The employee that we interacted with was not helpful simply referred us to a website for The Geek Squad when there is a Geek Squad in the store. Then gave us an outdated brochure and circled a website to go to that doesnt exist any longer for Best Buy repairs. If Best Buy wants to stay in business they should at least hire people that want to provide some kind of customer service instead of just handing them a piece of paper like theyre too busy there was nobody else waiting when she took care of us. It seemed as though it was a great imposition on her to help us
Ive not had great experiences with Best Buy in general over the past 10+ years so I wasnt super stoked to have been driven here by lack of availability elsewhere during COVID-19. But we needed new appliances. Fridge, dishwasher, and stove.Long story short, we were very well taken care of by more than one associate, and in the end I only got the business card of one employee, so he will go mentioned here. Tyler got us all checked out and went above and beyond to make sure we could get everything we needed in the quickest available time.After our purchasing experience with Best Buy, our appliance deliveries went very smoothly and we were impressed by their contracted companies. They took our old appliances, delivered and installed our new ones, took pictures (mostly for their own liability Im sure, but it is still appreciated), and were on their way in a timely manner. We have several rentals that will need outfitting and we plan on returning to Tyler at this location soon.

Honestly I love Best Buy. But needed only one service and it was for cellphones. The clerk was amazing. Working alone with 3 sets of people at the same time; spending time with each group as he could. He appeared to be calm and collected. Standing for about 15 minutes in line with a view of the entrance, we could see 4 other workers in Best Buy all chatting. Finally a lady worker arrived to help this young man. I sure hope management knows how well this young man works for them!!!

I love it here. I bought a new headset and some other products for a very important project at work. The staff where very helpful and respectful with helping me find what I was looking for. The only issue I have is that they let a woman bring in a non service dog into the store, if it was a service dog I wouldnt of minded.

Worthless employees marked the open box laptops with the wrong price and would not honor that price and then try and change the price after the fact. Not just 1 laptop but 3. Three laptops all over $1000 marked under $100. To me that smells like some shady business. Then Jesse the supervisor and Dan the manager all want to mock my husband and make fun of us.. Ill never buy here again. Rude, unprofessional and Im sure they are doing shady stuff.

My experience is essentially being ignored. I have gone to a number of locations with interests to purchase a computer and a lot of other merchandise. What typically occurs is I go elsewhere and purchase. I have purchased and been quite satisfied with most things from Best Buy. I have also purchased items for other people who were satisfied and pleased. When I go to a nearby store I also stop at this store. My most recent visit was the same. In a buying cycle and did not as much as have eye contact.
Superb Customer Service is of the utmost importance. Second time with terrible experience/service from the rep guarding the entrance/exit. Online shopping is convenient however often times face to face interaction is important to help answer questions on a product for immediate purchase. First off, a welcome upon entering with how can I help you, inaccurate. That individual is not there to help but to point you in a direction you already know where to go. Secondly, I was ready to purchase an electronic watch displayed by the entrance, and again how can I help - inaccurate again, he was not able to help or even make a radio request to get a rep to open the display. The excuse was - they will be stopped on the way by others. The store was practically empty. Too much of an inconvenience, poor service. What a joke. Done with BB - aka Worst Service Buy.
Not good service. I purchased a phone and had to wait 2hrs to tell me it dont work. They said Sims and I said it works in any other phone. But end of day. They dont really know everything. Like what phones do what. Thanks Best Buy. You took only 2hrs of my day for a refund and restocking fee.
Website said they would have Xbox Series X / PS5 available in store. They put signs on the door saying they didnt get any. We walked through the door and asked if they had any, an elderly guy in Best Buy uniform was rude to my wife and told her well we put up signs what did you expect? with a bad attitude. We were first in line.They probably sold them to their employees.
I was absolutely impressed with the young people at this store. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not condescending to the technology challenged people like myself. 😊 Whoever the manager is at this place, knows what the hell they are doing. I will be back, and spend my money here whenever I can, instead of Amazon. Thanks.
Store has been remodeled since last here. It looks good has a bigger section of appliances now. I used the store pickup options made it easier to get thing.
Went to see what they had in laptop computers. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the different ones. Not busy. They took a great amount of time to answer questions and show us the many different options. Bought a Dell!

