I didnt realize I was charged with a 25% APR on a used vehicle, that whoever owned it before me use cheap aftermarket replacement part until a year later... However it served its purpose, I just traded that vehicle for a 2016 newer model SUV, however I appreciate them ... It was a stepping stone, they did their best to get me something I needed, Now I have something I wanted.Thanks Fellas

So far so very good, obviously time will tell as per long term relationship. But the initial buying process was simple with no pressure. I let them know my wants and needs (and being from MA, they made sure I was set with all the paperwork). They found me an SUV I so far love within my price range and worked to make sure I was happy. Even with ...the worst credit Ive ever had in my life they got me approved and didnt treat me like a second class citizen due to poor credit. Would definitely recommend and have handed out their business cards to co workers.

Honestly this has to be one of the best dealerships I have dealt with and I’ve only ever dealt with 2 others buying a vehicle and many others on between searching for a vehicle. Be very careful of this place the banks that they use love to violate fair debt collection act protocols and they also put a gps in your vehicle without your knowledge and claim that you signed an agreement with them to do it but they cant find the agreement buyer beware you will be left with a sour taste in your mouth

Buyer beware. Got ripped off on my trade in. Salesman called his wholesale buyer in my presence and could only offer me $2000 trade in for my BMW. All I wanted was $500 more and would have been happy. Took the deal because I am not a tough bargainer. Now my car is on their lot for $4995. Not only that, the module for hands free dialing was missing in the car I bought. That is another $300 I am out.

We purchased our car from Merrimack AutoSoort in August after looking for a while at other dealerships. The other dealerships gave us a lot of run around. They did the whole “let me talk to my manager” thing just to make you wait an extra half an hour and try to wear you down. Some dealerships showed a car online but then “didn’t have that car on their lot” ploy to get you to come in and find something else. Merrimack AutoSport didn’t play any of these games. It’s a small dealership but they were honest as fair and gave us the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I give zero stars. I hope our story helps others. Bill was nice at first got me approved for a loan but said interest rate was about a 20%. On the way to see them we found a different place newer car half the miles with less then 3% interest rate. So we went with them. Bill decided to inspect the other car under my wifes name then proceed to yell at us and say he was sending up the bill for inspecting the car. We never agreed nor signed anything and he is expecting us to pay for something we never asked for. While my wife was trying to talk with him about it I could hear him yelling at her over then phone. When she tried saying something he hung up with her. Very disrespected and will never contact again and hope this in a warning to all. Unless you do as they say you will get treated as we have been treated.

The men who do the financing are nice and helpful throughout the whole process of picking the car and doing the paperwork. When we bought the car, both parties were aware of an issue with the car. Auto sport said they would fix it and we have attempted twice now to have them resolve the issue. They had the car for a full week where they did not contact us once about what they were doing or what they found. It wasn’t until Friday afternoon when we had to call and ask that they said they still did not know what was wrong and said they would work on extending the power train warranty so whatever is wrong would be covered by the dealer. The two issue here is 1) we still have not heard back from them about if they were successful in doing so and it has been another month. The other issue is 2) another mechanic was able to find the issue within 15 minutes of looking at the vehicle. To us, it is very shady that auto sport’s mechanic(who they praise is very knowledgeable) couldn’t find an issue that was making 3 separate noises and was found instantly by another mechanic and we are are unsatified with their efforts to help resolve this issue. so if you are going to buy a car through them; get everything done before you give them a check.

I recently found myself in need of a truck for work. My credit was tanked for this reason or that and i was having no luck getting a deal i could live with. lots of places would turn me down or nail me down with 25% interest rates.
