Fantastic service. The staff is always knowledgeable and quick. Called yesterday to schedule an apt. for the next day and moved up the apt. without any problems when my work schedule changed. Very friendly staff. Grateful they were able to fit me in with no problems for an oil change and tire rotation.

I Had a Great Experience yesterday with VIP in Merrimack. I called after 3;00pm and they were able to add me in for an Oil change with filter and complete check up across the board. Very courteous service. I had a state inspection done and was told I needed new tires which I kind of knew. I was given options for what tires were available for my car but not pressured to buy them. I told them I needed to do some comparison shopping. I have now done that and found their prices to be as good as others and better than some. I will go back and buy from VIP.

First oil change here and only second one on my new car! Customer service was wonderful and they were very quick to get the job done (considering I came 30 minutes before close…) Very pleasant environment and will definitely be coming back here for future car needs and recommending to my local friends!

Need oil change and tire rotation. Easy to make the reservation online. Got me in and out in 35 minuets. Did not even charge me for the tire rotation as I get a replacement tires last year from VIP AUTO. Great price on the oil change (expected it to be double). Great service all around. :)

Great place to get an inspection, fast and easy

VIP was able to squeeze me right in to get Sons car inspected so could drive car to Florida to Son that returned from a 7 mos. deployment overseas. VIP waived inspection fee since Son was active Military. Thankful to VIP for support of active military.

I have been going to VIP for car service and tires for years. I have been especially pleased with their transparancy in explaining any work that was needed and willingness to answer my questions. Getting an appointment has always been fast and easy!

Have been bringing my cars here for over a year whether for tire services ; inspections; brakes etc. I think the manager Kerry is amazing. She’s always been Super accommodating and straight forward. I’m very picky on where I bring my 2 Audi’s as I’m sure most people are with these things so it’s a relief to have found a service facility with integrity and competency such as VIP. Highly recommend 👍🏽

I just had my state inspection done, and a couple things I asked for... From the inspection, I was asked if I wanted 3 others things done that it needed. I accepted 2 of them. All was done at a very reasonable price, and the shop gave me a lift to come get it when it was done [Id dropped it off the night before]. Now I wish after talking to the mechanic, I had accepted the 3rd item. This is like the 3rd time in a year Ive had outstanding service from this shop/store. Theyve got my business going forward. Can you say trust??

We have used VIP in Merrimack for several things including new tires, oil changes etc. Exemplary customer service, especially from Kerry and Ken, with added peace of mind/trust that we’re always leaving with a safe vehicle. Brian, one of their lead technicians is very thorough and undoubtedly knows his stuff.Would recommend avoiding Saturday’s unless able to leave your vehicle and return later. Very happy with the knowledge and the quality of work of this shop overall. Keep up the great work!

We received great customer service, and was given four new replacements due to a defect in the ones I had purchased at no cost to me. I had a state inspection and it failed, because I needed four new tires. They allowed me to have four new tires put on that day, so that my car would pass inspection. It certainly saved me money plus the time of not having to go back to have new tires put on. They were all nice when they explained everything to me and their prices were reasonable too.

VIP was highly recommended by my grandmother. She has been a customer for years and gets her inspections and oil changes done here every year. I needed an oil change, I had called 5 different places, when I called VIP their pricing was actually better than the previous and they made my time frame for an appt work out perfectly! They even checked my tire pressure!! Im happy I went.

My car started making noise, so I called VIP. They let me bring it in same-day, checked it within minutes, and found there was nothing actually wrong with it. Something was loose inside that needed to be taken out (not a car person, clearly), and that fixed the problem! They are honest and wonderful. They have no intention of ripping people off, as they could have said anything was wrong, and I wouldnt have known the difference. Thank you!

Ive been coming here for almost a year now and always get great service. A different VIP sealed a leak for me, but didnt do it correctly, but the one here fixed the leak for free! They have fair prices here and are quick to complete the task.

VIP is our go to place for all things auto. The Merrimack, NH location has the best customer service I have received in my 60+ years of obtaining vehicle maintenance. I have sent all my family members to VIP because I know they will receive fast, friendly, competent, no frills service with a smile. Their veterans discount is a plus and shows how much they appreciate our veterans service. They never forget to thank me for my service and that means everything to me; a Vietnam era veteran. KUDOS to VIP for all they do. You can feel safe with VIP; they will not do any service that is not necessary and always let you know what is needed now and what can wait.

I was very happy with my experience at VIP. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I purchased 4 Michelin tires at a very competitive price. The location was clean and comfortable by industry standards. The bathroom facility was spotless. The location was easy to find especially since I was not from the area.

