I’ve been very impressed with Global Bikes as a brand. I started calling the Gilbert location and tested a couple bikes there and although they didn’t have the class 3 ebike I wanted in full suspension they recommended and found one at the Mesa location. I almost bought a full suspension mountain bike when Aaron suggested a better fit for me since I’m mostly using it for commuting. Both over the phone and in person has been very helpful in my decision. Highly recommend them.I did my 1st ride to and from work and the bike went 32 miles on the fastest turbo mode maxing the 28 mph most of the ride. The full suspension was a dream but the distance was less then I’d want. Now I’m already needing second charger for at work and at home. Other then that bike was and is fantastic!

Amazing Customer Service..Very helpfulI brought my e-scooter in with a hydraulic brake system and the employee came up and spent his time with me figuring out how to bleed and fill my brakes, what type of fluid to use, and even helped link me to the proper tools to get the job done right.Above par 5 stars...Amazing...Highly suggest their business

Global Bikes in Mesa really came through and helped out a lot. Specifically Chris in service took my bike in (not a Specialized but still a major manufacturer) and repaired several issues that other shops around the valley continued to miss/not truly fix. Chris also kindly asked knowledgeable diagnostic questions and then once he stated and explained what the issues were repairs were made in a very reasonable time. Global Bikes was amazing! I bought a used Gazelle E Bike and was anxious to make sure that it needed only minor repairs/adjustments and be a good investment. I was very happy to discover that the new location in Mesa near me on Southern and Alma School was an e bike specialty shop and they sold and serviced this brand! Jacob was very helpful on the phone and I brought the bike in for evaluation and repair. The quote I received seemed reasonable and I left it. They were very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and concerned about the cost. A couple of days later as promised I received an email that the bike was ready and it was less then quoted! Chris who repaired it was very communicative about what he had found and fixed. I was very impressed with the communication, the service and the care that I felt and attention to detail. The customer service at Global Bicycles is fantastic. In the future I will return and some day if I buy a new bike I will definitely get it there. I highly recommend Global Bicycles.

The Global Bikes staff was very helpful when I bought my E-bike. They gave me lots of information about the different E-bikes, correct size, components and options to add on. The mechanic did all he could to find a rattle from my Levo motor area but could not duplicate the noise so did not know what to fix. Attacked from every angle and did his best but rattle is still there in choppy trails. At least I’m not as worried about it as I was. 4 stars for doing the best he could. Good shop.

We were very pleased with our experience. Our salesperson, Jacob was excellent. He took the time to understand what we wanted and he picked several eBikes for us to test. He explained the functionality and even helped us load the two new bikes into our truck. Prior to coming to Global Bikes we visited a competitor bike shop and left without even testing a bike. Our visit to Global was a very pleasant experience.

Very pleased with my e-bike purchase at Global Bikes. The bike itself has been great but the intent of this review is to rate the service. My purchase came with free service and I wondered how well it would work. Would there be long delays? Attempts to find items in need of repair to part me from my $? None of that! Service has been quick - overnight in the most recent case. When my initial break in check up was done they discovered a defect from the manufacturer. The part was replaced under warranty at no cost to me. They even did a work around to get me back on the trail while we waited on the relacement part. Staff has answered my questions, had great communication each time. I am thoroughly satisfied!

My daughter gave me her old bike she never used. I went to Global Bikes as it was not assembled correctly. Tim and Andrew reassembled and repaired the bike in record time. I happened to mention I was looking for a 2 bike -bike rack, as luck would have it, they had a used one. Tim went above and beyond and showed me how to set up the bike rack on the back of the car. Personnel are GREAT, service was terrific and prices were reasonable. A GREAT experience.

I took two bicycles in for a tune up. I had the same service done at another bike shop previously and I have to say that I am so much more impressed by Global Bikes. Nothing is squeaking or rubbing like it was when I got them back from the competitor. They have the brakes set properly (no squeaking), the gears switching so smoothly and the bikes are so clean. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Best of all, the work was completed early so we could use the bikes over Thanksgiving weekend. I would definitely recommend that you check them out for your bicycle needs.

Called Tim this morning to inquire about a hitch mounted bike. He said he a few so I drove down to Mesa. I was shocked at what a great selection of bikes, accessories and racks. It is the best stocked Bike Shop I have seen in years. Best of all was the friendly and helpful staff. I talked to Tim for quite awhile on bicycle topics. He is a great person. I left with a new bike rack and few other much needed accessories. Dont let the exterior put you off, it is whats inside that counts!!!

