Today we had an amazing experience with an incredible young man while purchasing a phone at t-mobile his named was Will. He went above and beyond our expectations and even hopes. He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, upbeat and had a genuine interest and making sure we were happy with our purchase. He is truly an asset to the company! I would hire him in a minute an company would benefit by having this young man as an employee.

Dawn made my day today! I am a local Realtor and I was having a hard time sending property videos to a client. I have been having some connectivity issues due to the cell towers. Worst store and experience i have had with any tmobile store in my 17 years as a tmobile/suncom customer. To top it off, one of the items i purchased wasnt in stock, so they said they would have it delivered to store. The store has missed delivery 3 times and isnt open now, 11am on a Saturday. Unsatisfactory. They will upsell you and not bother following through.-Update - Its been a week and I have swung by the store 3 times to try and pick up the upsold watch. The store has been closed every time. UPS will be returning the watch to sender, since the store hasnt been there to pick it up and missed too many delivery attempts.

Went there today and the women working there was not in the mood to be at work I was trying to get answers on a few things was wanting maybe some upgrades and one phone needed to be replaced she was in no hurry to help us find the phone we wanted. Have been super disappointed in the quality of the service in all aspects. If anyone knows of a better place please dont hesitate to say so.

Sprint Merritt Island is my go store. The reason why its my go to store is Jenn Meisner shes never to busy for me and always takes care of what ever I need. As long as she works at that store they will have my business. The rest of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I highly recommend them.
