I needed to get a new cell number for my phone. I got there right when they opened and didnt have to wait at all. A customer service representative greeted me immediately and sat me down and got to work. Juliana was courteous, helpful, efficient, and expeditious. I was out of there in under 10 minutes with a new cell number on my old phone. Juliana was an amazing customer service representative and I would recommend anyone needing help at AT&T to see her. She was awesome.

Christopher was really nice! He worked well with us on updating a phone and buying something. He was easy to talk to and understand despite the mask known for muffling voices. Parking lot is little small but store is easy to locate and pull in to.

Phillip was great to work with and patient with us non tech savvy old codgers. He answered all our questions and took the time to explain things to us. I would highly recommend him if you visit the store

I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the physical store was out of stock on the inventory I wanted, but the associate, I think the tag read Daniel, was super helpful explaining to me the options I had to choose and how to navigate the online ordering.

Went in store to possibly order a new phone. The associate name Phil came to help me immediately. He told me the problem with my old phone could not be fixed easily. Looking at my account he saw that I had phone insurance. We agreed to order a replacement Phone using the insurance. He handled all of paperwork Within 5 minutes. 2 days later I received my new phone and went back to the store to have it activated .Once again I was greeted by Phil who got it set up. The next day I returned to have an adjustment made again phil Handle it within 2 minutes. My highest regards go out to Him for professionally handling A senior citizen Without much Tech savvy Like me .

The Merritt Island store always takes great care of us. An appointment made online is the way to go, so you dont have to wait. Gary helped me hook up a new phone yesterday and made it seem easy and move along quickly. All of my questions were answered honestly and information was given to me on different services. I entered this store really frustrated with charges on my iPhone, and planned on canceling my service after 10-years with the company over it.Johnathon took the time to review every single charge on my bill, he called customer service and had a conversation regarding possible discrepancies on my bill, and he took the time to explain each charge and was able to return money to me before I left the store. He had a calm, caring disposition, and I genuinely appreciated his help.I will remain an AT&T customer because of him.

I had a great experience here in person at the At&t store in merritt island, Gary was so much help and helped me to his full extent! I would highly recommend coming into this location and speaking with Gary! The online service I wouldn’t recommend due to issues with the customer service but luckily Gary helped me out and made my experience much better!

Came in needing a new line having just recently married, and was transferring the wife from sprint. Phillip was the one who helped us, and man he was Awesome! He was very knowledgeable of the service and broke everything down in detail so there were no surprises. Went on the store on Sunday at 5:11 (thru close at 6),, they would not show me a new galaxy phone because theyd put them all away. Reason given: were about to close... I was like,, its only 5:11??! The guy says it takes time to close... Such BS..

I was very surprised when I happen to be running errands on Merritt Island and stopped in the AT&T store and a representative, Vasil, was available immediately. Because I had been to the AT&T store in Titusville the day before and there was a minimum of a one hour wait.There were cleaning solutions and facemasks available for guests to use. Vasil answered all my questions completely and showed me a nice range of phones for my specific use. AT&T representatives are no longer permitted to do transfer of previous phone to new phone. But they gave me a sheet of instructions and phone numbers to call if I couldn’t do it myself. But my daughter knows enough, even though she has an android, to do the transfer for me. I am enjoying my new Apple iPhone.

The customer service is the worst ever, the sales person not cooperate with customer they refuse to give the phones because I didn’t have the debit card wish the taxes was paid, and neither wiling to cancel that order to make a new one, not even willing to talk to the ATT representative on the phone, really nasty, the worst experience ever

- If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have been in a few times inquiring about an iPhone 6S... Each time I arrive at the store I am not greeted with a friendly welcome, I do not feel comfortable, & to be completely honest... these people only want to help you if they know there is a sale! I called in tonight to ask if they had the phone in stock (because I was going to go straight there to purchase it) I was rudely told “this is a customer” when I could clearly tell it was the same Spanish gentlemen that has helped me before... then I was hung up on! So I would just like to say, I took my business straight to the cocoa store! Where I should have gone in the FIRST place. Never again will I go to Merritt Island. They clearly do not value EVERY customer, & clearly have no decency. Cocoa was an extremely pleasant experience, & I will continue to do ALL of my business there. They even gave me a FREE CASE because of Merritt islands f**k up! Now that’s what I’m talking about! Shame on this store. Seriously need to re-evaluate who they have in there working. DO NOT WASTE TIME HERE!

Andres and Kevin were incredible. Fixed my issues that were created by AT&T customer service phone reps. Stayed past closing time for several hours to resolve my issues even though I didnt even purchase the phones in their store! I would highly recommend them.

Super disappointed with my customer service experience. Our sales person talked up a special promotion on our current phones- worked it all out for us- had us pick out our new phones and charged our credit card the difference. All was well until he realized that the promotion he sold us changed and our new costs were considerably higher. More than double higher. That’s frustrating and a waste of our time- but now the manager and the sales person can’t figure how to refund the charge and it’s been over an hour. Not a fun way to spend the afternoon and we’re leaving without making any progress. It didn’t help that our sales person told us when we were choosing our new phones that he needed to hurry because he had dinner plans. I’d go somewhere else if you’re looking for competent help. If you do go to this store, I’d find someone other than Philip to help.
