I called ahead of time specifically to ensure that the materials I needed were available and in stock. I was told they were. I drove the 20 minutes only to find out that they did not have any of what I needed there. Very frustrating, with little feeling for the inconvenience.

Best place has the material that I needed the only disappointing thing is that the guys out there loading you up or more customer friendly and helpful then the Hispanic lady behind the counter with an attitude and making fun of other customers as they leave very unprofessional and rude was very short with me second she said they didnt have a material but the guy out there was able to find it for me I do recommend that you visit they have so much awesome stuff hopefully this time the people attending you dont have attitudes

Good day all residents of Arizona and counties my name is Sergio Guzman a local guide for Google level eight I am a contractor doing Work In Apache junction a very outstanding humble filled 55 and older active community now I chose Marvel for a project I had at hand which involved four pallets of a Aker Paseo Grande desert blend combo pieces well heres the thing I ordered some more pavers of that kind which I understand I asked for a few pieces but it was a special kind that you needed to buy the whole pallet so I did I really didnt want to but I did to keep my customer satisfied and I totally understand what I dont understand was on Friday I called to let them know I was headed there to pay that pallet they didnt bother to tell me that 5 minutes or 10 minutes prior to me calling they were closing instead they asked if I was on my way so when we got there it was closed okay so I waited until Monday Monday came so I purchased the pallet and I also purchased a pallet of split-face block on Tuesday my father went to pick up the pallet of pavers at Acker Stone in Chandler my father was the delivery guy he pulled up and I noticed right away that the pavers were not of the same sizes it was the same color and brand but not the same sizes what a bummer so I told myself Im very creative and I decided to make it work in which I did the customer was very happy for my creative decision so my father heads to pick up the block let me tell you when I first purchase the block they had me go and look at the Block to make sure that it was what I wanted. So my father pulls up with our pallet of split Face block and to our surprise it was not the block that we ordered so I call Marvel and begin to tell one of their employees the operator that there was a mistake so they have me answer some questions and take time off my work only to transfer me to their head boss Orlando just so I can repeat my situation over again without telling me that they would be transfering me to someone I mean I was born in Mexico and I know about Bad Business there but this is United States and that kind of stuff doesnt happen here well it shouldnt so hes kind enough to have us bring back the block come and talk to him and I hoped he would help cover the cost being that he agreed that this was not right and it was wrong conclusion is he did offer delivery but we would have to wait two days I believe this was unacceptable and should have been delivered the same day thank you

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First, can’t ever get ahold of anyone in the store (called 12 times in 3 days) and on the 13th call a women answered. She was extremely rude, not helpful, tried to get off the phone ASAP, and told me I would have to hold because she has a customer INFRONT of her. Maybe she is the only one working?? If so, maybe they should hire more employees. I called at 6:00am right when they opened. Was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Insane.Second, sent a email to sales team who responded same day with an estimate (inaccurate) so I asked for an updated one and STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK (been 10 days)?! How can you run a business without responding to customers or answering phones? Now it’s my delivery date and the lady told me it won’t be delivered because I haven’t come into the office to pay. I understand that but that’s only because I have attempted daily to get a response to my email or get ahold of someone at the location by phone to get an accurate estimate before I come in and pay.Save yourself and take your business elsewhere. This company doesn’t appreciate or value you and your purchase. So sad, they used to be amazing but have plummeted hard!

Been trying to get ahold of this place to buy pavers and have been constantly hung up on before I can even say hello. Or the one time I did finally get someone to answer they were rude and said call back another time they are closed, When there voicemail clearly states they weren’t at the time I was calling. Should of known better to not even try this place though since they do have a reputation of being rude and not caring anymore from what I have been told by my landscapers and other paver companies. That’s fine pioneer will get my money for the 4 houses we built.

Really like the people that work here, but from the time I pull in until I get my order takes too long. Would be 5 stars, but the waiting gets old. Time is money people!

Visited showroom, even entered sales order as they recommended to check on availability. Called back multiple times to find status of inquiry. Was on hold 3 times fro 40 minutes and called with no answer 10 other times. Not reliable for services and more expensive.

They were less than helpful on the phone as I was told they have the product I wanted in stock. Upon arriving according to the computer some of the product I wanted was not in stock. After taking my ticket to the yard I found out that more of my product that I wanted was not in stock and the computer inventory was inaccurate. Not to mention this is one of the most difficult locations to get in and out of in town I am less than pleased. The help I received at the counter from the gentleman was also a bit mediocre as he was not able to effectively locate or find the product that I was looking for without taking several minutes stumbling around before pulling out an additional piece of product sample that showed the names of the product.

When I arrived Edward greeted me right away, he was courteous and a good listener. After showing him some ideas he guided us to the materials he suggested and helped pick a color of travertine that we loved. After all was said and done we left with a great experience we were not expecting but definitely enjoyed. To our surprise a week or so after the install he called to check up on our project. To this I call exceptional customer service, no one ever calls you to ask how your project turned out, or if the materials were up to standard. Thank you Edward.

So my husband went today to buy material and he paid upfront and everything and said they had everything on stock once he got there . They didn’t have it and made him struggle husband got mad and asked for his refund made it more complicated that they will refund him but it will take 3-5 business days when he paid cash but they didn’t have cash to give him?..!!!!!! Like wth lol .. any who, this is the second time they do this to him and he gets big orders because we have a landscaping company like take care of your loyal customers but as we can see they don’t seen to care

This place is always way too busy. For contractors its inconvenient. The prices are always different than the last time. The phone system hangs up on me all the time. But I will say that the employees are helpful and there is good customer service.
