I have been going to JCP Optical for years. I have gotten at least threeor more pairs of eyeglasses there at different times with different prescriptions. Have always felt secure with purchase.I noticed the attention, knowledge, fulfillment of tasks tosatisfy customers and a great selection of Eyeglasses. Ive neverhad a problem or regret for visiting. I would highly recommend.

I thought my visit was okay. I enjoyed getting the eye exam, the optic doctor was professional. She pushes you to try contacts, but after you decline she gets the hint. Overall it was good, except for the receptionist. She was rude and blamed the computer for many of her errors.

I come from orlando to purchase my eyewear from cj. I have been her customer since 2002 and would recommend visiting her at nationwide vision inside jcpenney in merritt island. She goes above and beyond with her customer service and attention to detail with everything. This is the reason i travel so far.

I had a follow up appointment at 3:15. When I arrived, the receptionist did not know when I could be seen. She said to come back around 4:15. I am stuck because I already paid for the original visit. Receptionist doesnt comprehend that it was an inconvenience.