I had a hard time finding knowledgeable staff anywhere I shopped. Then I went to Best buy and the gentalmen that helped me knew how to explain to me and found what I wanted and made the prosses very easy for me thanks Best buy for all your help.
Its ok. We went for a computer mounting hardware...they didnt have what we wanted. I purchased another item. The guy that checked us out was not friendly at all. I miss Customer service. I just feel like nobody cares anymore. It just drives more people to Amazon.

My husband and I went to look at their car backup cameras. They dont have everything in store that is online. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. He got a manager right away to help when something wasnt working with their computer to purchase the item. It was a great experience and didnt take long.
Customer service today was good at the return desk. Buyer beware though, I bought an iPhone there some time back that didnt work. Best Buy couldnt ever get it to work, and still charged me a restocking fee. So I paid $35 for a phone that never worked. They said there was no way the could refund that fee. Terrible policy!

I have not been into the store in a few years, I was pleasantly surprised with how well everything looked and the inventory they had on hand. I got used to shopping online unfortunately and forgot how fun it is to see the wall of massive TVs and blaring the speakers. Michael was a huge help, and I was not aware they would price match, so that made it helpful.

No one was able to help us even if they see you wondering around the store they wouldnt ask if you needed any help! We look around for almost an hours for the thing we look for. Still nobody care to ask! Everyone seem to act like they are busy but in reality they are chit chatting with thier co worker. Except the lady who bring us up seem like the only person who care. Worse best buy I ever been to!

It was OK aside from the fact that I had to explain what a PCIE card was to an employee of an electronics store. Youd think their floor people in the PC department would be knowledgeable. I guess not.
The Geek Squad gentlemen were very nice, informative and I felt honest.
For being one of a few brick and mortar electronics store the staffing doesnt know more than what is advertised on the box. Went in for a universal adapter for my laptop, when I asked which one will work for my laptop (which I brought with me) I was simply told where the universal adapters are. Bought one and was told by GSquad that it will work. Low and behold it didnt, returned immediately and asked if I can have help looking for one that will work, was told again theyre universal so theyll work AS I WAS RETURNING a universal adapter. I expressed this calmly and was told Ill look it up and order it for you, I nicely told customer service that if thats the way to get it I can do it myself. Im not computer illiterate and just need to know which universal adapter to buy without opening boxes and seeing what work because thats frowned upon. I miss RadioShack!

I went in there about a month ago to buy a computer. While I was there I was never approached for assistance...and it wasnt really that busy. They had very little selection. I left and went to Costco to buy a computer instead.Maybe you should all consider adding more inventory instead of shifting so much to online stores. Some things are just easier purchase at a store so you can see them for yourself, like computers.

I actually really like talking to the staff here. Theyre very knowledgeable and are not commissioned based so theres no pressure to buy anything. Theyre just nerds that like to talk about electronics.
We sent one of our employees here to get a drone and the employees were unbelievably rude. One even had the nerve to take pictures of our employees personal car, tag the photo say he was trying to steal the drone, and then post it on social media. I dont even have enough words to describe how inappropriate that is. I will never use or recommend this location ever again. They need to do a little more training with their employees on how to be a decent human being.
Just lost a 25 year customer. After a couple months research on a sound system for the house, I was there to make the final in person choice. Was playing some music, not very loudly and an associate asked me to turn it down, that another customer was talking. I said well Im trying to decide on my purchase, are they more important that I am, I guess Ill buy else where? The associate said ok. I went and told manager, the manager defended the associate. I was there to spend$2,000 today, credit card in hand. The music was not at all loud, I just wanted to hear the two different systems before I bought. They made it clear they gave no cares of my experience. I already canceled my$10,000 limit card. Wont ever buy there again.

