The staff here are all very nice and professional! I did have a scheduled appointment for a piercing, but my wait time was quite long upon my arrival. The prices for a piercing or multiple are very fair, but the jewelry selection could be a lot better and the prices are a bit much for what is offered.Overall, I think the staff are great and make this place worth a visit. My actual piercing experience (Tragus, both sides) was also very great and I felt no sense of rushing which is always a plus!

This place was under lock down and you cant even speak to someone about possibly getting something done there. However the guy was nice enough to help me put the ball back in my Dathe piercing.Anyway I wouldnt get a tat 🤪 from someone who doesnt do consultations or show any of theyre art. I wanted to look, but was rushed out and given a card to make an appointment. No website to show the art!

My toddler has been asking if she can get bet ears pierced. After researching I found Third Eye Body Art in Mesa. She did NOT get her ears pierced... YET. I was really impressed that they typically dont pierce under the age of 5, because they want to make sure the kid is able to consent to the piercings. That they can follow instructions well and that it is THEIR decision to get them pierced. We took her in for a consultation today and they do a pretend piercing with the kid to get a feel for how theyll handle it. The room was super sterilize, resembled a doctors office, and so she wasnt having it. She said, Um, I dont want to lay on the table, and said shed wait. The piercer went over exactly what the process is for piercing both ears with kids and Havyn said she was okay and didnt want to. And so he gave me his card and told me he thinks shell be ready soon, for how well she comprehends and communicates, but just not yet. He explained that he just prefers to wait until they understand it better and are able to comprehend it more and give consent. He doesnt want kids to think they have to have something done to them, that traumatic, against their will. And I know some people wouldnt appreciate that response, but I do. So - we went and got sticker earrings. And she LOVES them. And when shes ready in a few months or a year, Ill bring her back to that piercer and well get it done. But for now, stickers it is.

I got a daith piercing by Rob Wilson here 5 years ago and it was a great experience. My piercing has healed nicely with no issues.

He took great care in spacing and placement. The piercings were fast and painless. I liked the easy online booking for an appointment. By far one of my favorite tattoo shops. All the artist are here super friendly especially Chlöe Schroeder, she has become my favorite tattoo artist there I have gotten 3 pieces done by Her and soon planning on another new one and adding to my torso piece she is super understanding with what I want in my designs and is super accommodating to my schedule even coming in on days the shops closed to tattoo my friends and I. Recently went to get my daughters ears pierced at Third Eye Body Art. First off, the entire lobby was immaculately clean. All the employees were personable and professional. Even in making sure that the music playing was young person friendly. My daughter, turning 18 wanted her helix double pierced. This place had good reviews so we booked our appointment. I decided to get my lobes second holes too. The studio is very professional and very clean. The staff is most friendly and informative. Their jewelry selection is very nice with a broad range of pricing. Tristan pierced us both. He is very professional. He was very patient with our questions and the piercings were as stress and pain free as possible. We are very happy with our results. I was looking for the right tattoo artist after years in between getting my first tattoo and found Greg who works at Third Eye Body Art! I went in with my fiancé (who also go work done - see her review) for a consultation on a older tattoo as well as getting a new one. The consultation was a good start and Greg was very helpful. After setting an appointment, sending the art work to Greg via email and then coming in for my appointment and work I want to say Greg didn’t disappoint! He took his time to put the templated work on my body and provided feedback as well as stepping away to give me and my fiancé time to make adjustments and a decision. After a few adjustments that I wanted, Greg seemed to know exactly what I wanted. He was able to free hand draw the changes on my body and it was enough for me to make the decision to get it done. Mind you, I didn’t know Greg and I didn’t know anyone to recommended him to me either. However, I had a good feeling about him and the portfolio he provided and I decided to get it done. Greg was excellent! He is not only an amazing artist but he was friendly and nice to talk too especially considering the time to complete the work (left shoulder, left bicep and tricep took about 3 hours). The final product he delivered was A+ work! I will get more work done and will continue to see Greg!Thank you Greg and Third Eye Body Art!

