Snapped the bracket that the rear lcas mounts to knuckle. Tanner Dyson was able to get me an accurate part number and get my order handled. Parts on its way to me now so I can drift this weekend. A great addition to the team!Also highly recommend the Voodoo Rear LCAs. Things are a freaking tank.

Bought brand new Ksport adjustable coil overs for a Audi TT Mk1 convertible. After less than 5,000 kms of use, the rear right strut snapped on the top mount area. After carefully studying the design, I’ve concluded that the size of suspension shaft is too thin, similar thickness to a pencil or AAA battery. The other competitors shaft is at least 3 times thicker, similar to a size C battery. I’ve made contact to the company to inform them about the design flaw, seeing if they will be making any improvements, still not response on their end.

I bought the kontrol pro kit for my 00 civic ek9. 5 years later I have to replace one shock on the rear. I ordered the replacement shock and it was on the road the next business. Along with fast service they took the time to help me find the correct torque specs for my car. Awesome company in my opinion! I hope I can buy more of their products soon!

Had a seized Coilover that I could not figure out how to fix. Decided to email Ksport and within minutes Devin F. replied and began the process of walking me though different ways to free up the lower height adjustment. With his help and some patience soaking the Coilover over a few days it became un-seized and I was able to adjust them with no problem. I recently installed the Kontrol Pro coilovers on my 2016 Focus ST and WOW what a difference! I was expecting better handling at the expense of some comfort, but these coilovers handle better and ride better than the OEM suspension. Once you get these setup correctly they are amazing! I would definitely recommend them to other ST owners.

I thought Google screwed up when the map said that KSport was at the abandoned Sunkist citrus warehouse. Nope. Google was correct. KSport moved there about 1.5 years ago and now has a bajillion square feet of office space. You have to know where youre going to get there as the signage is rather lacking. I had to ask if I was at KSport after I finally found a door to get in. I was assured I was at KSport and was directed to someone in sales who could help me out. About 20 minutes later I walked out with new suspension parts for my car. The instructions were horrible with extra parts galore, but install was pretty straight forward.

Bought these Ksport coilovers less than 1yr ago for $1000.00 front suspension already blew and now that im trying to get my front coils fixed/re[placed there giving me the run around and saying that they cant find me on the system im admin for over 10,000 Acura members and Im making sure no one has to go through what I went through...horrible experience make sure you spend your money somewhere where they actually do have good customer service and will respond to you

Been using and working with K-Sport for a couple of years now for our Audi. Really love the Big Brake kits and the coilover kits.

Powdercoat/Paint flaking and chipping off right out of box. Eric wanted to trash talk me and try to sell me the on the coilovers upon return because he has them on his mediocre car, when I was trying to inform him of my dissatisfaction with their product. Then couldnt tell me when I deliberately asked him if I would be charged a restocking fee when I drove the coilovers back to the warehouse and experienced their poor quality coating as Eric stated. Im just a warehouse guy, he said, though his demeanor answered my question. If your coating is chipping right out of box, how could that go on a show car? Why would you spend a thousand dollar (plus) if my product is chipping its coating right out of box prior to install?! (I apologize for the rhetorical questions) Eric didnt see a problem. So Im charged because they wont take their own product back, because they dont stand by it. That couldnt be more obvious with their restocking fee. I lost over $200 just for them to take their poor quality product back. I guess thats how they are staying in business. I said I was not satisfied currently and would still likely purchase in the future, however after the way they do shady business I will never purchase another product by ksport-usa. I urge everyone reading this to move on to your next option for brakes or coilovers. Ksport does not have your best interest in mind. Save your money if your are considering ANYTHING made by ksport. Unless you like paying top dollar for poor quality products to put on your pride and joy. (Zero stars is not an option for rating)

Have less then a year with ksports, one rear struct went bad and I called to see procedures. Guy said cant do anything unless you have recipet. Ok great. And then went off as to they were installed wrong. All you can do since they are your struts is to bring them in and atleast see what the problem is. Instead guy I called just quoted me a new struct.

Ordered KSport Adjustable Coil Overs From Titan MotorSports.: They Sent Wrong Item.Called KSport USA about Distributor and Problem, They Sent another KIT: They Sent the Wrong Item Now a Second Time.Now I Contacted ANDY who Contacted the Dealership who Did the Work.2 weeks ago KSPORT said they contacted Dealer Who Did the Work, Now They Want to Contact Them Again...why Have I Been Waiting 2 weeks and You Havent Done Anything or Called me ?Last Week You Told me to give you some time to Resolve the Issue .How Many Times Does It Take and how Many Times do you have to keep Repeating the Same things over and over?So Far I Have spent $ 1200.00 @ VW Dealer .And I Still Have Incorrect Product From KSport and Titan Motor SportThey Cant Seem To Take This Seriously and Solve the Problem They are Having and Compensate me for the last 2 Installs + The Third Install Price, which I Am Still Waiting On the Correct Parts and acknowledgment of the Problem on KSPORT and their Titan Motor Sport Distributor.Hopefully They Can Get It Right & Quickly, With No Further Problems or undue expenses on my PartCompletely un acceptable to Have Happened this many times and to continue to get the run around