Had to replace 2 tires and 4 tubes on 2 bikes. The sales guys were great, nice and of course very Knowledgeable, it only took about 15 minutes for them to get it done and it was perfect, the new tires were awesome I didnt know good tires made such a big difference in the way you ride. Mind you you get what you pay for this place is a little more expensive but I think its way better than going to someone cheaper that doesnt do the job right, so I would definitely recommend this place.

If you are interested in an ebike this is the place you MUST go. Tim and Andrew are amazing from both a knowledge and a customer service perspective. They had us try several bikes, we went home with 2 beautiful Gazelles and love them. We returned last Wednesday 10/8 for a tune-up on the bikes and to learn a few things about out the electric system.They were patient, thorough and taught us some maintenance items we need to do. They fixed my front rim misalignment and patiently taught me how to make sure its on right, along with several other items.These 2 are the best - and the selection is AMAZING! They also let you ride the bikes to get a feel for them. I’ve had very positive experiences with Global Bikes in general. They are willing to work on any electrical bike even if you didn’t buy it from them. The Global Bike shop in Mesa did a great job working on my E bike, getting it back to me a day early. I have a feeling of confidence with the mechanic, and will be using them in the future for my maintenance needs.I just had my second visit to the Mesa global bike shop. If you purchase a bike from them, they will give it a tuneup every few months without charge. I brought my E bike in and the mechanic exceeded my expectations.With our charge he cleaned the chain bled the brakes adjusted the derailer tightened everything up cleaned the bike,etc

I had been on the market for a new bike light set and lock. Had yet to pull the trigger anywhere.Tim, the General Manager was working with a customer but threw an smile and a warm welcome as I let my eyes take in its inventory.I quickly realized I didnt know where anything was and right about that time Tim comes up and asked me what I was looking for.I told him. Went in to get a couple of e-bikes tuned up. The service was great and they took fantastic care of my bikes. They found issues that I didnt know existed and now they ride like a dream! Tim did a fantastic job educating me on the services and Andrew fixed them up and had all 3 bikes ready for me in 2 days! When I was done they helped me load them up which was a huge help. Repair Review: Andrew/Tim are the dynamic duo that I’ve worked with at the Mesa location. Andrew (mechanic) has an done excellent job tuning my bikes (mountain and road) and a repair job on one (road). Andrew was able to quickly tell me what was going on and the work was top notch. Tim came over from the Gilbert store where he sold me a couple bikes (not ebikes). Tim knew his stuff there, so I would have no doubts that you are in good hands if you’re in the market for an E-bike. I’m excited that they have a Mesa location now, now I just need to see if they will let me order new regular bikes here....

I have been going to Global bikes for probably 10 years now. They take care of my bike really really well. That is, they do yearly maintenance service on it (free since I bought it there) and also any time Ive had to go in for something, like recently, I couldnt get the gears to change and they showed me how. As usual it was operator problem! LOL The guys that work really know bikes! I even take it in to get the tires changed, they are much quicker than I am at changing tires. I brought two close friends in and they bought their new bikes there too. its the best place in town to get a bike! Dependable and fair pricing. I love my Specialized Dolce bike!!

My family went to Global Bikes in Mesa yesterday. We have an adult son who is Special needs. Tim helped us pick out an appropriate E-Bike for him. Tim spent over hour helping him pick out and explaining all the features of the bike to our son. Tim even took our son out on a test ride to insure he understood the bikes features and insured our son understood riding safety.Tim had Andrew safety check the bike while Tim spent extra time helping our son pick out accessories.Our son had an issue the next day with the bike and I called the shop. Andrew listen intently understood our problem and is trying to get the needed part.Tim and Andrew are awesome. They treated our son with understanding and kindness, what a great purchasing experience. It was a very special experience for my son. Fyi my son put on almost 20 miles the first 24 hours.

I bought an ebike from Global bikes more than a year ago. I used a hose to clean the bike and the battery got ruined. I took it back to them and they got a new battery for no cost. Truly great service!

Had some issues getting my bike up and running. Another shop quoted at least 12 days before they could look at. Problems were resolved including a tuneup, new tires, and a cleaning and the bike was back to me two days after I dropped it off! Andrew was most helpful in providing different options and going the extra mile to get me back out on the road. Extremely satisfied!!!
