Pleasant staff, clean store.
Awsome sales excellence
Good quality luggage but overpriced, you want to be able to carry your clothes and nice luggage but I dont want to have to take out a bank loan to do it. They did have a nice selection of TSA locks and different tags to put on your luggage items to weigh your baggage so forth.
They have changed their business hours. There is no sign to communicate what the new ours are. I’m currently waiting in the parking lot.
Love the prices
Really expensive, a medium sized soft bag is $230. Walked out when saw the prices and went to the Travelpro store, paid $83 for the same sized bag.
DO NOT LET THEM SEND YOUR LUGGAGE TO THE FIXERY! I brought my carry-on to this Samsonite store who sent it to The Fixery to replace the 4 wheels. The 4 wheel plus shipping cost more than a brand new luggage. When I called to tell them that it was surprising, I was told that they are not Samsonite and that they dont have to make it cost effective. That is awful customer service. I already paid $10 at the Samsonite store for the repair estimate, and would have to pay $25 to get my luggage back un-repaired. They clearly implied that they are NOT held to the standards of the brands they work for, and that is a real problem, both in terms of customer service and, I assume, quality of work. Additionally, the price of the repair estimate, is taken out of the price of the repair, if the repair is made... but not at The Fixery.
Great product and excellent customer satisfaction
Would have made a purchase but I overheard the arrogant salesman bet the cashier that he could make a sale off me. Probably not the best conversation to have with only one person in the store.
I really loved it
Store was inexplicably closed when they should be open- 1130am on Saturday. Made 30 mile drive to find the store dark, no one inside, no notices posted. Outlet staff couldnt explain why store wasnt open.
Expensive parts ...
Very good variety of bags and quality
