I have never had a more pleasant experience getting glasses. Wendy went above and beyond to track down a pair of frames I had wanted and has kept me updated along the way. She was so helpful and kind about it. The Doctor and rest of the staff are also awesome! Would definitely recommend this office.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Was taken back on time, examination was done quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently.I was also fitted for glasses which was a wonderful experience as well. The person who assisted me in picking out frames was very helpful and provided honest feedback regarding the types of frames that looked the best.

My first time at Family Vision Center and they were absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the doctor exceeded my expectations and was awesome! They didnt have an available appointment for several weeks, and Im 9 months pregnant so I made an appointment at a later date and Cindy put me on the cancelation list and called me two days later to come in for an appointment. Absolutely great experience! They were able to accommodate me the next day after I called. All staff is super nice and helpful, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. This was the first time I went to an eye appointment since moving to the area and I’m so glad I found this place. Dr. Curington was really knowledge and patient when explaining the exams and results. The frame collection is amazing! Found just what I wanted and the ladies helped me find my true fit. Overall this place is excellent. I had a great experience shopping for frames with Wendy in Merritt Island. Family Vision had a fantastic selection of designer frames, so many that I ended up buying 2 pairs. I am a big guy and have difficulty finding designer frames that fit usually. Boy, was I pleased! I am extremely nearsighted so I selected the lightest high index lenses with varilux and I have never been more happy-no more Coke bottles! Joleen helped by edge polishing lenses too. Very professional office.

Loved this place! First time because of insurance change. Was examined on time and able to purchase glasses for myself and daughter that fit our insurance plan. No extra charges. I really appreciated help on finding the right frames for my face.

Everything about my experience with the MI Family Vision Center was awesome!!!!! On the phone, Kelly was patient and efficient getting me the quickest appt to fix my glasses and schedule an exam. Wendy worked with me to figure out what to do with my broken glasses. She was extremely friendly and was a joy to chat with while Jolene performed magic n got the arm reattached to my sad optical situation. I was SO grateful!!!!!!!!! Dr. Frank Curington and his staff are efficient, very courteous, and made my annual eye exam pleasant with the latest technology. They also have a wide selection of frames to choose from (my fav for sunglasses are the Raybans) and lightweight titanium frames suited my fancy. Jolene (my personal sales rep and most knowledgeable) made sure I got all the discounts available to me and was very patient with all the inquiries I had concerning my needs in both regular and sun glasses. I do recommend Family Vision Center.

When I showed up for my appointment they told me it had been canceled because I did not respond to their confirmation request. I cannot believe they just canceled my appointment that I made and showed up for. I did not realize confirmations were required to keep your appointment so I am extremely frustrated because I get so many calls and messages that I am not always good about keeping up with them. I put the appointment on my calendar and I showed up for it. I went out of my way and revolved my entire day around this appointment and they will not see me. I will be finding a new doctor who does not spontaneously cancel appointments.

Wendy and Jolene are a pleasure even with the Covid caused changes in business. They are very helpful and efficient. They helped me find a pair of very pretty glasses that work well. Of course I will be back to Dr Nass when my next exam is due. Thank you

She is one of the most helpful and passionate people I have ever met about her profession. She will be the only one that I will get my glasses from for the rest of my life, no joke.

They’re awesome at Family Vision Very friendly answer all our questions. We didn’t get our glasses back in time before we left for Michigan and they mailed them to us which I thought was very nice of them.

I gave 5 stars because Family Vision Center is a great place to get your eye exams and glasses everyone there makes you feel like you are part of there family. I love my glasses both pairs they work with you about your bill and they have payment plans if you wish I will go back. The doctor there was very nice and very thorough, there staff is wonderful so friendly and caring. You all do a great job there thank you to all the staff and doctors.

I found this cute little eye care place on Google close to where I live. I had no idea it was even there. I lucked out and got a same day appointment. All the staff were super friendly. I had such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend. A+

Dr. Curington was very personable and caring. I appreciated his attention to detail and of my condition, so he didn’t just rush through to a new prescription. He wanted to make sure my eyesight had stabilized before setting me up in the new prescription. This attention to detail shows he truly cares for his patients. Jolene, the optician, was extremely nice and helpful, too. When trying on different frames, she was honest about how they looked and worked at getting the best deal for my money. She looked at what was best for the patient, not what would net the most money. I highly recommend Family Vision Center in Merritt Island, they really care about the patient!

Ive been a lifelong customer at this location and was very hesitant to try the new staff and business but I had a really great experience at Family Vision Center. After a good vision appointment with Dr. Gauger, I was ready to try progressive glasses. I attempted to have them filled at the local mall eye glass place. They were not working for me at all. I went back to Family Vision Center to check my prescription and they confirmed my prescription and looked at the glasses and determined they were not calibrated properly. I went back to the other place for an adjustment where I was treated like a fast food customer (I wont even go into that disaster) and they attempted to correct the calibration. After a second time of not being happy with the glasses, and the feeling that progressives just may not be for me, I again went back to Family Vision Center, where they checked the calibration again. Again, they were completely off. I had enough and decided to have Family Vision Center fill my prescription and I could not be happier! I am loving the progressives and also they got rid of my nighttime glare issue, which the other place could not address. They are professional, experienced and competent. Thank you Jolene and staff for making me a believer of progressives!

Went here because of Jolene. Used to go to her shop in Cocoa Village but now she is working here. She is THE BEST for helping you get the right glasses! I wear a heavy prescription and she knows just which frames and processes that will make your glasses thin. Love my new pair!!

Just called and talked to receptionist about possible exam. Price is quite high for those without insurance. Asked about icon on their website for VSP and asked how that would affect my out of pocket with their office and was told have to buy the insurance first before they could give me any information. CLUELESS OFFICE HELP!! They should know what is on their own website. Will be going to Amereicas best.

Dr. Nasss practice now is under different ownership, but fortunately he is still there. I have been a patient of Dr. Nass for decades. There are not enough positive stars I could give him. He is the very best in his field, and clearly takes an interest in his patients as individuals.
