I had the most wonderful experience with MI-BOX, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is moving, especially a long distance. I ended up having to change plans with them several times including the day before the delivery! Everyone who I worked with was so friendly and accommodating. Also watching the boxes get loaded up onto the trucks is so cool. Thank you so much to everyone, next time I move I will 100% be working with them again.

When my mom passed and I very quickly had to move in to my childhood home, Mi-Box made my life so much easier. With little time to work with, they were very accommodating in having a storage unit waiting for me in the driveway. I used the container for 6 months allowing me to sort through my belongings while also going through the painful process of sorting through my mothers. Im so thankful that I did not rent a storage unit where I would have had limited access and time constraints on when I could and couldn’t do what I needed to do. Thank you Mi-Box!

Amazing experience. We needed to have onsite storage for about a month and then needed to move the storage containers out of state but needed flexibility on the timing. Working with their call center was easy, anytime I called I was able to talk to someone immediately, and whenever we knew the dates of the move they were able to schedule the pickup/dropoff by early the next week. We then needed time to unload and was able to call when done and they came and got the boxes within a few days. A long drawn out move was made so much better with the help of the people at Mi-Box. Delivery drivers were also very friendly, made sure the boxes were put where we wanted them and took the time to secure the box to make sure it was stable to move items in/out.

The driver and customer service was great and the condition of the storage units were like new, well maintianed.

Do not use MI-Box for your storage rentals. Their customer service is horrible. They didnt schedule the final pickup even though they had it on the recording that I requested a certain date and I get charged for extra days. Numerous emails back and forth were a waste of time, and their Sales manager Kelly is useless. It took over a week and 3 emails to get a final invoice. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company and avoid these headaches.

Terrible experience. Using a storage box is great, but I do not recommend Mi-Box. We paid an extra $75 to have our box picked up between 7:00 am - 9:00 am, however, they forgot to pick it up. They refunded us the $75 fee however, they picked up the box later in the afternoon and then stored it overnight rather than bring it to us! We didnt even have a bed to sleep on! My husband and I called and was told a manager would call us right back. NOPE. My realtor called and they told her the same thing, but never called her back. We have tried several times and no call back. Its been almost 2 months in our new home and STILL NO CALLBACK! We hired 3 people to help us move ($300/ea) and still had to pay them and then move our stuff ourselves, while I struggled with a broken ankle. No response at all from this company and I am beyond ticked off! They put us in a really bad spot, never mind the buyers of our old house. They had a rough time moving in, with a big box taking up the driveway. BIG PROBLEM! I understand things happen, however they didnt even try to make up for this in any way, other than the $75 fee (BIG DEAL). One more thing, they told us the final fee would be a few days before they picked up the box from our new house. NOPE, they took it out the day they were supposed to pick up our storage container and deliver it to us, but didnt. Maybe fearful we would stop payment until we came up with a deal? Horrible experience and would never use or recommend Mi-Box to anyone!

Very professional, explained everything to the T.Efficient, The person dropping off the pod knew exactly where and how to put levelers, where needed. Explained how to pack it as well,so it’s not off, when they pick it back up . I would use them again for sure!! Very happy

Actual mailbox storage part of the experience was fine. The movers they provided or absolutely awful. Do not use college bound movers, they’re very unprofessional, they don’t return calls, they aren’t careful with your furniture, they break things and don’t pay to replace them. Awful, awful company.

Walked us through the whole process for in-town move. Responsive and adaptive to our needs. Delivery and pick-up communication was great. Transport was smooth and they even took special care when placing the container to make sure driveway pavement was not damaged. Friendly delivery drivers and call center employees. Would use again!

Rented a MI-Box for a couple of weeks while doing a renovation. From making the reservation, to delivery and then pick up everything went very smoothly. The box was very clean and good quality. Definitely be using them again!!

MI Box was the perfect solution for us! We had two weeks between houses, so having all of our items safely secured with Mi Box saved us time and money. It was so easy! Investing in Mi-BOX was the easiest part of our home move! We needed to store all of our stuff to prepare for a house move and an open house (selling our old house)...all this on top of having 2 young children running around. I compared prices for using a storage facility, and a monthly Mi-Box was less expensive. We purchased a month-long rental box with a loving kit and everything arrived clean and on-time as promised. I packed an entire 4-bedroom home all by myself as a stay-at-home Mom....and it was a BREEZE because I could pack a box anytime of day (usually night!) and simply move it into the Mi-Box parked in our driveway. I never felt pressured or rushed to move anything because it was all done at my own pace. With the kids, that was KEY! The moving blankets we rented were clean and very appreciated for padding that I needed for our furniture and lamps. When it was time to move everything over to the new house, the customer service folks who scheduled our move were so friendly and helpful. The driver himself must have the magic touch because NOTHING shifted during transport. Nothing. Not a single thing. I was shocked. He even called me to let me know that he had arrived and he had a question before he dropped the box in its planned spot. He could have easily just abandoned my box, but he didnt...he took the time to call. I opened the Mi-Box door at our new house and simply moved all the boxes into the garage and into the house. Then a few days later, the empty box was magically gone from our new driveway. It was like magic. I cant believe how AMAZING and seamless it was...seriously all thanks to the convenience of Mi-Box. I think I gained years back to my life by eliminating anxiety through using this service. I am so grateful for this investment...it was the BEST experience! I highly recommend it, hands-down!