I recently went to V I P without an appointment to have my state inspection done. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and they service technicians were able to squeeze me in so that i wouldnt have to wait all day (even though they were busy with other customers who made appointments). Thank you very much for the great customer service which seems to be lacking in this day and age. I will definitely return for future vehicle needs and tell my friends and family where to bring there cars in the future.

We have gone here for many reasons - inspections, tires, small repairs and each time they overcharged us and recommended repairs that were not needed. My son went in for an inspection on his 2017 car and it failed. They quoted over $1000. He brought it to the dealership and paid $130. We’ve had new tires and the lug nuts weren’t tightened or put on right and a tire nearly fell off when driving down the highway. Just terrible!!!! We will never go back.

I have been to VIP twice recently for two different issues. Ken was very helpful today. He explained the situation very clearly and gave me options. Both times I felt I was listened to and helped in an honest approach to resolving my issues. I definitely would recommend them for all your car needs.

Went to this place for a state inspection of my 2010 Corolla. It needed new front tires. I got a great quote from Alex. So I went ahead and got the tires changed. Also got the all wheel alignment done. I am really happy with their service. Great prices.

I recently went into the Merrimack location to change out my snow tires and replace the break pads. I found the service team to be highly professional in the way they interacted with me as well as in their knowledge and recommendations. They were also willing to work with me on the price of the service. All in all a great first time experience and I will be back for future service.

I stopped in to VIP on a late Friday afternoon hoping for an appointment on the next Monday. I was greeted by Emily who took my information and had my car brought in the shop immediately. John the mechanic showed me what my car needed. He was professional and knowledgeable. Emily gave me a quote and the work was done. I was on my way in an hour. Good service from this VIP location. The price was good and mechanics were friendly. Three starts because I had to return two times for the problem.

I called in the morning one day before this crazy storm we were supposed to have - starting out as snow, then sleet, then turning to rain. Not at all confident in the tires I had on the car, I needed new tires ASAP. Garth was awesome and not only did he get me in first thing the next morning, his customer service and honesty are definitely worth writing to tell people about. I am paid by the hour at work and could not afford to take a long time for this to be done and I was in at 9am and I was driving away by 9:30 in snow. I felt, safe, happy and satisfied with the service at VIP as I drove in to the blinding snow and jumped on Route 3! Thanks Garth and staff!

My first visit to VIP was a couple of weeks ago for a tire pressure issue. I called to see if I could come over before they closed. Everyone was very accommodating - the customer service was outstanding and my issue was resolved. I returned to have another tire pressure issue addressed. I did need new tires - it was done quickly and I got to work on time! I recommend VIP in Merrimack and will return again for future car service.

I brought my car in for a state inspection and everything went very well. I brought a coupon for it to be free and it was totally free. Than they told me if I did a review on Google I could get a free oil change. Now that is customer service. Very pleased.

Ordered tires and made an appointment for saturday at 8:30am. Got there 10 minutes early and was told they dont have the tires i wanted. A phone call anout thzt would have been nice as i had to drive 40 minutes to get to thos location. Anyway, they. Said they had a similar tire available. So as i said my appointment was at 8:30 at 9:40 they finally take my car in. After they took 2 walk ins who came in after me. Didnt get out of there til 10:15. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT???? Why do you have tires that you no longer carry listed as available at your location online?

These guys have great service. I went in look like a headlight bulb, planning on replacing it myself. Alex replaced it for free and gave me a great price on the bulb. Would totally recommend.

Merrimack VIP is a very trustworthy place to take your car. I recently took my car in for an oil change and they did a great job! I also had a few other things wrong with the car and I did not have enough money to do them all at once. They suggested the most important things to get done and the other things could wait until I got paid again. I like the fact that they dont make you feel like if you dont get it fixed that minute, your car will fall apart. They are very honest! They are also one of the most affordable places to get work done. They have such great deals and rewards that I take all 3 of my cars there! Thanks for the wonderful care you give each time!

I brought in my 1999 Camry for its NH state inspection today. The service was excellent. The mechanic said my car passed but he also pointed out a few things I need to keep on eye on. He was very helpful.

Went for a state inspection. Failed it and went back to get it reinspected after repairs and was told 3 other things were now needed to be fixed that the last guy should have caught easily and I am now failed for. Very irritating since it is an old car and I may not have put the time and money in to having the first problem repaired. ****Update. VIP provided the labor to replace the parts that didnt pass and I was able to get the car to pass for the price of the parts. Thanks VIP and an extra thanks to Kyle for all his help and being friendly and patient through the whole process.

Excellent Service, we recently purchased 4 tires for our BMW X3, had an inspection for the BMW and my husbands Ford Ranger truck done. We had some problems with one new tire, the service manager and technician solved the problem in a promptly and professional manner. The problem was not the tire but the rim and they fixed it for us free of charge. Thank you, job well done.
