I happened to be in marrimack today and stopped by Patriot car wash today. There was only one guy working. This guy took his time scrubbing my truck due to how dirty it was before I entered the car wash. When I pulled out the same guy waived me over to wipe off any excess water and to shine my tires. Turned out to be the owner Richard. I struck up a conversation with him asked why he was alone. Turns out he was alone because he takes so much pride in what he does that he rather make sure his clients are 100% satisfied. This was just a car wash. I will definitely go out of my way to return here for my car wash needs and next time a detail. If he takes as much pride in his detailing as he does his car wash, I know I WONT be disappointed. If youre ever driving by stop in Patriot car wash and receive the same experience as I did today.

I went in to get an estimate about detailing. Tried changing me twice the amount it says on the website. Wasnt very polite either.

I received exceptional service from Richard I was going in for an economy car wash and I had to have a super car wash for $25 because I had incredible amount of pitch or sap on my car. Richard work extra hard scrubbing my car and applying cleaner chemical to the vehicle so when I went through the carwash I came out and I was pleasantly surprised to see all this sticky brown stuff off of my car cuz its a white car its not supposed to be brown LOL so special thanks to Richard from Ja nice 🙂

For interior detail. All they did was vacuum, clean the dash board and get rid of stains on the seat. When I received my car back the rear car mats were missing and several things were missed. The windows were not clean at all. This seemed like a bad employee, just be aware of who works on your car.

Ive been going to Patriot for years now and seen some changes both good and bad. Used to be they would power wash and brush the car before entering the actual car wash and at the end they towel dried. Not any more. I paid basically 18.00 for the top of the line car wash and I should have paid the minimum of 8.00 since I really cant tell the difference. No brush before hand and no towel dry-wheels still dirty. I didnt have time to swing around to get it done again. I wound up calling and no answer every time. I dont want to totally flame these guys because over the years theyve been pretty decent but Im not paying the maximum to get the minimum...**Thanks for responding and the update information on all the work thats been done. I do realize there will be some things to sort out after the upgrades.

Highly incompetent work. I understand this is not a fully professional place, but I do not expect to have to complete the job myself. I paid for the interior and exterior detailing and was left with a car that had excess wax that was never cleaned off and was on the plastics. The interior was decent but was wiped down with something that left every surface with an oily residue (yes on the steering wheel as well) but the majority of the rear seat was untouched and was clearly visible as to where they missed due to no shine from the oily residue.I brought my car back when I had time and mentioned the bad wax job. I was told it would be fixed if I brought it in on Friday. When I arrived (30 minutes after their posted opening time) I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to show up and open shop. I asked for the excess wax to be removed and just a wash nothing more. After an hour I got a call and went to go pick it up. When I arrived the car was washed, but the majority of the dried wax that was left by their employees was still there. I mentioned it AGAIN and stood there while someone went around the car trying to quickly wipe down the excess wax with an old rag... If I saw them using a rag like that on any paint I would have flipped (only used it on the plastics)I could have gotten a better wash, wax and interior cleaning for less than half the price. I will not be going back to this place for anything.

They did a bumper to bumper cleaning on my car and they did a fantastic job! I have 2 kids and it feels like we live in the car most of the time. They cleaned ever inch of the car and it looks brand new again!

Great staff. My vehicle was spotless when i left. No streaks no left over soap. Would go again for my every wash

I dropped off my car for a full detail and they did a fantastic job! Can’t even tell kids sit in the back anymore! I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them.

I called to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a detail and they said no problem. When I arrived at the time they told me they said I didn’t make an appointment. I was told when I arrived it would be 4-5 hours. I understood that and I stayed in the plaza. They knew I had no ride and I was to wait. After 5 hours I asked how my car was and they said they were just starting and might take an hour 1/2.... they were unorganized, unprofessional, while I was there the phone rang many times and no one answered. I like to support local businesses but sadly they will never get my support. I hope they improve some of there employees and organizing for the future.

The man that helped me there (seemed to be the owner) was extremely nice. He dried my car for me at the end of the wash as well as offered free unlimited vacuuming for customers. He saw me struggling to clean my car mats and offered to wash them for me. I plan to go there again!

If you live in Merrimack it is the only game in town... for a cloth wash anyway. It is nice that they hand cloth the car down when you exit the wash but they dont always do a great job. The last time I was there, there was no one available to wipe the cars down. One would think you might get a small discount or maybe an extra punch on your loyalty card... something, but no. The time I visited prior to that I was told my credit card was declined. Strange since the place I visited just prior and immediately after the car wash both used my credit card with no issue. I ended up paying cash. I can only imagine what happened to that money.

We brought our CX5 (our dog car) in for detailing a month ago and it is STILL shining! I cannot believe how much of the dog hair and dirt they were able to get out. They did amazing work!

The BEST car wash in the state! Their prices are reasonable and the wash is excellent. To top it off they hand dry your entire vehicle when you drive out of the wash tunnel because the dryer doesnt get every drop of water. And they have a frequent wash club - get 8 washes and your 9th is free. Love this car wash and the employees are very friendly.

Very impressed with the results! Dryers could be better but the Automated Mitter Drying cloth improves it, definitely worth the $18.

Thought I’d try a new place closer to my work, bad idea at 8:36am this morning 11/06. Lit up sign in window says Open and car wash doors were open. When pulling to the back a big sign blocking the entrance says closed, please call us for info. I called and nobody answered. Way to ruin my morning!

The guy that works there or is the owner Im not real sure doesnt speak fantastic English but I got my Tiburon detailed there and it was 100 or so cheaper than anywhere else so I gave it a try. I wad thrilled with the work!! Absolutely spotless they even got the pennies stuck in my cup holder out. Wish I took pictures because I was pleasantly surprised! They even offered me a free car air freshener!

Best car wash of all time i had an issue with my brand new maxima having a stain in the seat i called patriots car wash, and ronnie the owner of partriots car wash took very good care of me, this place is very professional and not only did i bring my maxima there he also fully detailed my harley for me too i highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the area thank you ronnie for all your help
