Rick and Anthony were my primary contacts. Had full brake service and complete replacement of my front end suspension. They were honest, forthright and timely. While not cheap, you get what you pay for and I would absolutely trust these gentlemen with my car again. Highly recommend for quality, service and going above and beyond what is expected.

I had a wheel alignment done at this brakes Plus location. All the staff technicians provided great customer service answered all my questions and even provided ways to save money.In addition also made a follow-up appointment to reassure that the alignment was correct and they did a complete alignment check brake check rotor check as well as diagnosing the reason why my alignment was not comfortable. At no cost. After the diagnosed the the issue they also offered to bring it back so they can make sure the alignment was correct at no cost.Theyre diagnosis was spot on on point and everything in my car is aligned and working at top performance. All my great technicians great front staff manager took the time show me what was going on solve the problem with out and getting stuck on the side of the road. Well absolutely return to brakes Plus country club Mesa location in the future further maintenance.

I called 3 times before coming in and each time my call was answered by the 3rd ring and this continued while visiting the store as he politely excused himself to manage both customer interactions. He was always polite, asked questions and listened. He was honest with customers on wait times and offered alternatives to several guests. Curtis knows his stuff when it comes to cars, all cars! He calmed me down with all the lights that were present on my dash and worked with his staff to thoroughly diagnosis the issues based on knowledge and experience. They were able to identify the root cause, fix the issue and most importantly look at what I thought was the issues and thoughtfully explain why it was not the cause; at a price much less than I calculated based upon the dealers recommendations. Although the store is not modern architecture; it is clean and organized, including the restroom and the staff are very welcoming. Again, allow them the opportunity to win your business. This place is GREAT!! They are honest and dont try to convince you that you need all kinds of expensive repairs done to your vehicle. Cheapest oil change have found in the valley at $20 if you bring your own oil and filter. Always great work from the past 3 times I have used them. I have had problems with jiffy lube, Walmart, and even other full service auto shops when getting any work done, but they always have had the lowest prices for even other services after I have called 5 places for a quote. Never a problem, Always cheap.

The first time I came in was when I needed my struts and breaks replaced. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and the price was right. I thought, Great! I would come back here. When I received a coupon months later for an oil change I had no hesitations about returning.During my visit three different employees approached me at different times to let me know theyd found an oil leak, my cd boot had a tear, and my serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Several other small issues were mentioned and included in the laundry list were my struts. I had to inform the man that I had just replaced those, to which he replied Oh then they must mean that those are new. I had to refrain from saying something snarky.It was the third employee who warned me my serpentine belt could go out at any time and if so I would be stranded. With heavy emphasis on the word stranded. I knew I had an oil leak already so this didnt worry me too much, but as I hadnt been hearing any of the noises the employee was describing, the belt issue sounded a little fishy.I asked for an itemized list of all the things they recommended I have done (there were a few other smaller issues), but the only quote I actually received was for the belt. I asked if my tire pressure looked good a few times, and did not recieve any kind of definitive answer other than yes they checked it.I was there for over an hour... for an oil change. I took my car elsewhere to verify if any of these things actually needed to be done, and my mechanic checked everything I mentioned in under 5 minutes.Overall, I dont appreciate the games and intimidation, or the implication that being a young woman means I dont know anything about my car. Ill pay the extra $10/$20 to avoid all the drama somewhere else next time.

Fast, friendly, affordable, no games. Brakes Plus Country Club is always my go-to for oil changes, brakes, and all other routine maintenance. They’re also fantastic with big time engine repair - saved me from needing a whole new engine when the Hemi in my Ram threw a lifter and destroyed my cam shaft. Had it up and running again just two days later!

Curtis the manager really helped saved the day. After finding out someone stole our catalytic converter and tried to take the rims off and broke a lug nut, Curtis and his team helped get us in and fixed the lug nuts and rotor. Definitely family friendly and a place we will return to. I highly recommend going in and ask for Curtis.

The location is convenient and I had a great first experience but that’s about it. This last time, I called one week in advance requesting an oil change, check my car battery life and use a wellness check on it as I am moving out of state. I dropped it off as soon as they opened and they informed they’d have it done before 1pm so I can take it to work. I called at noon for status and they said no one had even looked at it yet. They finally called at 3pm and told me I needed new windshield wipers. I asked about the battery life and oil change and they were confused and said I never asked for that. I told them that was why I made the appointment and I had asked them to do it when I arrived. I then got attitude and was told they’d “put my car back in line to have that done”. Which meant I’d have to wait even longer to have what I originally wanted done! I couldn’t believe it. The staff doesn’t listen anymore. I wasted my entire day just to have the car sit there all day and not have what I wanted done.

Highly recommend this location they took great care of my wife’s car to get her AC working again! Very honest and trustworthy, they went above and beyond they even checked the brakes and changed her oil, they even told us we didn’t need brakes on her car at this time. Hard to find a trustworthy shop now of day s we will be back in the future thank you again brakes plus !!!!

