My wife and I stopped by RH Cars to look at a Kia Sorento. I had done my homework and knew what we were willing to spend. We were first greeted by George who was very friendly and helpful. Right away we felt like we were in good hands. Steve handled all of the finances and from the start was very honest and open. Ramine the owner introduced himself to us and made sure we were taken care of. While we waited for Steve to work his magic we enjoyed a great conversation with Ramine and George. Stopped in yesterday to peruse the lot, generally love the low pressure environment but was greeted by a different person this time who repeatedly used the phrase what do I need to do to get you in this car today four times in 15 minutes.In my experience the cars are priced thousands over blue book value with only hundreds in wiggle room.No thanks.REPLY TO OWNER:The kid asked what it would take for me to purchase the car today, my honest answer was 2 grand. Had he allowed the conversation to evolve past an instant sale we may have been able to negotiate.I was not asked to wear a mask unless I wished to take a test drive. The saleskid had no problem standing within three feet of me the whole time and encouraged me to get in (without a mask or gloves), so your comment about protecting the public seems disingenuous.The car is worth 8 grand MAX according to KBB and with the current state of the paint job. Its priced at ten (my offer was 7...) and there was no real attempt to negotiate, it all came back to the high pressure, BUY TODAY!Had he sent Mike out when I asked him to, this would have been a good review, since Mike is low pressure and respectful. Mike listens, the kid did not.This is a 100% honest and accurate review.

Had a wonderful experience working with both Steve and George, They really did amazing in helping me a 18year old get approved for a loan in the situation I was in they worked with me kept me informed at all times and I bought a BMW from them, though there is an issue with the tail light George ordered the taillight for me on his expense and will be putting that on for me, all in all had an amazing experience in my first time buying a vehicle on my own. Thank you George for working with me and for getting me the replacement tailight. (I will update when the tail light is installed)

Honestly this place does not even deserve a 1 star rating but unfortunately you have to give one.. I went there to test drive a Buick Enclave they had on the lot. I liked the vehicle however the vehicle did have some wear and tear (ripped front seat, dings, scratches etc) but when it came down to the price of the vehicle they were more pricer than their competitors.i had already done my homework and located another 2010 Buick Enclave with less miles with the same features and the price was way cheaper than RH Cars.The gentleman’s demeanor had changed as soon as we started talking about the price of the SUV and got testy about the whole situation. The vehicle came with no warranty or extended warranty offer.. he was only willing to offer to take off the $300 administrative fees. (This would’ve been a cash sale for him too!!! )If you are in the market for a car and want to get the best deal for your money DO NOT GO to RH CARS!! They will only waste your time and overcharge you!!!

I am truly blown away at how wonderful RH cars has been to me. I recently bought my Nissan Rogue from there and had a positive experience from start to finish. One of the easiest and most seamless experiences I have ever had. The manager George was so helpful about the process. My fiance had never purchased a car before and he was so understanding and helpful in explaining the whole process. We had to register our vehicle in Massachusetts and they explained how to do it and Walked us throughout the whole process. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. After pricing the job with other dealerships RH Cars offered me the most competitive price. People here were attentive and professional and the place is incredibly clean. Regarding the work on my car, I could not be happier with the results. I will surely be back for services and for my next car!

If i could give 1/2 a star i would.. Other than that bought a lemon of car. (no lemon law in NH, buyer beware). Have sunk over $2000 in this car and owner of RH Cars would not let me return it. Horrible experience, beware of their policies and not doing right by customers.Edited based on response: Doesnt matter what profession car was used for. Car was not in an accident. I was willing to negotiate off of what i paid, NOT FULL cost. You never offered to fix the vehicle the 2nd time, you only offered $250 to have it fixed. Your mechanic never fixed it properly the first time. It has now been serviced 5 times. It was a lemon and you guys did not do right by the customer and offer a fair or even close trade in number (40% of what i bought it for, only 3 weeks later). Car was never driven 5000 miles.. Again, not taking responsibility in fixing or replacing a car at near price. Stay away from this place at all costs. Not matter what type of inspection you get from a garage, a car could have something major a week out. the cost of an extended warranty was like 2000 on a 5500 car. No one would reasonably pay that. You guys didnt do the right thing by the me (the customer) and now i will let it be known how I feel.UPDATE::: Car needs a new engine and not operable. Reached out to owner who threatened to sue me for my review of my experience instead of offering something for the car that i only bought in October.

