Love Columbia! Great deals great clothes. They offer great discounts. Coats, fleece only complaint they dont have much of a childs section.

Im hoping that the employee who was working the morning I came in, was having a bad day. But I decided against buying anything when I went in, because they were so grumpy. I dont normally have issues when I go into a Columbia location, but I didnt feel welcomed when I went into this location.

Walked in to buy hiking pants, and found myself tempted by lots of other cool items. Their summer lineup included many things treated with sun protection. The staff was helpful and friendly without being pushy.

Found exactly what I wanted and the young man working was very helpful told me of the current Veteran discount saving me money.

Just bought a ski-all weather hooded jacket with removable puffy coat-omniheat technology for outdoor, ski, also a trip to Alaska and rain. Love it. Fits well, great color and price. Super nice staff.

The store was very organized, clean with great selection. My daughter was helped at the fitting room immediately and any help we needed on the floor was answered by kind employees that were close by. Thank you to the very patient woman who checked us out. My kids were very undecided with what lunch bags to get and she was super understanding and pleasant. Outlet store with a good selection if Columbia outdoor clothing. Good selection of coats, pa ts and some shoes. Great sale prices with many items 50% off.

Love to shop at this store because usually can find great sales no mater if you are looking for warm or cold weather items. Last time I got great bargains on a winter jacket, spring raincoat and summer shirt. If you visit often join the rewards club and get money discounts. Many times you also get a coupon for a certain amount for your next visit during a certain period window.

Great selection and good deals. 1st time here and will be back as the selection is far superior to any other local stores.

My first visit to this store. Its the real deal! Needed a new pair of ski pants and wound up buying a ski jacket and goggles as well. Couldnt pass up the awesome deals. Cant wait to stop back when I have some more time.

Though the items here are a bit pricey the quality is very good. Always check the clearance racks as I have found some good buys there. The clerks were very helpful and patient as we were a group of four and we all had different needs and it was near the end of the day. They did not rush us or make us feel unwelcome. Would visit again.

Stopped here looking for a jacket, something in between summer and winter and found the perfect one! Not only was it on sale but it was an extra 20% off, plus I received a coupon for $20 off $100 purchase in November. I love this store and always find such great deals!

Great value. But store’s staff shows no urgency as the line wraps around the store. One return ground check to a stand still. 10 minute wait. 5 minutes in another cashier showed up. 10 minutes in another showed up. Return still not done.

I always enjoy coming here. They have great prices since its an outlet and the end of season sales are amazing. Its a small store and tough to get around when its busy, but be patient. Theres a lot to see and find.

Columbia price can be quite high but at the outlet store you can often find some good deals.

I had an awesome waterproof jacket that had a stain and my mom said I can get that out! Well it took the waterproofing off. I contacted Columbia and they said send it in for repair. They couldnt fix it so they gave me store credit. Yesterday I went to your Merrimack NH store and I was so impressed with the selection in the style I previously had. The credit covered the jacket but the cashier must have thought I was some weirdo because she says thanks have a good night but I had a frog in my throat ready to burst into tears because I have never had a company do something so nice for me. I was so devastated when that jacket got ruined. Its almost supernatural how well it blocks the wind and rain and cold! Now I have my jacket back and I am so grateful! Thank you!
