From start to finish these guys were 5 stars. I ordered hats with a logo that I had created. Mike at the front desk was awesome and so was his staff. I was probably a pain in their side as I kept calling with multiple questions. The whole staff was extremely friendly and took excellent care of me. And the bonus is my hats were done early and the staff stayed late in the day in order for me to pick them up. For any signage, logos, or visual needs, I highly suggest using Signtastic.Thank you

If I could give more stars I would! I needed an LED sign with channeling lettering for my dog grooming business. This was the first sign company that did not overcharge me on an estimate. They are mom and pop owned just like my business. I couldnt be any happier supporting such a lovely family like theirs. My husband has gotten lettering from Signtastic on two occasions. The first was lettering for his work truck. They designed and helped him with a logo that was unique and showed up perfect on the paint. Then they even installed it for him! The second time was just recently when we needed numbers for our new boat. There’s no other sign company in Mesa or the Phoenix area that he would even consider. The owners are nice and the prices for the sign and numbers were very reasonable.Would give 10 stars if we could!

Did a lot of looking around and shopping for somewhere to get a couple signs and business cards made. Had a basic idea of what I wanted but wasnt exactly sure if that kind of detail was possible but anyhow i came over to Signtastic and pitched him my idea and damn did he deliver! The signs came out better than i ever thought they would and makes my business signs and cards stand out.

Love Mike and his Crew. This shop really cares about its customers and providing good service with great prices. The products offered here are a superior quality compared to online stores like vistaprint and you have someone willing to go the distance to make sure you are satisfied. I like how thorough he is with the proof process. No work is commissioned without customer approval and he doesnt mind going back to make the minor changes so the customer is happy.

Mike is your guy no matter your stage. Hes especially great for new business owners with affordable start-up packages. His graphic design team does great work and is sure to provide your business with eye catching marketing materials. I had tried other sign shops in the past for business cards, marketing handouts and vinyl signage but the quality and value at Signtastic was amazing. You can really tell the owner cares about the people he serves and wants to build up a community of business owners who use him over just selling you on products you dont need. I also have to mention they have a diverse portfolio of marketing products from one place so you dont need to go to several suppliers to find what you want.

Been coming to this place for a few years now to get my vehicle magnets made for my courier delivery service, I came In last week and found out that it was under new ownership, from the time I walked into the door I could feel the positive change, the welcoming was overwhelming and the new owner Mike went above and beyond to make sure my magnets were done with quality care, the Graphic designer Gavin is very talented and re created a much better design for my signs, overall this place is pure amazing and if I could give 100 stars I would.

Mike and Gavin did a wonderful job on my pop up banners, table cloth, and feather flags. They went above and beyond. We had a hiccup where the delivery truck didn’t deliver all of my signs, they actually drove it all the way to Prescott so I can could have them for my fair I was working at. I will definitely be ordering more orders from these two.If you have any business needs, this the place to go, it’s one stop shop! I highly recommend!

As of Summer 2018, Signtastic is under new ownership! After18-years Joe has retired. The new owners have introduced new printing & finishing equipment, new employees and now offer many more signage & marketing services. My experience with Joe was that he was a stand up guy. As the old saying goes; You cant please all of the people all of the time. Add to that Joe did one hell-of a job 18-years straight!

I’m just starting my own shave ice business. I was looking for help in creating a logo for my business and also to put it on my food trailer. Honestly I walked into Signtastic just thinking they did signs. I needed a banner or swooper flag to promote my business. I had no idea they could do EVERYTHING. Mike the owner was so personable. I told him what I was doing and he told me they could help me with everything I needed for my business. Not only did they design a logo but they installed it on my trailer, gave me quotes for business cards and T-shirt’s for my staff. They are truly a one stop shop. Gavin the graphic designer is excellent. He designed my logo and I couldn’t be happier. He listed to my ideas and he created something even better!!! They even helped me pick out T-shirt’s colors that wld compliment my logo and my business. They did all of this with such a short turn around time. I couldn’t recommend this shop more. Beware!! Signtastic is a complete waste of time!!I called and spoke with Joe at Signtastic and explained my project in great detail. I was told that my project was able to be done and the lead time was 1-2 days to complete. I made the long drive to Mesa from North Phoenix and upon getting there he stated that there was a $300.00 cash rush job so my total was going to be $625.00 for this project. The quote was $325.00 more than Signarama quoted me. Once I was face to face with Joe he became very arrogant and rude with me. And is job was small and unimportant to him.I am taking my time to write this to prevent others from his terrible business practices. This guy gives mom and pop shops a bad name. I suggest that you go to a corporate company like Signarama or Fastsigns. Do NOT trust Joe at Signtastic with any of your projects. This guy cant even make a bumper sticker but will charge you a lot of money to do it.If I could have given him no stars I would have! Dont get taken advantage of by this guy and get your projects done elsewhere!
