Auto Zone saved my Bacon! Ive shopped here for years, but they really came through when my bike broke down right out front. I had a clogged injector that I had to rig up a switch to open them and clean them, and then for good measure change the spark plugs. They let me do it all right then and there. They had motorcycle in plugs as well. Whats more is they loaned me a few tools to use to help get it sorted.

The store was busy with a long line of customers. I waited patiently. I could see a job fair display on a table in front showing that the store is hiring. The hiring can help ease the needs for customer service during busy hours (around 5pm on thursday). One store personnel (Mr. Pierce) invited me over to the counter to assist me. He was quick and I was out of the store and on my way 5 min after his call. Thank you Mr. J. Pierce! You made a satisfied customer despite the busy line. This is the one auto parts store that is not closed at 10 pm. It was nice to see that they are open later until midnight.Although they were a bit slow, they made it up with their friendly service. The cashier was very kind and nice. He made everything just super easy to do. While I waited in line, I saw the store had a nice selection of car aromas, and also by checkout there were some cute keychains and some yummy snacks.The other person that work there and assisted was also very kind and patient. Again despite the longer wait here, the kimdness and patience really made a good experience

Came here looking to buy fluids for my car and was helped out by Mark B. He was a huge help to me! He took his time to help me get what I needed while not trying to oversell or rush me out the door. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed and also offered to come take a look at my car to see if there was anything else that I needed. I’m so glad that I came here and was helped by Mark B. I wished it opened up at 6:00 a.m.It doesnt they need to correct their hours.Im just sitting in the parking lot for the next 20 minutes waiting for it to open up.Besides that every thing else is good!

I needed a new battery, and Justin P helped me get the right one, and then took the time to install it in my car for me! He was very professional and quick, and did a fantastic job! (Also now I know how to get the battery out of my car lmao) very nice guy though, thanks!!

I got my battery checked and alternator without a problem. The guy was super nice.

As per usual, Saturday is a busy day to go here. The line moved quickly. The associate that helped me was able to get me the right parts promptly. The employees are down to earth and helpful here. Another happy customer with a working truck now!

The District Manager for this area, Hector Linares, knows how to treat customers and is exceptional. On my visit yesterday the customer service I received from Mark B was terrific and this location in general is awesome.

If they aint got it at this store order it online. This is the main hub in mesa its a pretty big store. Helpful staff but sometimes you do have to wait which is okay.

The only Autozone that is almost always in stock for that part you need. Also hands down the most knowledgeable group of gentlemen work here. Other Autozones Ive been too have really cool employees but with no knowledge or experience in cars therefore they might give the incorrect information to any auto related questions you may have. Just saying lol good luck folks!

Helpful team member. Got most of the things I was looking for.Was disappointed in the fact that there snow chains were overpriced and sold individually. They were over $150 per piece! Staff members were also not very knowledgeable about product that I was looking for. Then again it is Arizona and snow chains for not common.

What can I say? Its an AutoZone. Youre going to have to stand in line whether you are looking for then to look up or get you a part, or just buy what you already have. Typically a skeleton crew of the high-turnover-rate employees. I go in about every month but I dont think Ive ever seen the sane employee. Always different people. About 20% of the time youll meet an employee that knows what youre talking about, but mostly it feels like your always talking with a new hire. They dont seem to stock some of the stuff I used to go there to buy anymore. Just call ahead, lower your expectations, and expect to wait in line.

Staff was good. Staff came out & put our new battery in the car. It was night time & he still put it in. Good experience.

I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff are. Every time my check engine light comes on this is the place I go. They give you the OBD2 meter to use for free with simple instructions to follow and you just bring it back in to them and they give you a print out of what the code means and the replacement part you need along with a short explanation of what the part does or controls. I find this to be a very helpful option to have before seeing a mechanic. Especially since a lot of repairs are easy to do if you find the video on youtube. And one can save a lot of money if you have a simple repair that any mechanic is going to gouge you on.

Autozobers at this location are very helpful

They are good at helping you but they dont always have the right tools and I had to go to two different AutoZones to get everything I needed

They didnt have a wheel stud in stock for my car. I would think they should have these common parts readily available. I went to three of these stores until I found one.

Even though this location was incredibly busy tonight, the staff was still very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me find what I was looking for in a timely manner and I was very pleased with how knowledgeable they were.

If I broke down in this parking lot, Id push my car somewhere else.Theres nothing worse than standing in line for 30 minutes while employees let customers walk in and cut the queue.I watched 4 people walk in and grab stuff off the shelf and then get walk right up to the registers instead of going through the line. No one said anything to them. Absolutely infuriating not knowing if Im ever going to reach the counter because the employees couldnt care less about taking customers in the order they arrived. Should have told them to get in line.