The box rental is a bit expensive but we needed it during the transition between two houses.It was easy to deal with customer service to schedule a date for delivery and they are very flexible.

This company did a great job at outlining the types of services they provide, their costs, and their process for dropping off storage containers. Eva did a great, professional, and careful job of making sure the storage container was placed safely on our property. After researching different storage options and planning for an out-of-state move I had reached out to multiple companies. The experience with others was miserable. Long wait times, bait and switch pricing, etc. THEN I FOUND MI-BOX!!!!!From the first time I called I knew I wanted to work with them, even before knowing their price. I was able to get to a human being in minutes, without going through circular prompts and waiting on hold for upwards of an hour. Once I actually spoke with someone they were, get this, kind, courteous and professional. Believe it or not, this is not automatic anymore for many places.They worked with me on all details of planning when to drop off, direction that made the most sense for drop-off, worked on Fridays (some companys dont forcing you to pay for weekend storage) and even had an option to pay $75 additional dollars to get the storage container picked up in a 2-hour time window. Mind you, they were there at the time we needed to the minute. They were able to accomodate our needs and time-frames as closing times got moved around or we changed our minds about how and where we wanted the container dropped off. Just amazing. The truck driver were also as nice as could be, professional, personable, all of it.Its really sad that in this day and age that Im equally impressed with the quality of the item Im paying for as well as the customer service that comes with it. I will never go with another company for any of my storage or moving needs. Id be crazy too! Youd be crazy too! Look no further and save your time on hold and in cancelling orders after the prices changed unexpectedly. Youll be happy you did.

Very happy with the entire process, the first leg of my move was out of reach for the bigger companies (by literally 80 yards!) My Box was able to find a way to get it done at a reasonable rate and not one hiccup. They wee great!

We had a great experience with MI Box! From getting a quote, delivery, drop off, everything with ease. We also had a little snafu where our elderly neighbor backed into the box and damaged it. Unfortunately we did have to pay for the damage but our representative Cathy took it to the next level to store our box indoors and higher up so critters weren’t able to get it. We also set up a payment plan which we were comfortable with. We would highly recommend them!

Dustin was so professional, kind and helpful. I had reservations with another local company in Ayer, MA and they cancelled the move twice. I was helping my niece and we were on a serious timeline. I couldnt find any other company that could come out on a Friday, last minute and also remove the box (container ) the same day. Dustin went above and beyond and was more than fair with pricing, again last minute on a Friday. Forget UHaul, Pods or any other company out there, this truly is the real deal and treated with respect and kindness just isnt heard of these days. But Dustin was all of the above and I am so grateful and still am!!!! Please call this company before any other and you will not regret it!!!

We had a great experience and the Amherst NH location. They went way beyond our expectations. We initially got one box and then had to get another which was delivered quickly. When we ordered the wrong size they came immediately and swapped out the boxes. They were very accommodating. Only recommendation would be to know what size box you need on your own. Their suggestions were not accurate for us so we ended up with two boxes.

I was very pleased with the experience . The communication was excellent and I felt they were very informative explaining the entire process. They came and delivered and picked up the MI Box in a timely manner . I would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them

Working with Mibox was a very simple and easy process. The drop off, pick up, and storage were very easy to schedule and the drivers showed up on time. I did not need to be home and the loading and unloading process seemed very simple. They placed the box exactly as I specified. The customer service rep with whom I dealt in Merrimack New Hampshire was fantastic. He was very polite and courteous and got things done. The benefit of my Mibox was that I was able to move on my own schedule, they were able to come on short notice and I was able to unload on my time and my schedule without worrying about a clock ticking. Their costs are very reasonable, and in fact the cost was less than renting a storage locker of the same size and was obviously much more convenient with the door to door service. I would highly recommend them.

They provided a very timely and detailed estimate, answered all of our follow-up questions in a very knowledgeable, friendly, and straight-forward manner, called us the day before the scheduled Mi-Box drop off with a four-hour window for the next day, arrived on time as promised, and even accommodated us later that same evening by picking up the first Mi-Box and dropping off another once we realized that one wasnt going to be enough! We were also very impressed with the immaculate condition of the Mi-Boxes inside and out, the availability of everything needed for packing them (e.g., locks, moving straps, moving pads), and the very clear expectations provided up front for the return of their equipment. We also used College Bound Movers, who were extraordinary, not only in their ability to move items of various sizes and weights - even some that were extremely heavy -- down two sets of stairs, including one long outside staircase, without breaking anything, but also in their timely arrival, professional manners, and very creative furniture stacking, which allowed us to utilize every inch of the Mi-Box! We are also very pleased to be able to store our Mi-Boxes at the Mi-Box facility for a month while we wait for our new place to be ready. We will use both Mi-Box and College Bound Movers again for future moves and will recommend them to anyone else that we know who is looking for help with their next move!

When they delivered box to home they did not put box on lifts as requested by condo association. We had to repair ruts in driveway. On day of delivery we were told delivery would be between 1-3 pm. After making a call, they told us it would be 6:00 pm. Would never use this company again.