If I could give this shop less than one star I would. They need to stick to piercings. I went in and talked to Greg for a fairly easy cover up and he was so friendly and nice and gave me complete faith that he could cover up my old tattoo. Well two sessions later, I have a half finished tattoo that you can still COMPLETELY see the other tattoo through, he botched my arm and it looks terrible. I voiced my concerns to him and he wouldn’t listen and continue to say that it looked “awesome”. I then went to the “owner” which he told me he was the owner but turns out someone else bought the shop and now he’s not even the real owner anymore, so he completely lied to me. And wouldn’t even give my the REAL owners name or email address. He said “ I owned this place as of four weeks ago and build it from the ground up, its my shop” WELL SORRY DUDE IF SOMEONE ELSE BOUGHT IT ITS NOT YOURS ANYMORE. He said I didn’t want to know what the real owner of the shop had to say about me and that he was “MUCH BETTER” than the actually owner at handling these situations. He was completely rude to me told me as he was looking at my completely botched cover up “you could do a better job yourself” and “it doesn’t get much worse than that”. Then laughed. He didn’t offer a refund or to even get my deposit back by the way I still don’t have. He then said I could pay minika to cover it up and fix it for half the price when it was healed which would still be well over the price me and Greg originally agreed on. I messaged him again he was very rude and acted very annoyed as like I was being rude and unfair. So he finally just came out and said fine “I’ll just pay for it myself”like I couldn’t pay for it and like I was being dramatic. I paid around 500 dollars for a terrible tattoo and nothing will be done about it what so ever. This place has “independent consultants” and whatever they do to your body will be permanent and the tattooists or the piercers will not be even consulted and nothing will happen if they mess up your body for the rest of your life. So please, steer clear of this god forsaken place.

I got an appointment for the next day for a nose piercing. The place was extremely clean and they followed all social distancing guidelines. The whole appointment only took 10 minutes and the piercer was very informative.

The piercer was nice but the guy that greeted us was rude and did not have good customer service at all. I would ask questions and he’d talk down to me like I was stupid. He’d be the reason for me not wanting to go back but after having to deal with him everything Else went smoothly.

When I walked in I was blown away with the appearance of the shop, its not like any of the other shops I got my piercings at, It reminded me of like a jewelry store mixed with a doctors office. The piercer was really friendly and knowledgeable he helped me pick out a pretty diamond for my nose and its REAL GOLD! my nose looks so fancy now! Went to this place because of its high reviews. Unfortunately, most of the reviews are because of the piercings, NOT the tattoos... I went with a male tattoo artist at this shop, wont specify name. It was my first tattoo and he genuinely seemed like he wanted to work on the piece. We talked about what I wanted, I provided images, and we scheduled appointments. During the stencil, I voiced my concern that the stencil didnt come out so great and that we should redo the side that didnt come out right. He said not to worry about it since he can draw it by hand. No biggie... next session, he inkd the side that came out perfect from the stencil - I was super excited about it! Next few sessions he started to hit the side that didnt quite come out right from the stencil, and thats when everything started going down hill. Quality was completely shot. Objects were smaller, not symmetrical, curves and lines were off.... during each every session I voiced my concern(after some healing time) and every time I did, I got some excuse You need to trust me, its only off by 16th of an inch, or No, its actually not supposed to be symmetrical - look (shows me a picture of another, but similar artwork that I did NOT provide) i tried my best to work with him but he never listened... Im pissed off because I tipped the guy every time, tusted him, and didnt listen to my gut. Now, I need to pay more money to cover up the piece or get lasered. Its a half sleeve so it wasnt cheap.... im also pissed that even though I explained to him the errors, he persisted in saying they were minor or unnoticeable and never admitted to his mistakes. I get it, no ones perfect. Thats fine... what really annoys the hell out of me was that he never took the time to listen to my concerns or work with me - instead, he persistent in defending his work even though it was completely obvious...

If i could give negative stars I would. They had HORRIBLE customer service. They did not take the time to explain their policies and workers were not polite at all! Their prices are also way to over priced.

I got my septum pierced here many years ago and couldn’t speak more highly of it. The piercer explained everything he was doing right before he did it and relieved me of my anxiety. Everything was very clean. 10/10 would recommend

We stopped in had a consultation with Tristan, who talked to my daughter and made her feel very comfortable about getting her ears pierced again, we had been to Claires once and tried another piercing place in the mall the second time, and every time they were SO crooked and uneven and got infected. but now they look PERFECT! She loves them so much and no infections Its been almost 4 weeks!

Rob and his shop are absolutely amazing! This shop truly cares about their clients. From the way that they sterilize the jewelry, get top quality, and the excellent customer service. I got my tongue pierced twice from Rob. I have two single vertical piercings if that makes sense. It was the first piercing I had got in years and I hardly felt a thing. Got my nostril done by Rob, amazing experience. Ive had multiple tattoos and piercings done at multiple body mod shops in multiple states and Rob is by far the best piercer Ive ever been pierced by. Hes very on the level and up front, ultra sterile, very professional. Whole process was smooth and his process was so medical like that it was basically painless and over quick. Definitely will only be going here from now on. You pay for quality and you get it. Not to mention the jewelry is all high grade titanium stuff.

