First time eating eating here, and it was delicious 😋 I got the sunrise breakfast with an iced coffee. They had friendly service, definitely a great place to have brunch with family and friends.

Always a 5 star. I liked the Sunrise Sandwich better when the egg was cooked with yoke intact but the instant egg is OK too. Employees are awesome. Place is always clean and well kept.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for the first time this past Sunday and got some breakfast Bengals. While we were waiting I asked one of the ladies of they had decaf coffee (since Im pregnant and dont want to intake to much caffeine) to which she said they only had the hot decaf coffee. Which is fine, I was just craving something different. Fast forward to today... I go in and the same woman is working and she recognized me and told me that she was able to order decaf espresso! I thought that was so sweet and I cant wait to come back and try all the drinks they can make with it! Also, the food is great, but the Customer service is 15/10

Ordered the Sonoran bagel sandwich and another bagel sandwich, they were very tasty and I got full from one bagel, which is impressive considering Im a large guy. Orange you happy smoothie was good too. Prices were reasonable about $20 for 2 bagel sandwiches and a smoothie.

Such a classic location. I randomly visited this place and was in a rush to grab a meal. I enjoyed their bagel options and had no complaints. The front desk was super friendly and offered to answer any questions for us since it was out first time. I look forward to visiting this place again in the future.

Love Kokobelli Bagel & Cafe! Bagels are delicious. My go to is a Jalapeño Cheddar with the veggie cream cheese. Excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright restaurant.

Sadly after years of coming here for our Nova Lox (salmon) bagels never again after the experience this morning. Pictures at store and on website show its open faced. We order these every time for years always order everything bagel double toasted and it was always prepared open faced in a Styrofoam box. This morning the lady at the counter was very rude when she handed me my bagel in a bag not open faced. Well we changed that over a month ago as it costs us extra salmon. May I suggest you change your pictures and also notify your customers or ask if they would like to pay additional to order an open face one which is how a true Nova Lox is served. My bagel was barely even toasted......Lady was very rude and we were ignored waiting over 5 minutes to place an order while they catered to those that ordered online picking up their orders.....

Always a great treat to stop here for bagels and or treats. Wonderful staff are very kind and make you feel welcome. Cant go wrong with any of the food served here.

Love this local bagel joint! My go-to is the raspberry mocha latte and the turkey veggie bagel. They’re always busy but that just shows how good they are. All their pastries are huge and they have many bagel options. I wish they closed later though.

Do not like these Bagels. They are no different than Frys Bagels. Real bagels are boiled First to get a crusty chewy texture. Then they go in the oven..Will drive all the way to Gilbert to get real bagels at Bongiornos.

I LOVE bagels although I try not to eat them often. Today I wanted to treat my staff to something tastes. I asked of them, “Donuts or Bagels?” Bagels was quickly the consensus. Since I rarely eat them, but love them, I searched for a local shop with strong local reviews. Kokobelli’s popped up.The bagels are fresh! They had my favorite jalapeños and cheese style along with every other style imaginable. They also had a larger then usual cream cheese selection. All this bagel goodness is topped off by cheerful staff who believe in the product.I bought two bakers dozens (28) that came with 4 cream cheeses for about $35. My staff was super happy.I’ll return here for sure. I can’t wait to try the bagels & lox.

The portions are generous and everything I’ve tried (bagel sandwich, muffins, coffee) has been top notch. Happy to of found this place!

Weve been loyal customers for over a decade. Their bagels are great, but theyre losing a couple of stars because theyve ruined their bacon/onion cream cheese spread by using icky tasting bacon bits instead of real crumbled bacon like they used to. ICK! I get that ingredient prices have increased, but if I were the owner Id remove this spread from the menu instead of cheaping it out with nasty tasting ingredients.

Awesome bagels!! So many bagels and cream cheese flavors to choose from. My fave is the jalapeno bagel with veggie cream cheese. They also have delicious bagel sandwiches, smoothies, teas and coffees. No vegan bagels or vegan options that I could find though.

Ive been going here for years. Used to work across the street wed get lunch there. Love the people and food options. Staff is usually really nice as well.

It took 30 minutes for a bagel melt and a sunrise to go. Then when they called our name the poor lady at the counter didn’t know who the order was for, she tried asking the workers in the bag but they weren’t listening. The bagel was good, but not worth the wait.

My family has been eating bagels from Kokobelli’s since the day they opened. They make very good bagels. (I think they use a premix bagel base with malt already in it.) I like the smoked salmon with capers, my son likes the French toast bagel with butter. The coffee it always good too. Give them a try it’s a good bagel!

When it is busy, the staff gets a little overwhelmed .I witnessed multiple screws up before they even got to my screw up. I am a pretty patient guy, but I waited for about 20 min and saw multiple orders fulfilled in under three-5 minutes.

Excellent food. I ordered the Lox on Asiago, the Sunrise on pumpernickel, and the bagel melt on Asiago, along with their mango smoothie. All were decision, customer service was great. Almost no wait-time whatsoever. Will come back here anytime I need a breakfast or lunch pick-me-up! Excellent Fathers Day.

I worked here back in 2005 and I loved the food. Its been through several owners since then and the food is till 🔥. They did mess up my order like a tornado lol, but they corrected it no problem. Live the customer service and the fast still taste pretty darn close to the original kokolbelli. Thanks to the original owners Eric and I believe paula or Paulette. You guys created a great place and should have expanded.

The Kokobelli special should be avoided at all costs. If these are the eggs they use with the rest of their menu id avoid that as well. Also who offers eggs, potatoes and toast without bacon? Tried to get through the plate but it tasted like plastic. The only good part was toast and honestly if they had messed that up they should be given a award. The staff is fantastic this is not a critique of the people who work here just the terrible food.

