I just had the best experience here, Ti was the wonderful girl who helped me with my wig selection - she was a treat and a blast and no one could have done it better. She was super knowledgeable, easy-going, friendly, and really went above and beyond in the service she provided to be helpful to me. The store had a fantastic selection, the other staff were friendly- amazing vibes all around. Love the new wig so much I wore it out of the store!! 😆

We went in we didnt see the typical usual customer service people working. From our discussion with the person who was helping us I guess a new owner took over recently. The difference between the last owner and this owner is remarkable. Customer service level before was top notch you didnt feel like you were putting somebody out by asking them to do their job and whoever you asked you knew they understood their business and their job description and understood the reason theyre there is to make money. The new owners and their employees seemed more concerned about preventing loss and avoid providing information. Hopefully the selection of products available and quality level doesnt go down now that we have the new owners. If those two things change I guarantee my wife is never going to come back into that place to buy anything and if you want a customer who is a emotional buyer and is going to spend the money you want to make sure you keep her.

I took my mom to buy her first wig and the service was amazing. Both ladies that were working today were incredibly helpful. It was our first time buying a wig and they did not hesitate to explain how to put it on and care for it. We will definitely be back!

I’m really big on customer service so this review is simply based on that, this just isn’t the best place for a warm welcome. It seems like they are never really in the mood to be at work or help you out. I’ve been to this location multiple times since I’ve been in the area & it’s the same vibe every time, I just don’t like spending my money with people who have negative attitudes.

I love this place. Some of the hair products are a little more pricey than supermarkets but its all their. Get it and go convenience. They have stuff everywhere in that store I didnt even know existed. The stars are exclusively for the store and awesome help from the workers. HALF STAR FOR MANAGEMENT who dont seem to value their employees. Talk behind their back they just never seem happy with them. Seems to be a high turn over of otherwise great help who truly care for the customer.

This place reminded me of the hair stores back home on the east coast. Ti the manager was very helpful to my wife and got her some beautiful hair for our anniversary.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful! When I went in I was on the verge of passing out and right away staff noticed. Not only did they get me a seat but water and a fan as well. They were so helpful with finding what I needed, they were patient with me and their rewards program is awesome. Honestly this is the first beauty supply I know of that even has a reward program beside Sallys which is really limited on product. They have several locations too which is a plus. I would definitely refer this beauty supply.❤️❤️❤️

Definitely will be back. The manager there, Michelle, was so helpful and professional. I explained what I was looking for but at the same time willing to try something new and she threw a few good ideas out there that I might like. Not many people in the wig business are kind and patient like she was with me.

I have been in there 2 times. The first time I came in 45 minutes till close. The elder woman said she was not going to help me find a wig or try any on because she was ready to go! I was there to spend my good money and could not get service so I left. Here it is 3 months later and my daughter tookMe there to buy extensions. I went in., there were several females working. Putting away stock and talking amongst themselves. They did not acknowledging me when I walked in. They just looked at me and continued talking. I went to the counter on the left hand side of the store where all the hair is behind the counter. I stood there looking forAbout 10 Minutes and nobody came to helpMe nor acknowledge me. I am Native American and I’m my 40s. Maybe I do not look like theirTypical customer but my Money is plentiful and great. So I will advice everybody notTo spend their goodMoney there because they are not friendly and obviously do not want your business. Smh what a shame.

My wife was doing her friends hair and she called to the store and let them know that she needed some hair and it was close to closing I got there at 7:55 (closes at 8pm) and they refused to serve me and pretended as though my wife didn’t call.The conversation I had with the worker at the door went something like this:Me:it’s literally just turned 755.Worker: I know I just closed the doors.Me:Well my wife’s doing her best friends hair right now and she already called up here and let you know.Worker: Well I’m sorry you have to be in the store before 7.55.Seriously I am thinking of putting a claim into the BBB. I came here to grab a couple things quick for my wife, and Elisa was so helpful, being a man i tend to get lost in beauty/makeup stores, even tho i didn’t know exactly what i was looking for Elisa helped me find out where it was and she was super friendly and nice, honestly one of the best beauty store experiences i’ve ever had, definitely will be returning here from now on because of how helpful Elisa was

I feel like most beauty supply stores have a small limited selection, but united beauty has a large variety of hair, wigs, makeup, product, etc. Ive never seen so many options. That staff was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions about products I had never tried before. If youre looking for an all around place, you will find it here!

Very helpful staff. Had called before going to check product availability & shopping protocol during this pandemic. Arrived at the store & Dee came from behind the counter and answered all our questions, showed us different products, pros & cons to each, & offered her personal choice. I love United beauty supply. They have a huge selection of wigs and hair care products as well as makeup and accessories. They also have a huge selection of eyelashes to choose from. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and its just always a great experience. Prices are really good. Cheaper than any other surrounding wig stores.

Great place, kinda felt rushed showing up 30 minutes before closing but we were seen and helped to the end. Very polite and helpful. Answered all our questions.During covid, plastic gloves and head wear is required before trying on up to 3 wigs.Note: I personally didnt try on wigs, as this store doesnt sell mens wigs.

4 steps into this store and I experienced straight rudeness from the lady (possibly the owner). I watched others enter the store but when I entered, I got kicked out therefore she discriminated towards me. Not friendly or professional at all.

The women in the store are genuinely nice. I had all my kids with me trying to buy myself and my daughters some things and they were very helpful while I was scatterbrained and almost forgot multiple items

I’m allowing for two stars only because I’ve previously had Fairly good service here. However, on my last visit I picked up a couple of hair bundles that were priced at one price but I was charged more. When I asked why I was told by someone (whom I’m assuming was some sort of manager)else who was just standing next to the salesperson serving me that the price was wrong and the items were actually $3 higher. When I asked if they would honor the marked price I was told no. This ended my association with this company. I’ve owned my business for 18 years and any honorable company will honor quoted price. Even if the product was misplaced under the wrong price tag.Fix it but HONOR the Mistaken price.

I’ve been coming to this shop for years and it was great, after new management took over they changed a lot of the way they do things...Customer service here is questionable especially if you call on the phone. The ladies use to be so helpful they would even go out of their way to call another store if they were out of what I was looking for. Now if they dont have it your on your own. This location is the closet to me but for better customer service I’d rather drive out to Phx instead.

They have stepped their game up drastically. I first tried this store a little over a year ago. At the time It was manned by a few young girls with not a lick of customer service. Now the shelves are fully stocked, prices are decent and the help is attentive yet not hovering around.I will update as I plan on returning 😊

Even though we had to visit three separate locations throughout Arizona in order to find what we needed...yes we would return.We were only looking for human hair bundled or tracted which would match up with a closure.