Went in and got an industrial piercing and was very happy with how friendly and knowledgeable they were. Didn’t even hurt that bad either. Costs 30 per piercing and 30 for the bar. Very happy with it!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday, and saw Tristan. He was great with explaining the entire process, and scheduled us for an appointment the next day. The day of the appointment, Tristan was very professional and prepared. After some paperwork, and reviewing cleaning and details very patiently with my daughter, he peirced her earlobes. His studio was organized and very clean, displaying his level of professionalism. I highly recommend Tristan.

I went through a tough time recently and really needed to get some pieces. The owner is amazing and is one of the piecers. I did not get pierced, however, I felt very comfortable in the environment. He clearly understood human anatomy, very important for a professional piercer i would imagine. Greg gave me my tats. I got the arm piece and then my back. The more I look at my back the more I see. I kind of had and idea what I wanted but letting him take creative control was a very good idea. Thank you boys! I gotta make some money and Ill be back! ;) Exceptional!

Man Greg is phenomenal on his tattoo work. Which has made me a loyal regular customer. I get greeted like family everytime I come by him and the owner. I constantly have people asking me where I get my tattoos at because of the quality and Im more than glad to send them here.

Very nice and clean shop. Does not look like your typical tattoo/piercing studio. Had my tongue pierced and had to ask numerous times about how much the cost was. I was told 40$ for the piercing and they had no idea about the barbell cost until the lady had everything opened and ready to pierce. Unfortunately I’m the one that “Feels bad” for them setting up and didn’t want to leave after finding out it was going to cost 90$ in the end. I don’t think I would have done it if they were up front with the cost when I asked the first time. Not sure I’ll be back.

I have had multiple great experiences being pierced by Robert. Rob has pierced my septum, double nostrils, navel, triple conch, anti-tragus, nipples, and genitals. And while some may be retired because I just didnt want them anymore, they always healed amazing and looked awesome. Now I have the pleasure of wearing some of the best jewelry in my piercings and Rob makes sure that its all high-quality.

Ive had 32 piercings in total and this is by far the most professional establishment Ive been in.Im pretty picky about who does my facial piercings (I had my septum done here) and didnt get the piercing artist I had originally scheduled with (they had to take some time off) and I wound up with Jonny.He was incredibly detailed in making sure I knew what he was going to be doing every step of the process, made sure I was doing ok during and after the piercing, explained their certifications to me, and showed me the sterilization strip for the tools being used on me.I cant say enough good things about this place but I definitely wanna note that AZ doesnt require certification to do piercings. These guys CHOOSE to keep up on their certifications so that alone should be your deciding factor to choose this shop.💖 Happy body modding!!

I went into Third Eye Body Art with my girlfriend to have a cover up done on a tattoo that she did not like. Throughout the conversations and drawings from the artist, Greg Chorman, things seemed pretty good and we were both excited about getting her art done. After the first session we were not very pleased with the progress that was made however was reassured that obviously it was only the first session and that the artist had much more work to do. We then went to the second session after which he said he only needed one more session to tidy things up and that the cover up was basically done. However when we went to look into the mirror to see a beautifully tatted piece of artwork, we saw the work he did as well as the previous tattoo obviously still visible. Again, we presented our concerns and he said to “just trust him” that he wasn’t done yet and had to go back in and darken other areas. However, there was one part of the cover up he said he was done with, and I kid you not you could literally see the entire previous tattoo that was underneath. Now, after dealing with all that; may I remind you we were not treated kindly by the artist after our addressment of concern; we contacted the owner (At the time. Now of which he is no longer the owner) and he said he would have another artist go back in and fix what Greg messed up and would reduce the price for us. The new artist of course said she could definitely fix it and would have no problem whatsoever, which sounds awfully like what Greg said. . . Anyway, we were willing to give it a shot but had to wait for her tattoo to heal before we could begin anything else. A month later we messaged the “owner” and he seemed agitated that we had contacted him. He was aggressively rude and seemed very condescending while talking with us as if it was our fault that his artist did a bad job. He even said “Wow, I could do a better job than that, that is pretty bad.” How are you going to say you could do a better job than one of your “most talented artists” when you aren’t even one yourself? Anyway, if you want a cover up, or any work done at all, I would personally suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I saw Jake for a nostril piercing, and he was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was happening the entire time and the piercing looks perfect! The shop is clean and simple, and all the staff was welcoming and laid back.

