I go here every time I need an oil change. Used to go to my Ford dealership and would have to wait hours and pay a lot of money. Arizona oil boys are fast, reasonably priced and the workers are always so friendly. Don’t go to the big name companies. Go to AZ oil boys!

I brought 3 of my vehicles in they all need breaks and rotors they got it done when they said for the best price around, and got the ac fixed in my Malibu and Jeep and it’s never felt so cold, then I brought my Jeep to get a radiator flush and I got it back within a hour or so, then I brought my Malibu back cause I had an oil leak that was major and got that back in a couple days with no leaks….. They are the best people🔥

Get your oil changed QUICKLY with no appointments needed. My experience at AOB was just okay. I give them 4stars for being honest about their work and for fast oil changes. My only suggestion is, that if you are calling to price parts and labor, you may want to speak with their technicians first. It sucks being misquoted by phone for anything, period.

These folks are nothing but professional. They are very quick with customers and things are very get in, get out style. Its a good thing. Absolutely horrible! The owner lucky is very dishonest and tried to steal my money! They also had an older male working o. My car that tried to fight me literally when I asked him when my car would be finished after waiting for 6 days! THEY LIED AND SAID CERTAIN PARTS ON MY CAR WAS DONE AND WHEN I SHOWED UP UNEXPECTEDLY THEY TRIED HIDING AND LIING ABOUT MY Car. They tried to charge me 800 dollars for brakes and rotars. The cops were called and they will be getting sued for liing and saying I flashed a gun in order to get the cops Down There after I got in my car and took it off there lot! This place is discusting and the police told them how wrong they are and will be getting called in court against them! NEVER EVER GO HERE!

Not happy. My fluids were over filled and pouring everywhere now I rely on my vehicle to keep care of my family I am very disappointed that someone would ruin someones vehicle for a couple extra dollars!!

I saw this place with good reviews plus they had a Groupon for brakes. I brought my car early in the morning. There was only 1 car ahead of me. I waited for 3 hours while they served many cars that came after me. Needless to say, I didnt want to wait any longer. The owner was real rude and ask for money for tire rotation even though he hasnt fixed what i originally came for the brakes.This place is unprofessional. I advise you strongly go somewhere professional even if it costs few more dollars. Its not worth the headache

I took both my cars here probably 6-9 months ago because I got tired of the big shops charging me almost double what oil boys charge. And dont get me wrong I can change my own oil but living in my apartment complex they dont allow it but oil boys are good people and have always been proffessional and they have good brake pad replacement prices.

Took it in to get oil change and all fluids topped off. Paid money and they was already done after 5 mins. Knowing it takes 30-45m to do all

I came here recently and got an oil change. One thing I should’ve checked was the hood because my car is completely ruined. They forgot to put the engine cap back on after the oil change and now I have to pay 5 grand to get a new engine for my car. I was told my engine got fried because I left oil boys not knowing they didn’t put my cap back on.

These guys are awesome! I went to get my oil changed and they didn’t try to up sell me on anything and explained everything to me. Very honest and service only took about 15 minutes with no wait which was awesome since I had my kids with me. Will definitely be returning!

We happened drive by and AZ oil boys and they were closing in 10 mins and they still were happy to help us and treated us with the BEST customer service even though it was time for them to be getting ready to head home. You all worked as team to get us in and out and with the friendliest attitude even at the end of i am sure a long day .

I absolutely love these guys, unlike all of your big corporate oil change places throughout greater Phoenix, these guys actually know what they’re doing and explain every step of the process. And unlike most of those big guys, ARIZONA OIL BOYS does not use recycled oil. No high pressure, no B.S!!! I love them!

No one outside or in auto bay. No one answered phonecall. No one called back to schedule after I left message...

Lucky was so knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain the different types of oils for the car and the importance of a strict maintenance regimen. Thanks for the great service.

We had an oil change two days before we were supposed to move two states away. They broke the oil filter housing and tried to convince us it was power steering fluid leaking from the car. We took it to the dealership and had it repaired ($800.00 Repair) and they promised to pay for the repair. Several weeks later, they said a check was in the mail. 8 months later, no check and when we try to call, there’s either no answer or if an employee answers, we are always “magically disconnected” before the manager gets to the phone. No one will answer when we immediately call back. We are now filing a small claims case in order to be reimbursed for damages incurred as a result of their “service”. Do not trust these people with your vehicle.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE OF EACH OTHER.MANY CAR REPAIR SHOPS SHOULD incorporate their up to date techniques on how to service newer vehicles as well addressing customer issues!