I was helped by George over the phone at first because I was looking online from over an hour away. George went above and beyond to answer my questions over the phone (was there a smoker? Confirming it had working navigation DVD, etc.) and he got back to me quickly. I highly recommend RH Cars for their positive attitude and courteous salesmanship. My last purchase was 16 years ago, and George made the process simple, easy to understand, and helped explain the process which helped keep things transparent. Lastly, George even stayed late to help me test-drive and go over the features of the vehicle, in the rain. I had a great experience working with George and know you would as well.

Needed a new car because mine was totalled. They responded quickly to me, were professional and personable. Let me get the car checked by a mechanic before buying. The mechanic said the car needed new brakes and RH went ahead and paid for new brakes. Great guys, and honest. Would recommend them confidently to anyone.

After a bad car accident I came here to get a new car. I went to look and because I had a brace and couldnt walk far they let me drive over to an area you usually cant . They werent pushy at all. They were informative and professional. I went back after the weekend and they even delivered the car later to me. They addressed any concerns and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommand this place to have a smooth honest car buying experience.

If anyone is considering purchasing a car from this dealership I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you have your mechanic look at it from bumper to bumper! I had to bring my Chrysler 300 back three times and it still isnt fixed and then they wont return your calls! I had no horn, a sunroof that still leaks ( if I could post video you would be able to see the amount of water I catch in the plastic bag I have to lay out in the back seat), no air conditioning, breaks that squeal like a stuck pig....and the AC and horn is the only thing they fixed and then tell you if it isnt a safety issue then forget it! I will end this with BUYER BEWARE!!!

This place isn’t your average car dealership. I came to RH cars after struggling with many other dealerships around my area, which is an hour away. This place is a no-pressure dealership that makes customer service their number one priority. Found a car I was interested in a few days earlier and had them put it on hold. It did need a few things done to it, as soon as I showed up they ordered the parts and had the car done and looking great that same day, was able to drive it home that same afternoon. Will definitely be recommending RH cars to other people in the future.

I have had great experience buying my first car here (Camry 2005 in fair condition). I was very careful checking all the little details of the car, and Joe was extremely friendly and patient driving with me to the mechanic for a check. Despite of several little hiccups that a used car is supposed to undergo, I have been enjoying riding my new car. Staff is helpful and flexible. This has helped eased the searching and buying process (which may well be a real agony) a lot for me.

After providing credit card info with the manager, he told us he would put a deposit for a 2005 BMW 5530i. Two days later, I came to pay in full and pick up the car, however, when I arrived the same manager told me he sold it to someone else. The owner had knowledge of this and proceeded to sell the car even after we left a deposit. After the owner arrived, he threatened to sue us for leaving a bad review on his business. He then placed his hands on my brother and invaded his personal space while calling the police. DONT bother with this place. Shady shady shady!!!

To the owner ..I have never met you or spoken with you however on Saturday I did give George who works for you my credit card information .He told me he was going to be Holding a $200 deposit for the BMW pending it getting checked out today mechanically. George called me this morning and was fully aware that my son was on the way up there today to take the car to an appointment at BMW to get checked out. Once the car was checked out we would be negotiating a price we never said we wouldnt pay full price. We offered a price on Saturday George told us that the owner was definitely motivated to sell the car and he thought you could work with us... But until we checked out why the car was shaking when it was driving down a local road It wouldnt be fair to negotiate a price. But the bottom line is you knew we were on the way up there from an hour and a 1/2 away to take the car to a scheduled appointment so if somebody came in and Suddenly wanted to buy that BMW you really should have told him that there was someone already intrested in it or at the very least checked with us to make sure we were still coming for that appointment. Its funny that a car that according to car gurus was for sale for over 200 something days suddenly gets sold when you find out that we wanna take it to our own place to have it checked out ..not one of your mechanics. Not sure what youre gonna reply to this review because like I said weve never spoken before you werent even there saturday to know whats going on.. But if anyone wants to know further information about this review they can feel free to contact me directly.

Terrible, refused to let me take the car to my own mechanic and decidedTo take it to theres. Sold it to me after telling me it was all fixed and good but it had a Trannsmission leak and the transmission blew less then 2K miles later. Plain on going there tomorrow and see if they will do anything about it. Will keep updated

I just want to speak about the amazing customer service that I had dealing with Rh Cars in Merrimack Nh. I first went there to look at a 2013 Acura MDX. I was first greeting by the owner, Ramine. He walked me through the process and was not pushy at all. He even let me take the car to my mechanic as he assured me everything was well with the car. Everything went as planned and they were also able to get me the best financing around which was way better then several other places I visited. A week after having the car my tire had a slow leak. I went back to Rh Cars just to see if they could get me a discount on a tire figuring it was most likely my fault from hitting pot holes. Again Ramine got involved immediately and instructed his personal to order me a new tire at no charge. I couldnt believe he did that for me when most places never want to help.