I loved how sterile and professional everything was it really like a drs office visit lol. but there were some beautiful pieces and i thought the poimts system theyre doing is a really cool idea. tristan was also super cool because he didnt try to charge me extra for a piercing once he realized my hole was still open. just healed up a little bit.

I took my 15 year old daughter to get cartilage piercings. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and throughout the entire process. Robert made her feel very comfortable. As for pain level, I gave her my hand to squeeze but she didnt need to. No tears, etc. Glad we decided to go this route instead of going to the mall again. Cost was barely more than previous ear piercings at the mall also. Third Eye Body Art has definitely earned my repeat business!

I had my ears pierced so many years ago when I was 12 and it had just never been right. I waited for over a year and just finally decided to see if I could get them repierced. Tristen was so awesome!! I had just walked in and he talked with me and listened then took a look at my ears. He was so knowledgeable, very informative and upfront about everything. Then when he did my piercings Tristen was so comforting and very professional and walked me through the whole thing. He took his time and was very thorough to do the best job reconsidering my fear of needles. I wish I would have known about Tristen before for my girls. I will not go anywhere but to him for piercings.....He is worth every penny!

I came here to get a simple earlobe piercing and was amazed at how much time they spent going over every little detail about the piercing. The minute I walked in the door Robert came out and showed me different earring options I could do and there was so much more of a variety here then I have ever seen anywhere else. I told him the concerns I had with my piercing since I have had problems in the past and he eased my mind about everything.They are also very clean and throughout with their piercings as not only was everything sterilized but they wore a mask and gloves as well which places like Claires does not do. I would highly recommend going to this place to get a piercing done. After going here I know that If I ever want another piercing or a tattoo I know exactly where to go. This place is amazing.

My daughter has wanted a septum peircing since she was 12. She wore fake jewelery regularly waiting for her 16h Brithday as I agreed she could get it done when she was 16. She was nervous but very excited. This was a big day for her. Entering the shop we were greeted with a friendly welcome. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and answered all our questions. Tristan the Peircer then greeted us and provided professional customer service and was very informative. This experience could not have been any better for a girl whom has angousely wait for this day to come. Tristin was fun and good at what he does. Awesome!! I have received two piercings here...double nostril by Leann and daith by Robert Wilson tonight 2/20/15. I love this place. Their jewelry is the best and they sterilize it after you pick it out so you know its clean. They also change their gloves multiple times. I used to refuse to go anywhere but HTC but Im now going to come here for my piercing desires because they are closer and Im comfortable getting pierced here. Robert is extremely knowledgeable about all piercings and hes not into this for the money...he will tell you honestly if he can or cannot do something. I havent gotten a tattoo here yet but plan to this summer. If youre looking for a clean place to get piercings (or tattoos) with knowledgeable people who are into what they are doing then I absolutely recommend Third Eye Body Art!! ☆♡☆

I called about information regarding my daughters ear piercing and Jonny (i hope i spelled it right) he educated me on different metals without bashing where i had purchased her jewelry from and explained the different types of metals and grade and why some cause a reaction. I brought her in to have him peek at her ear, he cleaned it up and showed us some jewelry that will be great when she heals and made us feel like family. Shes very excited to go back. We wont need to search for a place with great service thats cares about their people and great quality products. Thank you for caring about the people and not just a product to sell. We need more honest shops like this.

They dont answer thier phones so I couldnt ask if a piercer was in today or ask about the pricing. They may be a good shop but I guess I wont ever know because I went to a shop that actually answered their phone.

I have far too many good things to say about Third Eye Body Art, and Robert Wilson! I have had more than 10 piercings preformed by Rob, and every single one of them has been beyond perfect. He is extremely knowledgeable on piercings and jewelry, his needles are Teflon coated (So smoooooth, so niiiice) and the shop is clean and professional. This is the perfect shop for someone who has had multiple piercing experiences, or someone who has never had any piercings before. Thank you so much Rob for making all of my piercing dreams come true!

Love Rob for piercings - hard to get a response on tattoos though - but I wouldnt go anywhere else for piercings.

Did feel welcomed . Nobody was there when I went in on my birthday for a tat and they said they couldnt do it and I needed to make an appointment. Yet they had nobody there getting tats done . Went to another place after that and they got me in right away. Glad this place didnt have time for me . Bad vibes and over priced .
