Refused to give me the old OEM cats off a car i had them work on. Told them ahead of time wanted them in the trunk. Get home and they arent there, call the next day and they say they already scrapped them....how convenient for them. Would not to business with again.

I took my challenger srt8 down here to install a cat back system. mad hatter was able to get me in & installed on the same day. the service was very professional and the staff knew exactly what they were doing. honest work- these guys really aren’t looking to rip you off (unlike many other shops around the valley.) look no further; mad hatter is the way to go.

They installed a 3” Delta Flow 50 series muffler in place of the factory muffler on an 05 chevy avalanche 1500. They were able to customize the install exactly how I’d imagined it. Actually, their craftsmanship ended up being even better! I highly recommend them!

I went to Mad Hatter for a muffler delete on my Cadillac ATS. George quoted me a price I couldn’t refuse ( 3rd less then a big name shop ), and before I could turn around, the work was underway. I was in and out quickly, even with George and his coworker taking extra time to make sure everything was lined up perfectly( my exhaust tips were crooked from the factory). Now the back end looks great and sounds amazing. I would highly recommend Mad Hatter for any exhaust needs.

0 stars if I could for these guys charged me 700 to fix my cat to not even plug my 02 sensor back in. They didnt cut the hole or anything. I had to have my brother do it. I dont even know if they replaced my cat. But wanted to refer me to other people. I would not go to them and as a veteran to get treated like this is beyond me. Bad business and so close to the holidays. Be safe everybody

I Recently lifted my 81 K20 and ran into some clearance Issues with the existing exhaust pipe. I took my truck to Jeorge after calling him over the phone. He got my truck on the lift and took a look. He gave me multiple options on what could be done to make it work or to do it right.He was very knowledgeable about his craft and very reasonable about his prices. We ended up doing it right. I got a new dual exhaust put in, in a couple hours.I would highly recommend this shop! Any future work I need done. I am definitely coming back.

If youre a woman dont call for a quote, dont waste your time!!!!! My fiancee had work done here in the past and recommended them to remove a catalytic converter and weld on the new one, i already had the part should have been a 20-25 minute job, fiancee stopped by and they quoted him 50$ i called the next day to confirm, they quoted me $200, i said i had my own part, he told me $75, called again two days later and was quoted $85 needless to say I found a reputable business that doesnt charge the dumb lady tax and paid 40 bucks for 20 minutes worth of quality work. Fair deal all they way around, so glad i shopped around and didnt spend my money here.

I did not like the service, I had to fix my catalytic car, and as soon as I left the place it started to sound ugly, so I went back to the place and they told me it was normal, I took it to someone else and they explained to me. In this place fix wrong my car. I never come back to this place MAD HATTER

George did a great job on my daughters 63 c10. Ran pipes above trany cross member and through the rear cross member where the drive shaft passes and into the back looks great and sounds good. Cant even tell The truck has exhaust because its tucked away so nice. The quality of work was AWESOME. Daughter cried when she checked out the exhaust and notice how great it looked. I had George bend me up a couple pipes for my custom exhaust, and when I ran into a snag and took the vehicle to him about getting another pipe fabricated he was a complete jerk. I dont own a hydraulic bender or a lift, thats the only reason I was there. What I was asking for would have taken less then an hour to do with those tools. He spoke down to me the entire time constantly telling me that my vehicle was a mess and that I was doing everything wrong and that he refused to work on my vehicle unless he got to completely tear everything out and redo it, which I couldnt afford. Im a machinist and welder that has grown up around cars and apprenticed in numerous hot rod shops. I might know a thing or two, and the first thing I know is I would NEVER treat my customers that way. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Took my jk there to have a custom exhaust made for my new RK lift. They placed the exhaust right next to critical bolts on the lower control arms that have to be serviced. In order to do this i had to cut the exhaust completely out, no flanges were used to help with the removal, also the exhaust pipe was placed on top of the cross member artec belly pan bolts creating vibrations in the cab. After removing pipes i saw that the bends were actually restricting the passage side exhaust. I was completely shocked at the quality of work that they had done and will not recommend this shop to anyone.