Brakes Plus has done all my maintenance on my vehicles. Everything from regular oil changes to fixing power steering issues and everything in between. I’ve always been impressed with their professionalism and their ability to get the job done. I’ve never had a issue with them and feel comfortable with leaving my car in their hands. Brakes Plus went the extra mile to repair my van. They did a free service for me from a referral certificate I had, and during the service another problem was caused. Diagnosis and repair of the new problem needed two more visits to Brakes Plus and a second opinion from my regular repair shop. Throughout the long process everyone at Brakes Plus was courteous and worked hard to get my problem fixed, and they did it free of charge on the original certificate in spite of the hours of labor that were involved! I was very impressed with their service, and only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because the problem was one that should not have happened in the first place. They fixed it satisfactorily.

The staff at this store are professional & patient. Mr. Chris answered any & all questions i had. He went above & beyond to explain in detail what was going on with my car. Ive never had someone take the time to find a video online to better explain an issue but Mr. Chris did.. I am grateful for everyone at this store and this will be the shop for all my car needs. Jason and his team are spectacular. Check engine light was on on Tacoma, had it read, convertor. Light reset, and came back on week later. Had them order the part, scheduled first thing. Staff right on time, first thing in the morning...was in and out, hour and half. No issues since Toyota runs like a champ! Already recommended to other people. Two thumbs up service for sure!

I just want to thank Curtis and Jason they treat me awesome in October and I have no more power steering leaks on our Lexus LS400. The shop and their team did the rack and pinion and the power steering pump ...I like the warranty they offer do I think some parts are lifetime coverage. They use Valvoline oil too. It means a lot to me that they use ValvolineLubricants. Heres a photo of my driveway under the car.... it says it all. Now I feel comfortable with my wife and my daughter driving this car

I went in to get alignment done on my car, dropped it off and about 3-4hrs later i get a call from Jason. Jason tells me my car is in bad shape and they have to replace a lot of parts that were in bad condition and couldnt do the alignment without taking care of that first. The repairs were an estimated $3400.00!!! (Alignment cost varies from $80-$120) I thought to myself this cant be right!! I pick up the car got home checked it out and did an inspection myself, everything looked fine. I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere and have them inspect the vehicle, everything was fine other then the alignment! I dont know how someone can look a potential customer and blatantly lie to their face! Take your business elsewhere and save your money!

I called the shop shortly after moving to town with some concerns after my car was shaking. Curtis put my mind at ease and had me come in the next morning. Everyone is so kind and courteous every time I walk in and they make me feel confident that they always have my best interests in mind.

I was getting new tires from another place and the previous owners of the vehicle had put on some lug nuts that just would not come off and the tire place had basically stripped 2 of them while trying to get them off. The tire place recommended that I come here and they would be able to get them off for me. I drove over and I was greeted with a big smile and a very friendly What can we do for you? I explained my problem and the manager was called over to take a look as it was a unique problem. He wasnt sure if they could do it but he was willing to give it a try. He got me right in and he set a couple of guys on working on the problem for me. They were able to get them off for me! I was so happy that I didnt have to take my car to the dealer just to get my tires replaced. I would highly recommend coming here. The service is excellent and very timely and the price is quite agreeable as well.

NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY...I dont usually write reviews because sometimes people just have bad and off days. I made an appointment for 8am for an alignment, I dont have weekends off so I have a schedule to keep. Dropped my vehicle off right at 8 and was told it would be 1.5 to 1.75 hours to complete. Came back in 1.5 hours later and my vehicle hasnt even been moved. They asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule.. Whats the point of rescheduling if your not gonna honor my first appointment, on top of that not even apologize for the delay or anything... I will never be going back here.

After the analysis, I was give a list of things that needed fixing, and I felt absolutely no pressure to get it done right away. Discount tire sent me for a stud they broke. Brakes plus installed it crooked and sent me on my way. While I was there, a woman returned after a test drive complaining her alignment was done wrong and they said leave the car all day to look at it. 1 ⭐

The Supervisor offered no sympathy for my situation. (I was looking for a second opinion on my brakes. They were making a rough, grinding noise. I was concerned driving it.) I dont understand how someone as dead, dull and rude as he was could be in charge of working with customers.The workers on the other hand we extremely kind. He explained to me that there may be a wait, that he wouldnt be able to give my car a look-see until his supervisor approved so, and he showed me where the office was. (There is a brakes plus right by a jiffylube.)

Weve been getting our oil changed here for years, I once blew my tire out on baseline and was able to get it to their parking lot, they changed my tire, put the spare on AND aired it up for me. Didnt really explain on what work was done. I left my car with them from 1130 till I picked up at 4pm . car still makes that noise which made me take her in the first time. Lol idk lifetime warranty for my suspensions. Just got to pay for labor. Hmm how much for labor???
