I love love love this shop. Everyone there is so nice and understanding. They always get my car in ASAP and always keep me updated about everything. They don’t do anything without talking to me first which is always appreciated. I would 10/10 recommend them. Best shop I’ve found around town.

I was a walk in without an appointment. I needed to get my air filter replaced and Stephanie (I believe that is her name), was so kind to replace it for me. Thank God I did go in there per she noticed there was some oil going into the air exhaust. One of the other guys came over and asked if she needed any help and informed me what that meant because I asked him. Well thanks to her I immediately called her after I got home (I needed some time for this unexpected news to soak in), to make an appointment. She said they can have it fixed immediately. Whew!The conversation was great while I waited.I recommend anyone who needs any type of fix to their vehicle to come here.Awesome people!

I was relieved the shop fixed clutch pedals! Other commercial clutch places wanted to give me an whole new clutch. Phoenix Rising also has this wonderful communication link where they send you updates via text, rather than worrying? I was able to keep my updates using the links they sent. It really helps since I juggle so much already. They helped me push my car into their bay when my car was towed. That truly spoke to their kindness and consideration. They did a great job helping me repair my daughters car for school and work. Thank you Phoenix Rising!

Very very very good shop around town! I was having the AC issue with my truck. They fixed it for me quick and nice! What even better is they send you text messages and keep you updated about the process, plus they ask you for permission for any steps they do. I will definitely come to this shop for my car issues but hopefully I don’t have to.

Called the day before and they were able to fit me in next day. When I walked in to the office I was met with a warm welcome and assurance that my car would be ok. I am in love with this shop. It is very hard to trust places out there to be honest. Right from the get go Stephanie was very awesome. The Mechanic, Im sorry his name slippes my mind, but he was very honest & told me the pros & cons & gave me suggestions. The main thing i was worried about was the pricing. I was pleased with it. Even tho I needed more work on it they got me started to getting my truck back into shape. Thanks guys I appreciate & recommend them to anyone. Im definitely going back for good caring work on my vehicles.

My son took his truck into this shop for a valve tap noise. They removed the right hand head and replaced with junk yard head and charged OEM prices for it. The valve cover seal was not seated and the head had waves and a little riser on the face, so the seal would not seat. It needed to be skimmed cut at a machine shop to sit flush. So when he drove to work; the radiator fluid ran through the heads and into the exhaust manifold causing it to burn in the exhaust sending white smoke out the exhaust, and lack of fluid caused it to overheat. When we disassembled the engine 20 miles after this repair is when we found what the mechanic had done. With the overheating and the smell of burning radiator fluid we figured we had cracked the block. Thank god it was only the seals. Rising automotive nickeled and dimed this repair to get the most out of a 19 year old kid. so If you want to use them make sure they show you the receipts and cost for the items they are putting in. No where on the receipt does it talk about warrant and knowing my son he didnt ask.I did talk to the owner and she said they ran the car, and that she wish we had brought it back for them to fix. I dont go back to people who cant do the job right the first time. I was a mechanic at Boeing they cant stop at a cloud for service so we did repairs right the first time, it is what pride in workmanship means. $2000 is awful lot for a lesson. The engine over haul will cost me half of what they charged for the repair. I was hoping to wait on rebuilding this till I had more time. I guess Ill just have to make the time. Have yet to find a car mechanic in Phoenix, that does it full time, I can trust.

They are friendly and helpful. I know little about cars so when they tell me what my car needs they also answer all of my questions. They are prompt and i have never had any unexpected delays in picking up my vehicles. I will be going to Phoenix Rising Automotive with all my car maintenance and problems.

I recently took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the engine mounts replaced. Stephaney was very friendly and helpful throughout the process, and they gave a very reasonable quote for the work being done. Everyone was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I wouldnt hesitate to take my car back for repairs in the future.

It had an old air conditioner and they found and fixed all the leaks.

Small family owned place - trustworthy, take their time to investigate issues and be accurate.I had an inspection for a road trip, and they sent me an overall report of everything that needed to be done.Based on what I had read, everything they said made sense.Didnt need many parts, labor cost seemed fair.Have no problem explaining to you what needs to be done, and why.I always take my car to car people - I would definitely trust this family with my car again.

Bob is a top-notch mechanic and fixed my engine problem with quick turn around service. I took my my car to another garage near Phoenix Rising Automotive for a tune up. That Garage messed up my car so i took it to Phoenix Rising Automotive. They took the time to figure out the issue. Come to find out that other garage dropped a small wire in the cylinder. The staff at PRA let me know how much it would cost for repairs. They had to take the head of the engine. While that was being fixed, i had them replace my timing belt. They kept in touch with me during the whole process of the repair. I finally got my car back. After these MAJOR repairs, i paid my bill, My car runs nice. They did an excellent job at fixing my car. I will continue to take my car their for repairs. I even told my coworkers and friends where to go. Thank you PRA for getting me back on the road.