Like always, they had what I needed, and there is always a good deal ($35 or less) on at least one 5 qt jug of synthetic motor oil/ long-life oil filter combo package by a brand I trust. If only I didnt have to drive so blasted far to the Honda dealership to get Honda brand ATF at 9 dollars and change per quart.

What could I say when youre right in the neighborhood I could take my scooter to pick up my battery after charging overnight on low rate plus they will analyze your charging system and tell you about any engine light codes printing out what it means so you can perhaps fix it yourself

This is the crazy Auto zone west of Gilbert Rd on main. You see some wild characters there, its always a long line and people telling the employees their life story. But AutoZone is always a good deal

Good selection of tools and parts. The service there was great. Decent prices on everything.

Is not 24 hours. Expect them to be closed when you need it most. You can travel by bus for hours and have them tell you on the phone they are open, show up and have to wait 2 hours or more for then to clean the floors. Which didnt happen the whole time you were there anyway

The employees lacked a sense of direction and were very uncordanated phones going unanswered and there was 6 people standing in line and another 2 waiting to make purchases... only after I made my presence unmistakably noticeable by loudly asking if anyone was working or all on break did 2 people make their way to the front counter...

Very poor service, slow, not knowledgeable, sold me wrong brake pads for and everyday 1500 truck then proceeded to take 20 mins in line with 1 person trying to run everything. You need to hire more experienced people with a better understanding of what true customer service is.

Good customer service

Very unprofessional went in to recycle some oil . Had three jugs no one offered to help and when i get to the back to the recycle zone one of the employees laughed/scoffed at me. I usually go to the nearest place for parts but this place will not get anymore of my business.

I understand the people make mistakes. But to argue that i returned the item damaged when the workers to sold me the damaged item to begin with. Dam! Just make sure these workers need to be trained properly.

It is wrong that if you speak to them in English on the phone they will attend them quickly but if they are in Spanish they will give you up to 30 minutes or they will hang up the phone

They have what you need. And if they dont another auto zone does. Warranty works wonders

Employees all idiots, the guy that waited on me didnt know how to a I r up a tire.

They had what I wanted. My only issue was there were only 2 cashiers for about 10 customers all needing things looked up. They were also answering the phone. This stuff was fine but there was at least one other employee who could have been helping customers, he was sticking shelves. Would have been 5 stars if my time in line had been shorter.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time, 6 employees were standing around talking while 2 other employees worked on the line of customers half way across the store, I had what I needed and tried to get one of the talkers to just ring me up and I was told they only do commercial accounts. Will not go back to that store again, luckily there is another auto parts store right across the street with more knowledgeable and prompt customer service skills

Somebody stole my part out of the package so the manager gave me the part for free . $5.00 free part got to love it.

They have a lot of parts but the waits are terrible. The phone callers take priority of the Peron at the counter. Line was 6 long and one person at the counter. Finally a 2nd but still over 20 min in line. Autozone needs a call center. STOP TAKING THE CALL BEFORE HELPING ME!!!!

I got new brake parts, and fit perfectly. Ive been told this store on Main is the central warehouse for Mesa or maybe the whole East Valley. Everyone was nice and professional. AutoZone also lets you use special tool. You pay a deposit, but get that back when you return it. That was a big help.

I love AutoZone in general but this one is in my area and it is one of the best around. I am able to go in and 99% of the time find exactly what Im looking for. There is those times where they dont have the product I need but they are able to look it up and see if any other store nearby has it and if not they will order it from their warehouse and have it there for me the next day. It is so convenient which is why I continue shopping here for all my car needs. I recommend this store to anyone having car troubles. Not only do they sell auto parts but they also have other services readiy available such as battery charging and OBDII code troubleshooting. As well as their lend-a-tool program where for a small deposit you can use a special tool that you might just need to use one time and do not wish to purchase. If you havent been here then what are you waiting for?

Picked up some of the new ceramic coating wax. Ran into a young man down there who works for a detailer and he pointed me in the right direction on which one to buy. I had no clue what one is better than the other.

Good service, but slow lines. Waited at least 15mins in line only to have a person ask me to wait at the counter. He went to help someone else and everybody behind me was helped. I got back in line and was finally helped.

Everytime Ive gone into THIS particular AutoZone the manager makes you feel like youre at home. He makes your visit, and purchase, feel like time and money was well spent. As long as hes there... THAT is my AutoZone!!!

I come here first for parts because the people behind the counters are friendly and professional. The Hispanic manager with the short hair knows his stuff and seems to care about doing a good job. He mostly works mornings for those who like to get things done and not waste time.

The fellow that helped me was Joseph Hernandez. I am totally amazed at the super customer care I was given. My bulb for my front blinker light was out on my truck. I had purchased the bulb from another Auto Zone, but the little guy there didnt know how to replace it. Joseph replaced it right there on the spot & never once act like it was a bother to him. He was so courteous & happy to help me. I thank him so much & Auto Zone should be proud to have such a fine person.
