike but Sarah also helped me out. I highly recommend using Gate City Collision. Not only did they do a great job in that the repair was flawless and absolutely impossible to tell from the stock finish but they also handled getting and returning my rental. You can’t go wrong here. Great people. Great service. What more could you ask for?

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The work is excellent, the cost is reasonable, the staff is kind and respectful, and the customer is informed at every stage of the repair so neither the bill nor the day the car is finished is a surprise.

They went above and beyond services. Although took longer than expected the quality if repair and touch ups were outstanding. Accident t damage you cant even tell. Highly recommended A+++

Gate City Collision recently did some work on my 2020 Subaru Outback following a car accident. Their service was top-notch with updates via text almost daily throughout the process. Quality of work also excellent--would definitely recommend.

My experience with Gate City in Merrimack was great. I got into an accident in January and Gate City did a detailed estimate for me no problem, even during their busy season. They were quick to get my car into the shop, set up a rental car for me (no stress!), and even rescheduled my appointment with no issues when we had a huge snow storm. The assistant/receptionist at the Merrimack location is very helpful. She kept me updated on my car, informed me of all the changes, and took the insurance mess out of my hands.When the car made it into the shop, the damage from the original estimate more than doubled. They were able to handle it with insurance and get the car to me in a timely manner. The car needed new paint, and they even patched up a spot that was not from the accident to make sure it wouldnt rust in the future (which was very appreciated).What I thought was going to be a stressful experience turned into a very easy one thanks to Gate City. Will return if I ever need anything again!

Gate City Collision in Merrimack was recommended by a friend after my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe was struck from behind causing what appeared to be minor damage to the rear bumper. From the estimate process, completed by Mike, to the finished product, GCC kept me informed for the progress at every step. When I got my car back, it looked perfect ! The people there were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs quality, timely repair to their damaged vehicle.

Brought my 03 black Mustang in to have the front hood dings/marks fixed and repainted. Even though it was not a big job...it came out soooo nice. They did a beautiful job!!I had it repainted to be sure the stripes/decals I plan to put on would look even better... now Im not so sure I even want the stripes on it.Great job...super people. So glad I took my baby there.Thanks for a wonderful job!

I was in an accident in April, 2013 and it took 9 weeks to finally get the Insurance Company of the gentleman who was the cause of the accident to take liability. Gate City towed my car to their shop and started working on it. Three weeks into the repairs I was told by the rental company that the insurance company had not accepted liability, and I needed to bring the car back. So I went to Gate City and asked if they knew anything about it, they said they would find out and take care of it. The following morning I had another rental car, and the insurance company had cut a check and was sending it that day. Gate City worked harder than my own insurance company to get this resolved. As far as the car - looks brand new! They did a fantastic job, and even came in today - on a holiday weekend to get my car back to me. I highly recommend Gate City.

Ive had good luck with the people down at gate city. They do good work and get things done relatively quickly.

My experience with Gate city collision was horrible. They took 2 weeks to accomplish a. 6 day repair and when I picked it up it was not fixed correctly. I brought it back. They were not even the least apologetic about it at all. They had actually originally shipped the repair up to their hooksett location and werent even aware of what was done or not done. Just picked the car up again today and the door now closed properly but in their effort to fix this they nicked the new paint repair. I will never recommend this place to anyone
