Everyone in the store was so nice and so attentive. I had my dog with me and they were so sweet to him, and I ended up with two pairs of sunnies! Love that store and the people who work in it - always have a good experience.

I went in to get a pair of Prada sunglasses I purchased here repaired because they were deformed after wearing them only once.The guy behind the counter was very rude, told me that they never stocked this model and they were covered with scratches and were therefore used a lot. Very weird, because I wasn’t even asking for a refund or discount, although I definitely know I purchased it here after the pandemic started and used it once. He should just have shut up and said he couldn’t help.Terrible service. You just lost a customer

A nice store located inside Merrimac Premium Outlets. I would not say they have a large collection but they have all the good brands. You can find some items on sale too. The staff are pretty courteous and help to try out stuff and give suggestions too!

Nice store, prices marked clearly and knowledgeable staff. Upselling was a tad too obvious but other than that it was a pleasurable experience!

Bought Ray-Ban sunglasses from here. Later realized, they charged me $15 more than the actual price that was offered on the Ray-Ban website.

Really annoying sales person that rides your shoulder like a hawk. Trys to sale you things you dont want.I will try back when she is not there and rereview.The one at nashua mall has two really awesome sales girls that i would rather give my sale to.
