Ive gotten 3 pairs of shoes. I have to admit the shoes havnt lasted me all that long but the customer service is outstanding. They have replaced every pair with no cost and because of this I will continue to buy their products.

Their boots are amazing and last like iron. The store itself is fantastic and had great deals. The staff were really helpful and great to work with. The boots and hiking shoes are pretty much all Ive worn for the last 10 years, they are comfortable, long lasting, and high quality. I recommend them highly.

Good staff, great products yet the prices are not attractive enough for us. I love the shoes and that they pack easilyand offer bright colors, comfort and fresh look but the prices do not compare with other similar stores. Though the sales rack for apparel offers so much more than the shoes!

Merrell is great for people with wide feet. Also, my experience has been they arent pressured to sell you whats in stock, but offer free delivery of orders from other stores. Ive also had some great deals here!

Great customer service experience

Called to get help with an issue. Spoke with “Manager” “Zack.” Was met with a not-my-problem attitude before being hung up on. Luckily I already had the number for the District Manager, Doug Atwell. He’s been equally difficult to get a hold of. Not a good look for the organization as a whole.

Merrel has gone down the drain hard .Last 2 pairs Ive bout lasted less than 6 months before the grips on the bottom of the boot start to rip into a million peaces .2 pairs in one year amounted to $300 dollars when I could have spent $40 dollars at Wal-Mart and Id still have boots.Good bye merrel ✌✌
