My Car was perfect before this nightmare!! I took my vehicle for an oil and filter change, next day in the morning my engine blew up! They asked me to take it back to help me repair it. THEY LIED. They made an error, admitted it. Then said they couldn’t help me fix it. This is a true story, DO NOT TRUST THEM. 🙏

The guys did a great job making sure that my old Jeep Grand Cherokee with lubricated they also gave me a sheet with all the problems thats going on with my old Jeep. These guys they really work well on your vehicle it kind of short sometimes with you but theyre good people. I go there once a month so it works out for me

Came there for a oil change and while I was trying to get it change my car tire was missed up while at their shop. My car tire is flat and now I need replacement. Don’t go here!

This team was amazing. They all worked together to provide speedy and quality service. I will definitely be coming back here, even if it is for something small. I called them today to see if I would be able to get in for an oil change and they told me first come first serve. Once I got there they were busy and told me it would be 30 minutes. I ended up getting in about 10 minutes later and was in and out. They were very professional and nice. I’m not knowledgeable about car maintenance and they walked me through everything on the service checklist. I did end up doing a few other services aside from an oil change... it’s been a while since I’ve been in for maintenance. They were not pushy at all about me purchasing things and just did the things my car absolutely needed. I really appreciate that. I will definitely come back to this location for my next oil change. BEST oil change ever. Warmly greeted, they went over and above what I normally get at a different JL to take care of my daughters car. This one guy was absolutely hilarious and comedic (he loved his job), yet you could still see the same sincerity in him as with the other two that they were all there to take care of us. Highly recommended and definitely worth the drive!!

Had nothing but good experiences this one isnt even the closest one of my house but it definitely lives up to the rating it has maybe even more

It was horrible, sat there for almost a half hour at the jiffy lube on mesa dr and university, the the one man told us how much it would be and where to pull in, I pulled and waited 25 minutes while the other two workers just stood there talking, they never came over and did not help me so I left and went to jiffy lube on country club and Mckellips and they tried changing me 45 dollars more for the same thing, we left there too. I will NEVER go back to any jiffy lube

I got my oil changed today around 11. I forgot I had to sit in my car without AC but they did everything so quickly it didnt become an issue. Everyone was professional, friendly and respectful. Will return for my next oil change.

Built rapport within minutes. I was greeted at the time I pulled up. They explained everything in detail. He even walked me inside went over the refreshments available to me while I waited. I almost forgot that I was getting an oil change because the service they provided was as if I were somewhere else for a moment. Great job guys!

I have visited many times before but today seemed different..service today was more personal and.communicative.I noticed my vehicle starts a little sluggish - I didnt mention it as I didnt think to- but I was advised a battery cell was dead...I viewed my extremely dirty cabin and air filters...it was good to see for myself and hear of my options...so ..it was a great deal..i will actually now only visit this location....and I had a coupon ...so..win-win..I worked with Joshua and Victor... both were informative and easy to work with...

Made me feel comfortable with the honesty of the workers 😊 plus it was a very fast process and I got to see everything they did.

So, Id gone to this location for the first time today and, immediately when I got there, Joshua greeted me and was very friendly! I explained what I needed and the team ended up servicing my vehicle faster than any location or company Ive ever gone to before. The whole process was easy, fast, and pleasant!

Luis is awesome. Ive been here twice and he has always been incredibly friendly, efficient, and knows exactly what he is doing. He is quick to greet you with a big smile and make you feel welcome. Both times for my oil change I have been stunned at how fast they are! Ive waited maybe 15 minutes max. My windshield is always beautifully cleaned and they even vacuum my car (which i forgot about... sorry for the mess guys). Awesome customer service, very efficient, and very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Quick service and friendly crew! Manager was helpful! Their printer wasnt working for a receipt but they did email me one. Also they accepted my printed coupon from the website without issue.Owners should invest in a better customer space and better office equipment for the crew. Other than that, if you are close by and need an oil change, cruise on in.

Went today on my lunch break with impossible expectations. I asked if they could change my oil, rotate and air up my tires and change my air filters within my 30 minute time frame. They had my car all set, even vacuumed my floors and washed my car windows all in under 15 minutes! Excellent customer service, very friendly and efficient staff at this location, thanks again!

I can honestly say I will never return . The oil change cost me more than an oil change with tire rotation at the dealership, which also inspects the vehicle as well. Not only was it more expensive the coupon you provided to my home even though you were the closest location was not accepted. You also tried to get me to purchase a cabin air filter when it wasnt needed as I had replaced it myself a few days prior, only for me to go back intomy car and have to fix the carpet you couldnt put back cortectly.

They ae fast friendly and knows what to do when your check engine lights comes on. Id come back for fast friendly service.

Its rare to be treated with such respect and be advised on issues that they found and informed me of. Today I was surprised to find out they can replace my motor mounts. Kind of scary to see your engine try to come out from under the hood. It moved about an inch and attempted to torque itself free. And I thought it was just low transmission fluid. Happy to know I have a good place that knows how to take care of me and my car and my truck. Recommend them as the first place to go.

These guys are great! I quit using Jiffy Lube a while back because of all the up-selling they would try to do. I was in a pinch so I swung by for an oil change expecting to endure the pressure of changing out every light bulb and air filter on my truck. I was pleasantly surprised to find that, although they made me aware of several burnt out light bulbs, they didnt put any pressure on me to buy. The guys working the shop were very knowledgeable and seemed really happy to help out. When I left they let me know that they were a full service shop and that they could perform most repairs. Given the good experience that I had, I will definitely be giving them a shot again next time I need and oil change or a more major repair.

The issue I had with this place is one of the technicians that was in my car stole my perception that I had in the middle console. I talked to the manager and he was quick to blow me off like I was making it up. I know Im not getting my meds back at least humor me and tell me that ur sorry for this and that u are going to look into this incident

Weve always go to Jiffy Lube on Mesa Drive in Mesa. Our oil changes filters are done with Professionalism. Everyone is very nice.

A great place to get your oil changed quickly. They really try to sell you on everything else that they have which can feel kind of pushy but its worth it if you want to get an oil change in less than 30 minutes and be on your way.

Went in for an oil change, wont be going back again. It took way too long and cost way too much. They also made a big deal about our cabin air filters; they didnt want to put them back in and wanted us to pay $40 for new ones. We ended up going to OReilly and buying new filters for $17 and put them in ourselves. They also said they checked our coolant levels, but the next day our low coolant light was on.

If you go here for the price, you might find cheaper elsewhere. My wife and I come here because we dont have to set an appt (and then wait somewhere for 2 hours while they work on it). Almost everytime weve gone (about 6 times now), they are able to take us right away, and immediately meet us at our car.Within 2 minutes theyre working on my car and EVERY TIME weve been in and out in less than 25 minutes. They have an immaculate waiting area (for a mechanic shop), drinks, coffee (though Ive never had it). They vacuum our floors every time and are very thorough at letting us know whats due to change, tire rotation options, air filter, etc, so simply be ready to say YES/NO to those options in advance--at least they keep you aware of it. They remind me I can top off my liquids at any Jiffy Lube and Im off!I can expect their consistent customer service each time and so can my wife! If they ever deviate or lose our trust, Ill be going somewhere else, but until then, well spend an extra 20% for a great experience and speed!

I pulled up and asked the guy how much for an oil change, he says its going to be over $40. I ask for the price on wipers $17 each. Of course i say im going somewhere else, then he mentioned a oil promotion thing, $39. I hadnt even said what oil i needed, but the prices seem to be up to people working there.