I recently purchased a samsung phone from them called the z fold2. After 3 weeks it started splitting down the screen. It was def a manufacturers defect but best buy wanted me to use my deductible of 200$ I even contacted the worthless GM and he said it was outside of the 14 day return policy. These phones are well over 1500$ and it only lasted a few weeks. They recommended me to call samsung because they dont fix other phones rather than iphones. He just kept stating legal policy Nonsense over and over again, not caring about customer service by any means. I have spent near 20k at best buy in a year or two and I will no longer go here or any other store again. There is a reason why best buys stores are failing and closing and this is a big reason why. Poor products and poor customer service.
Went in for “Apple” repair which ended up being Geek Squad. I previously called Apple to ask what constitutes battery service and they confirmed the issue I had with the battery expanding was “battery” service. The Geek squad refused to send of the iPad to apple for $99 “battery” service and wanted to charge me $649 for a complete service.
They price match with Amazon so if they have it in stock I can get it same day love it

I got a nice sale price on a new Galaxy s21+ and the staff at the cell phone center was extremely helpful and patient with the setup process. Although I think I got lucky as I didnt have to wait like a few of the people that came after me, They were probably less thrilled than I was.
Got what I needed however when I made selection felt rushed wirg purchase and wasnt done shopping! Overall good exp other than that

Went to buy an apple keyboard, magic pad and mouse.The sales associate said they have them in the back. I wanted to see the product, not sure why they didnt have a display. I wanted to be able to see the pricetag, the specs, the actual product.Didnt buy any products there.Best Buy has the worst return policy ever. Like 2 weeks for electronics.Better to buy at Costco where they have 1-2 years return policy and free concierge service for tech support.

I dropped of my Apple Watch to be repaired here exactly 3 weeks ago the lady told me it would take a week max and I haven’t gotten any updates no common courtesy calls to update me in my repair nothing !!!!! I called the store which they currently aren’t taking calls conveniently for them & the automated machine said they are still waiting to find a tech to fix it ?!? It’s been 3 weeks this is BS !!!!!!
Had to replace my monitor. Was looking at what was available when an associate asked me if I needed help. Told him what I wanted and he was able to find it in stock. Price and functionality were what I wanted.
Youre not gonna get the kind of wide selection like you would at Frys Electronics. They definitely cater to the how do I do that crowd. Although theres not a lot of good computer part stores around so its hard to knock em. When you need something in a pinch and anything will do they also come in handy. I just want a place with more variety of parts and a focus on computers.

Best Buy was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! I set up a Geek Squad appointment at the store and then looked at mp3 players. After I purchased them using my $100 reward, I found some ear buds and the 2nd checkout was a breeze.

Its a great place to buy electronics and you could even do price match and there some employs that have a good customer service Ive had some Issues in the past but they always help me and always fixed the problem. They have a good protection plan for all your electronics. Its much better than waltmart in there protection plan.

Went to this store to purchase a new smart TV and it was a horrible failure with staff too busy talking amongst themselves rather than dealing with customers. I employee told us he did not work in the TV sections and 2 other that were near it basically avoided eye contact and tried to look busy while chatting. Stood by their foolish orange flags and ultimately decided they did not need our business so left. On the way out I told the kid at the exit and he just shrugged and asked if we stood by the flag. Well never will return

I have been using curbside service since it was offered at the beginning of the pandemic and this Best Buy delivered the best service by far. James spotted us parked in a pick-up space looking confused. I was looking for the phone number. He hurried over to our car and asked if he could help. I gave him the order number, he went back inside and returned minutes later. He asked for my I.D. Checked it and then asked where we would like him to place our order. He was respectful at all times, wore a mask and maintained his distance. My sister and I are retired seniors and we expressed our appreciation for his excellent service. My sister asked if we could have the name of his manager so we could write a letter of appreciation.“That would be me,” he grinned. “I’m the Manager.”He pointed to his name badge with his name and title.We highly recommend shopping at Superstition Springs Best Buy where the manager, James, shows true leadership in modeling the excellent service we can enjoy at his store.Thanks again, James. We will return soon!
