This was my first tattoo so I was super nervous going in but they made me feel comfortable and made me laugh during everything. I was a walk in and they were able to fit me in which was really awesome. My artist Daniel was so nice and did such a great job. 10/10 recommend

I highly recommend this tattoo shop! I had sketches of things I liked and pictures of flowers for my consultation with Capone. I was surprised that he was able to get me in right away for a quarter sleeve! He listened to all my requests as he drew my design out. This was my first time getting a tattoo, but Capone made me feel at ease right away. The result was amazingly beautiful...better than I imagined even! The detail and shading is on point... he was even able to finish it in 1.5 hours, which he said was largely due to me not needing breaks or moving, so I suppose this can vary depending on the person and area of tattoo. Everything was very clean and the environment was very relaxed. I will definitely be back for my next one.

*Edit*: The shop did reach out to see if they could do anything to make sure I was 100% satisfied, but due to extenuating circumstances, I was unable to go back to the shop.Pros: shop was clean, everyone was very friendly, the consult was good, and the aftercare they use was the best Ive ever had. The tattoo was healed after 3 days.Cons: for the price, I figured Id be in the chair for about 2 hours. It took 45 minutes. Poor line work, poor color saturation, very poor detailing, very poor black/grey blending. The only part of the tattoo that doesnt look smeared and haphazardly blended together is the iris. Even so, the iris looks like a glob of unmixed paint. I will be getting a cover up.

How do I start ??? Well that front desk guy lol Fernando, was sweet and funny and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. All the guys in there have such a great vibe that I really enjoyed. Prolo was my tattoo artist and I can’t say enough great things about him . He was gentle, kind, funny, sweet, and listened to me and my thoughts, gave his input and just made me feel very comfortable and in good hands . Smiley, the big boss man, is a sweetheart as well !!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great experience and a place to make them feel chill and comfortable . Loved it ! Will be going back 🥰

I live in Michigan, but I’m visiting my best friend here in Arizona. We’d been planning best friend tattoos for a while, so we wanted to get them while I was in town. We originally went to another shop, attempted to make an appointment, and were asked to text the artist in a couple days. We did this and they never responded, so we decided to go check out Smiley Ink.Capone was able to accommodate my best friend, her sister, and myself same day. Everything was clean, Capone was hilarious and did a great job giving us the tattoos we wanted! I would absolutely come back!

Hands down the BEST tattoo artist. He has a meticulous eye for detail and his line work is insanely straight. His color is vivid and the black/gray art is crazy good! There arent enough words to describe how happy I have been with all of my tattoos feom Smiley. My only regret is selling how good he is to everyone cause now its harder to get in 😁.

Devon is a funny and very talented artist. Super crisp lines, Ive gotten more compliments on his work than my other tattoos combined. Shop is huge, clean, and all the artists support each other. Looking forward to returning.

Came in as a walk in appointment with a friend while visiting from Washington. We got matching tattoos and were are extremely happy with the results. Our piece was simple and we were both in and out in matter of minutes. Smiley made sure the tattoo was the exact size and in the precise spot that we wanted. The shop was incredibly clean and staff are super chill.

I am super happy and grateful! Jeanneth squeezed my best friend and I in for my bachelorette night. I was getting married on Halloween the next day. Capone was my artist. He sketched out the perfect commemorative design for my big day. It is beautiful and bright and not one Wonky line. Just absolutely perfect. It puts all my other tattoos to shame. My bestie had Smiley let me tell you it’s fricken amazing! It literally looks 3D perfect straight lines beautiful color. The shop is also so comfortable. It was all around a very memorable night. I went here for an eyebrow piercing and it took him upwards of 10 minutes to screw the ball on. It seemed like he was really struggling with a simple piercing. I suspect he was under the influence, but I cant be sure. Would never go back.

The quality of Smiley’s work is impeccable! Had an appointment with smiley on Thursday that went well. As soon as I got there he showed me a few designs he came up with for the ideas I sent him. He went through them with me changing anything I wanted and ended up with a great piece. He was so professional while doing it, great conversation, and pretty quick while also being detail oriented. This will definitely be my go to place for my ink!

I have been showing it off since the very moment it was finished. 10/10 would go back for all tattoos going forward and would reccomend him going forward.

Had Fame from season 8 ink master do work on me when i was on east coast and this is my new spot on west coast. Definately a great place to go. Me and my girlfriend decided last minute to get tattoos within the week we were here, which is something that doesnt usually work out. Capone decided hed do what we needed and he was incredible. He provided great conversation, was a cool guy, and did some great tattoos. The shop just makes you feel comfortable. Then even happier when you see the work they do.

I went in for a small simple flower tattoo and it took forever to heal and the color has scabbed off in 3 weeks. Also looks like a prison tat of a starfish!! DO NOT HAVE SMILEY COME NEAR YOU WITH A NEEDLE!!!
