The assistant manager Michael and his employee were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They are exactly the kind of people you want assisting you in a retail environment and exactly the kind of employees that you hope to find. I didnt know that Tumi offered such an excellent warranty. If not for my husbands airline discount, we would have made our purchase with them! If you are in the market for luggage please check out this location. Just a word to thank the folks at Tumi for handling warranty repair work on my briefcase. I swear, this is the first time, ever, that any store with which Ive done business honored a lifetime warranty, no questions asked. After many years of use, the folding carrying handle had broken. We received it back from them yesterday, in like new condition, well packaged and with the correct replacement part. They had cleaned it, too. Tumi is a top of the line brand; their styling is enduring and quality superb. I have a complete Tumi luggage set but when I need more this is the only brand I will accept. I have found the Tumi staff in Merrimack to be excellent.
