This is my go to shoe store! Great deals and great selection. The staff is knowledgeable and can help you with anything you need. NB shoes are the only ones that work for me and I am on my feet 12+ hours a day on a concrete floor, and at the gym working out many times a week! Great place!!!

John at the New Balance outlet in Merrimack, NH is hands down THE most helpful and high quality employee that I have ever encountered anywhere. 1.5 hours of good conversation while he helped us (and others!) find the perfect pair of shoes- came in looking to spend around $70 and were happy to leave having spent $170 :). You can tell that hes genuine and passionate about what he does- Alondra was great too!
