Wonderful Service!!! Wonderful gesture shown by the staffs!!! I love it !! Let me tell my story. Me and my wife have gone inside to order and pickup... my kids love the chocolate brownie... So we have ordered 2 for take away along with few other items. My wife was signaling me saying “can we order 1 more for us” this signal was captured by the lady staff and she asked my wife, can I warm that additional 1 brownie for you? This was unexpected and Brilliant!! There are around 5-6 staffs in the store. All are busy attending drive thru... highly active and enthusiastic team... I highly recommend this store 👍

Omg I work right in front of it and let me just telling you I order a mobile order and my coffee being already made they wanted me to come thru drive thru and pick the gurl there were so rude and ignored my concern. Mobile app had available for pickup then they were closed and ignoring my concern about my coffee already be made I go and hour later my coffee sitting in the same spot and still no response calling the store nothing Very confused

We stopped by the Merrimack outlets location, but it was only drive thru and we could not pre-order. Then we pre-ordered online to the exit 6 location at coliseum Avenue. They were efficient, attentive and although they did not have honey, the added their sweet infusion. All great including the breakfast sandwiches. Thank you to the Barista Team.

Waited in the drive thru for a half hour for 2 coffees. Pulled up to the window and they refused to take my $50 dollar bill. I explained to them this was my only source of currency and they still denied me. They couldnt break a 50 for 15 dollars worth of drink. Had to leave with no coffees. Incredibly rude.

Store is lacking in customer service. Girls up front are very rude. They don’t ask how you’re doing and will just stare at you then rudely ask you what you want. The gentleman working is always very kind and attentive, however. Coffee is good as always but very awkward experience due to their lack of manners. Will not be returning to this location.

Always friendly service. Always so kind and patient. Best Starbucks around. The afternoon crew is absolutely amazing and accommodating. I love it here and i am so happy that they are open again. Every morning the manager greets me with a tender hug and a warm towel to pat my brow.All of the baristas break into choreographed dance and song like Broadway.The coffee brings me back to a time I was a small child in the Swiss Alps of Seattle.

It sad to say but I prefer Starbucks over Dunkin donuts. I come here every time Im heading into work. The only down fall is that covid has Effect it their hours some days. Besides that, the staff is super friendly and always make my day.

For those that have milk allergies and like tea, try green matcha tea latte with coconut milk. You might mike it, you might not, worth a try.

This is my go to Starbucks location. Plenty of seating inside and the staff is really great about being speedy and efficient. Adam, Michelle, Marilyn and Kim are total rock stars!

This is my go-to Starbucks, it is faster than the ones in Bedford and Manchester. Their drinks are excellent, even by Starbucks standards, and it is usually clean and despite the outlets not crazy busy.

The inside was extremely clean and the employees were very friendly. All of them had smiles on their faces and worked at a very efficient pace. There were a few flies flying around and they were a major distraction while I was trying to get some schoolwork done. This location should invest in some fly traps. Overall a good experience.

Starbucks is good

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area to stop at on my way to and from work. Its a convenient location off the highway and the drinks are made well 99% of the time. The employees, especially those who work in the morning, are super nice.

Starbucks is usually pretty reliable and pretty friendly place to get a cup of coffee. Though this is not one that serves the coffee with a smile.In fairness, I think it is really just the one gal at the register. I think she might also work at the Starbucks on Amherst St./101A. She always has a scowl, and provides only the bare minimum with her customer interaction.

This store is always 100% on the ball and I always get my drinks how I like them. Great job everyone!

Make their drinks wrong, slow service, and not very friendly. This Affogato style was to be 2 floating shots of espresso, they blended them in resulting in a frothy drink and gave only one shot of espresso. Overall very displeased.

This is the best place to get a coffee when you are going to shop in the Merrimac premium outlets. It is important to note that this place is not inside the Merrimac premium outlet. Its just before you enter the huge parking lot of the mall. So be sure to grab a coffee on the way and before going into the mall. This place has a drive through too!

Adam is by far one of the best starbucks workers that Ive seen. There is no phasing him even during rush hour this guy is energetic and always has time to assist customers on any issues or requests.

The woman in line standing in front of me placed a large order and couldnt get her credit card to read. She was obviously flustered but the cashier took it in stride and offered her her drinks for free! I paid in cash and had no issues with the card reader the following day.10/10 would drink again.

Should be AT the outlets, not on the driveway in. This location is in a completely separated plaza, in order to have your coffee while shopping you must first stop here. drive through always has a long line or you park and get out of the car, order and get back in your car just to re park a minute later up the hill at the outlets actual parking lot. For that nuisance alone take this tip, DUNKINS is only a minute away and entirely worth slightly going out of the way. But again, this is not located at the outlets and is often a hassle. Coffee is great, always a clean place, service is great and its all more expensive and not quite as good as dunks so, all in all GO TO DUNKINS

I go through the drive thru and every single time my iced vanilla chai latte made with coconut milk is wrong. I can no have regular milk and am beyond disappointed in the service of the drive thru! I corrected the girl this morning and she handed me back the same cup she made it wrong in the first time, what part of I cant have regular milk do you not understand?! Ugh. Looks like if I want my drink correct I will have to go in every time. So frustrating!!!

Consistently out of milk and cream. Trash is always overflowing and the counter is filthy. This is a newer Starbucks that is not up to standard.
