Very nice customer service, great prices and discounts. It was very busy but only took 15min. Only downside is its invaded with homeless people kind of makes anyone a little uncomfortable but I was attended the whole time so I felt safe. Great place will go back if needed.

Sold me the wrong battery. When I went back to get the right one he said they were out of them but if I wanted I could buy a new one for 15 dollars more. I told him I had bills to pay and could not afford a new one. I asked for my old battery back and he said it was no longer there. I said fine I’ll take the new one and gave him a $20 bill I told him he should care about what people will blog about him treating people like this and he said he did not care. Then he tried to take back the new battery I just bought . When I asked for my five dollars in change back he said I’m not giving it back. Told me he was going to keep it. This person is very rude and obnoxious. Go to the battery Center at country club and McKellips if you don’t want to be called a liar and be treated with Disrespect They have the same great deals And are very courteous.

First off, there NOT new batteries. After you install one of their so-called new batteries check your battery gauge. good indicator to see where your battery is currently charged at. Ya there quick, in and out. But...not that hard to turn around and grab anything. The first battery they tried to give me was wrong size. So when i corrected him. He was embarrassed in front if his trainee. So was told had to buy new one. Honestly if i didnt havent of all ready pulled my old battery out i would of just went literally any where else. Went back in and asked if he was sure the battery was new because my gauge says otherwise. Its new he replied, staring at the ground. What a waste better honor there warranty!!!

If I could give them 0 stars, i would. Battery lasted a couple of weeks. Was stranded on a weekend in 115 degree heat and forced to get a battery elsewhere. Very poor customer service when asked for a $30 refund. They said they sell thousands of batteries a year and would only give a $15 refund for a $35 battery that lasted a couple of weeks. So they still made a profit of $20 on a battery that they will resale at $35 to someone else. What good is a 2 month warrenty that they refused to honor? Very shady business!

Service was great! The place was easy to find and the staff was very helpful. Be informed its hot inside but service is quick so you wont be inside no longer than 5 minutes if that.

Got a battery for $35. Refurbished of course but so far no issues with it. Staff is friendly. Parking lot is a bit small for the number of people that seem to go there. Its a bit of a hassle getting in and out but worth it because of the prices. Will definitely use them in future purchases.

Beware!! Beware!! First off the only reason this got 1 star was to inform future customers of this establishment to be leary of your purchases. I purchased a battery from here with a one year warranty! They do not honor their warranty and on top of that even tell you that you are rude for trying to understand why they will not honor their warranty. The explanation i recieved was that they didnt write a date on it. Then I asked whos signed the battery and was told it was one of their summer workers but, he still wouldnt honor the warranty. The individual than proceeded to be non- communicatable and has no customer service abilities. I have bought many batteries from him the same guy whom takes my cash everytime and he told me that he doesnt remember any of his customers especially the ones that frequent his establishment. From a business perspective it is run poorly with no expectations to the customers. When I purchased the last battery that will ever be purchased from this place I specifically asked for a receipt and was told I didnt need one because they know their batteries and write it on them. Bad Bad Bad. I had a year warranty and the cells in the battery were bad and the battery was only four months old. Needless to say dont expect to much from this establishment you will only find yourself disappointed and buying elsewhere. No easy access to get into this establishment, due to construction. Not in their control. I called 8x but only answered 2x asking about the of battery and again about the warranty. Not once did they mention they were a cash only business. They to me like I was bothering them.

Do Not But Here. 1st battery dead after 2 starts, second dead after 50 or less days. Wouldnt honor warranty. I refuse to purchase another battery from them and asked for at least the core charge back. They would only offer half of the core charge and tried to get me to purchase another battery. Service and warranty match the look of neighborhood and shop. It was a complete waste of time to trust these guys. I even offered to purchase a new battery if they would honor their warranty but they still couldnt handle that. Guess the kid was in a bad mood or something.

My car battery died and when I called all the places, Walmart, Firestone, OReillys, Auto Zone, etc. My estimates were $119 to $199. I had Hugo from Reliable Mobile Mechanic check to make sure it was the battery. When he confirmed it, I asked if he knew where I could a cheap battery. He did. He recommended Super Bee Batteries. I called them and they had a battery for my car. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and the battery was already waiting for me... the cost, just $60 (with a 1 year warranty) and for an extra $5 they could installed it for me. My car started right up and the dash lights were much brighter. Im extremely happy with Super Bee Batteries. They are professional and polite as well as fast.

Got me what i needed and cheap

1 star because I got a battery in a pinch for a low price. It died on me four months later. I called and the owner told me the warranty information was written on the side of the battery. Im staring at it right now and its not. I told him that we all make mistakes and he said Im mistaken because I probably didnt buy the battery at his shop. We all make mistakes, but Im pretty sure I remember where I got a car battery. Especially since I got money from the Circle K across the street and walked under the taco stand awning in the picture on the website. Moral of the story: we all make mistakes. Even you, sir.

Shady place, shady workers....be careful. If you have your own tester bring it with you and test before you buy. Im just happy he gave me my money back. Becuse the battery he said was like brand new was not. Was worse than the one i brought in.

They arent about their word. Had bought a few batteties when my husband bought a brand new motorcycle battery. When it would not work he brought it back. He said that he needed the receipt. He goes back with the receipt, the man goes to give him another battery. My husband had to insist that he check it first. It was dead also. Well this dude who helped my girl kept on telling her no you didnt get this battery from here no, no. Well and calls me at work and asks me if we indeed did got it from there and i knew that we did. Anyways she goes home and i get off work and we head there then this same disrespectful ass dude refuses to help us change the battery cause his fat ass is booty cause we had the disagreement about the battery from earlier which when i got the battery out it WAS from there. Anyways the Mexican guy ended up helping and he was a good and polite guy and i threw him a tip for looking out but overall man you just dont treat people like that. Crazy.

Im a tightwad and just refuse to spend $100.00 or better for a car battery. Ive bought used batteries as long as I can remember. These guys are always reasonable and Ive only bought one battery out of at least ten from these guys that only lasted barely as long as the used warranty. All the others have lasted years. Not bad for thirty bucks. Anyone who buys a used product and expects it to last as long as a hundred and fifty dollar warranty needs to shop somewhere else. Keep it up guys. Batteries exchanged from there lasted a week, 2 tops. Got oneand had to exchange it out for another one because it died after a week of use. Just had a second one died today from there. Its nice that they give it 2 months warranty on their batteries but it is a little upsetting that I have to keep going back to them this frequently

Gotten 3 batteries here over the last 4 years for different cars and 2 of them have died within 2 months. Super cheap, but will not last you very long

I bought a battery from this place as I am on disability so I got one from here n omg its the worst mistake Ive made in twenty years . The day after I bought battery EVERYTIME I turned off my truck it wont start until I got a jump so I returned to this joke of a business and explained my situation and I was yelled at by owner and approximately 4 Mexican men came out n ALL were yelling and threating me to leave or else .
