Its a decent store on the inside and the employees are friendly. The only down fall I know is all of the boxes and trash scattered everywhere very nasty

It was messy. Product blocking all the aisles. Everything was out of place.

They were ryde about using their outlet to charge my phone and a worker yelled at a woman about her autistic kid.

They pretty much have everything you need.

I havent gotten to very many family Dollars so I dont have very many opportunities to compare period but this family Dollar seemed compact that they stuff is much possibilities for you to buy something its a one store as they could. The thing is there was so few things that were actually a dollar that its funny that theyre calling it a dollar store. it had a nice selection of things and it seemed like it was a discount for some things and they had the off name brands for others but its still one of those stores when you expect to walk in and theres a lot of things that are $1 which there isnt. All in all it was a good experience the sales staff was very nice and Ill be back if Im in the area.

Went to this store about 15 minutes b4 closing time..From the minute I walked thru the doors, an employee yelled at least 4 times We are closing people get your things! Nothing but rude people working here!

Bought a gallon of milk this morning, my daughter poured a glass and then said it tasted funny. Dated for Dec 19th I poured me a little to see since it was shamrock milk. Milk was nasty unfortunately I cant find my receipt. I called family dollar and spoke to I think her name was Jessica,she said without a receipt theres nothing that can be done. Looked up the return policy and it clearly says....Items can be returned with ordinal sales receipt...Items with out receipt can be returned or exchanged (3 items within 30 days) food items can only be exchanged only no store credit givin. Called back spoke to Natalie who refused to give me hers or the other girls name but I listen carefully to conversations. I told her the policy and she said I dont know. I call my manager..This is not the 1st time that Ive bought somthing bad from this location. Sits it the back to long while the employees are hanging out in the front talking,singing loud. Totally non professional. Merchandise scattered all over the isles which makes it hard for disabled customers to get through . There is a policy people and this store is refusing to follow it.. I was able to get an exchange by another family dollar that does follow the return policy..country club and 6th street in mesa has lost our bussiness

I live right around the corner so I go here pretty often. Nice employees, clean store. All around great. 👍

Worst place to ever work with the new stupid store manager. Ernesto is rude and cruel. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The store was doing amazing before he came along. Things got done and everyone was happy. Now its a miserable place to even enter.

We dont shop here enough to know where everything is but the staff were so helpful and stopped doing what they were doing to show us to the items we needed. The cashier was friendly! We will shop here more often!

The person that welcomed me into the store before I could put my mask on got snippy and rude. I was pulling out my mask when she was rude about me putting on. She wasnt even working. She was checking out at the register.

As soon as they answer the phone they either hang up or they leave you on the line. Worst store ever and I cant believe its the closest one next to where I live. 😔

Great location but staff... Wow. I went in to apply and a staff member was sitting where you apply and she told me to go to a different location. Seriously?? So I went and did some other errands, came back about 2 or 3 hours later and she was still there. Asked if I may use the computer she said,When Im Done! Not very professional!! Need to re-evaluate your staff!

This is the go to. The manager Michelle is AWESOME!You visit this store and she remembers your name. Store is always clean and stocked. And if you need help her employees are always willing to help you. I love going into this location.Superb crew!!

I really like this store! Employees are friendly and helpful. You can find just about anything you are looking for.. Prices are more then a dollar but are well priced some items are higher priced. More then you would pay in a regular store.

I go here all the time for last min stuff or things I forgot at the grocery store, but I find some of the stuff is way over priced for the quality. Although sometimes theres a great deal, but I feel for a dollar store it should offer items that are just that: a dollar!On the other hand, staff is extremely helpful and sweet! Always so nice to me and my son when we come in!

Employee at checkout was not wearing a mask. Called the manager later, he said people dont have to wear masks anymore.

Its 2 years later and Im changing my rating to a 2, just spent 15 minutes in line, with at least 2 other employees working in addition to the 1 behind the register. Blond mgr no longer works at this location.The lines can sometimes be slow but the employees are very nice. Especially the blond manager. I dont remember her name. Prices are good. I go here all the time.

Store could be more organised and needs some attention. It could use a better more modern look it seems run down. The company could put more money into it period just after your friendly and helpful very enjoyable experience

The dollar clearance isnt at all a dollar unless its a dollar off the regular price. The sales ladies are rude and snotty. Will never shop here again which is a shame I love family Dollar

This store was a mess. They had huge stock carts full of merchandise in the back aisles blocking everything on the shelves in at least 2 aisles.couldnt even move them to the side to grab something bc there was too many of them. I was in the store for over 1 he and no one was attending them or actually stocking. The womens clothes specifically the bras and pantys section was so messy and in tangled piles. Some of the bras were acctually on the shelves hanging but the pantys on the bottom were almost completely covered by things customers threw there that they didnt want. They should really make a better effort to stay on top of that maintain a clean and open store to make it easier dor customers to shop.

Neither of the two employees were wearing a face mask. While getting cashed out, the woman was on her phone. Extremely unprofessional establishment. They don’t care about your safety either.

Cashier did not want to honor an e-coupon because they were about to close and she didnt want to go to the trouble of waiting for me to sign up.. she said.. and I quote sorry its not going to happen right now.. when I asked her to help me sign up for the ecoupons... sorry family dollar.. for a 1 dollar coupon and bad customer service you lost my business.

Jessika likes to take her friends pulse at the register while customers are waiting, then twll the hispanic lady behind her to get the customer. Then chats with the other lady about the schedule for 3 minutes until the hispanic lady realizes im there, rings me up, while Jessika overlooks the whole process.

It was a positive experience they had what I needed,in an economical cost.

My stroller couldnt fit down the isle that goes directly to the cash register because they had a bunch of stuff sticking out in the isle and she was mopping the only other path I could to take but refused to let me walk by because she was mopping.

Wouldnt really call it a dollar store; more like the $5 store. The workers are very nice but almost every type of transaction requires a supervisor.

Fast, Friendly and have the products I need.

Family Dollar can be a bit annoying (theyre overpriced, and the amnt you end up paying is sometimes kind of insulting), but if you live close to one and not close to a grocery store, you can sometimes grab a few basics here. Would not recommend buying freezer/fridge stuff though (we bought milk here once and it went bad in a few days).

Clean store and ok employees. There is a good selection of things and the prices are decent for the most part.

Clerk was very rude and short with her words. She acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us. No smile no greeting. Terrible customer service skills!!!