Got the turkey avocado sandwich! Usually comes on a croissant but I prefer sesame seed bagels! Delicious cant wait to go back!

This morning my wife and decide on Bagels. I stop here and what a great decision this was!First I apologize to the owner, I was not comprehending the signs, clearly posted by the way, I picked 6 then asked for the to slice them for me. She pointed out that I made a mistake. Sorry. After we sorted this out, we completed our transaction and I took my mew found bounty home.I chose the following: 2 everything, 2 everything with cheese, and 2 green chili with cheese. I toasted 1 added cream cheese and discovered HEAVEN!I have had many bagels over the years and now I have had the best. Why there is not a line down the street for this truly amazes me.RUN don’t walk to discover the amazing Kokopelli Bagels.

My girlfriend took me here.... she goes here every couple times a week... we both took the French toast bagel but she really likes the cinnamon toast crunch one... I couldnt believe how much of a French toast n syrup the bagel tasted like and we got a coffee mochachino.i think I cant wait to go back to try the cinnamon toast one. And yes they run out of bagels fast too it was early and a small line and people were there seated. Very cool place and thr name we really like. Thanks 😊

My husband gets us bagels from this place and it is absolutely delicious! From their delicious bagel sandwiches to their gigantic chocolate croissants, this is my absolute favorite place. However, I’m giving it 4/5 stars because the staff need to be re-trained on customer service. I know times are tough and I myself work in customer service, so I understand, but they need to learn to not be so rude and serve with attitude.

My wife picked up bagels from Kokobellis to share with everyone I work with. I heard positive comments about how amazing the bagels were all day. 1 doz. assorted bagels came with 14 bagels neatly displayed in a box, which my wife had them cut in half (instead of slicing) for easy sharing. They also came with two tubs of flavored cream cheese, a bunch of plastic knives, and napkins. I would recommend this for any office that likes to share tasty treats!

First time buying bagels from here yesterday...maybe it was a bag batch because all the flavors we choose were not good. The Pumpernikel was overly salty and the others were dense and bland. Our bagel-loving family members agreed. So, while we generally like Kokobelli, we will buy our bagels elsewhere.

Friendly, delicious, priced perfectly. Easy to order online. They did forget an item in my order but everything else was so good I am still leaving 5 stars, that is a big deal!

They would not honor a Local Flavor coupon that was purchased in good faith. They young girl said they havent used Local Flavor for 1.5 years yet I bought the coupon in April and they still are offering coupons on Local Flavor. Had they not been so rude or possibly offered some sort of discount I would have happily paid for my order without the coupon.

We ordered 2 bagel sandwiches with some bagels and cream cheese to be delivered this morning. Got no bagels and cream cheese. The bagels sandwiches were so bad we couldn’t finish. I got an egg, cheese and bacon bagel sandwich and the egg was so hard and dry with brown hard crust on the edges, I had to keep drinking water just to get the first few of bites down. The bagel tasted like it was at least 2 days old. Not sure what happened here but very disappointed and we will not be ordering from here again. Bad quality and no care was put into this food.

Bagels are in open bins facing the dining floor right by the entrance! All it takes is one customer sneeze or cough ! They are also within childs reach! I find this incredible during a pandemic !

I was,there yesterday and not very happy over the outcome! I asked for 2,bagels and got three and i asked for toasted on the bagels and that didnt happen! That little,blond cashier needs to pay attention! Out of control!!!!

This is the BEST bagel place in town. Every time I go there they are very attentive and give good customer service. They even make my smoothie a special was because I can be a bit picky but they are happy to make any changes. I know that some of the employees have been there for years! And they really do work hard every time im in there! If I had only one critique it would be to add more sugar stuff on the cinnamon bagels. Thank you Kokobelis for being Kokobelis!

I think that there has been a change of ownership here recently. Coffee is no where near as good as it was, always luke warm🤢. Bagels are still good, but I miss the feel of the old place. And seriously the coffee is bad so IT DOESNT MATTER if the bagels are good you gotta have good coffee or the morning is just no bueno!

Ate there today,both girlfriend and I got extremely sick. Both constantly throwing up, and Ill all day. Also staff very rude and impatient with order. Never go back and do not recommend. Never again!!!

I have had several bagels with cream cheese, a breakfast sandwich, iced coffee, and a chai latte over the past couple of weeks. I have enjoyed everything I have ordered. Everything has had good flavor and has been priced appropriately for what you get. This place has made it into my regular route of places to work on my dissertation.

The Sonoran bagel was exquisite. To me, the meat tasted like it was seasoned with Adobo. The flavor definitely woke up my taste buds. The bagel came with a layer of egg which made it very filling. I recommend having a drink with the Sonoran bagel since the Mayo has bits of jalapeño. My husband got us a fruit smoothie which tasted very healthy and helped me as I ate the Sonoran bagel.

Loved their bagels and cream cheeses! They were so efficient and courteous, too. I live 55 minutes away, but it was worth the drive. Highly recommend their Everything Chongo bagel. Yummy!

Do not ask them to toast your bagel with a side of cheese. It cost me $0.75 more than the bagel I purchased not toasted with a side of cheese. Very disappointed. However the bagel was very good.

I highly recommend the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. It adds a sweet touch to an old favorite. Their strawberry spread is delicious.😋 I’ve been frequenting for a month or so . You must try the Orange You Happy Smoothie! Perks up your taste buds 😬 Waiting for them to come out with a rewards program too . Yesterday I experienced Kokobellis Bagel Cafe for the first time. Their bagels are by far the best I have tasted in a long time. Bagels were fresh, delicious and there was a nice variety to choose from. I definitely will be going back for more and to try other menu items. My new go to bagel shop!
