Went into dealer to check out a dually they had online but truck wasnt there. Devin told me it was at another dealership not too far away. No biggie since I was mainly shopping around and I had time to spare thinking I was going to be at the dealership all day. Test drove truck fell in love and Devin asked what he could do to earn my business I told him exactly what I had for down payment and what I would want my monthly payment to be. Filled out credit app and waited there for about 10 mins or so and he said there were some approvals but not the best rate. So he told me he may have a better offer in about an hour so I decided to go home. Was home for literally 10 to 15 mins and he called and said I got approved for what we agreed upon earlier. I was shocked since Ive been reestablishing my credit. I was at the dealership for maybe a total of an hour and a half. The longest part of the process was signing the paperwork. Ive never had a car purchase go so quick and smooth. Ill definitely go see Devin again to purchase more cars in the future.
My husband and I went to see what they had to offer. Gave Devin a list of our wants and price point. We left with a 2014 Chrysler 300s and had everything from our check list with no pressure. Thanks Devin, you are amazing!
They failed to complete the propper emissions test causing the inconvenience of holding up registration and me having to take my newly purchased vehicle in for emissions testing myself. This should never happen from a dealer. Love my vehicle though
Originally they were very helpful. After I took the vehicle off the lot it was a whole different story. I had to go back at least 3 times to resign the contract. I have and issue with the vehicle they promised to fix it. I took the vehicle 3 different times so they could look at the issue thinking they were going to fix it. That was not so, 3 different people looked at it and said yes we will fix it. It is not fixed. I now give up trying to get it fixed due to the fact that it is over an hour drive for me. I dont have the time to keep going back for them to not fix it. They got my paperwork in late to the bank and kept telling me dont worry you wont get charged a late charge. I finally had them give me the banks number and contacted the bank myself to find out the bank was going to charge a late fee for first payment. I had to fix all the issues with the bank myself. Terrible service at this place. They act really nice but once you buy you are stuck with the worst service. I had to keep asking for a copy of my contract. I finally got it when I was down there in person. They have the License plates sent to their office. It just so happened I was there and got them. They did not call me to let me know the plates were in. Dont waste your time. Worst service I have ever gotten. Chad is very rude.

Everyone at this dealership was absolutely amazing! They were helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to genuinely help me! I am a first time car buyer and Nick was a great help in giving advice and finding the best possible car for my situation. Dee took the time to assist me in paperwork during the car buying process which was a giant help considering that in my particular situation, there was extra paperwork. Furthermore, the owner, Andrew was so accommodating in terms of assuring me that my car would be taken care of! He went over and beyond to make sure that my experience was great during and more importantly, AFTER buying the car!On top of that, they have a great selection of cars-- they have 3 lots and I actually found my car in the 2nd lot! I can go on and on about how great this dealership is, but I cannot possibly describe how awesome of an experience I received. I talked with BRADY at first, Credit wise and financially I wasn’t doing so good, just separated from the military and have been going through a hard time… But Brady said he had my back! he took all my application information over the phone and got me approved to go ahead to come in and look at their inventory... due to a family emergency his coworker JORDAN ended up helping me out. Very professional definitely no BS ! I was on an extremely tight budget and there was a certain number per month I wantED to pay, that I felt comfortable with and they did better than that! I couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you so much for your help guys! We will definitely be doing business again in the future!

They were patient and helpful on finding me the perfect truck . They were not pushy or aggressive sales at all . They were able to get me in and out with in a decent matter of time . Although my truck didn’t have a full tank of gas off the lot I still think they deserve five stars for overall experience !
This guys are top notch. From the application on line to Jordan communicating with me about what cars where available, amazing service. I initially wanted a Tiburon but it was sold before i could make it down, Jordan again guaranteeing that he was going to find another car that I would love. He took me around their multiple lots, and we indeed found my new car. Give them and negative 50 this is the worst ever anywhere!First they were nice made it seen easy and helpful but ...it should have been A clue that they hadnt done a proper inspection of my car when they didnt even notice that there wasnt any fog light. or that the brace that holds a battery in place were missing. He took an Ill fitting brace off another car to fix it!My bad for just loving the cute red car that is a Toyota and blindly trusting Toyota.So since buying the car four months ago... 1st we realized and got the notice that they had not done the airbag that they knew about and it was a recall thing took me an entire day at the dealer to get it done. THEN the air didnt work right he blamed it on how hot outside it was. Turns out it needed a new compressor $1000 THEN we had to replaced the clutch which was worn down to absolute nothing!$1000. NOW were having transmission issues! On a manual. And need a new transmission. $2500.My bad, I should have done my homework apparently the matrix is notorious for transmission issues since 2003 and they should have known that! and they should have serviced the transmission before selling it@THEN there was the coil, and THEN theres the fuses that keep going out. its really scary when youre driving down the road and a car just stops and that has happened several times on this car!they will not do anything about it cause I didnt buy their expensive warranty so buyer beware!!!!!!this company is all about financing and selling warranties!their cars of very old and they do not properly inspect them!!with all the work weve done what we can tell is whatever Brown and Brown did on any work inside engine before selling it was very shoddy and made things worse.But it was spotlessly clean looking engine. maybe that was a clue to.just dont buy a car here I wont again and Im sad because it seemed to be they were really nice and all of that but you know kind it doesnt matter how nice they are when they sell a really badd product and wont back it.

My wife and I had been shopping around for some time for a Nissan Titan, been to numerous car dealers and thru lots of internet searches, we inquired about a Titan from this dealerships and told them we couldn’t make it down til the weekend and we would make sure the truck was still available before we left town, we texted the sales associate the night before and he said it was still available so we headed out early the night morning, we got about thirty minutes away from the dealership to get a text message saying the truck wasn’t ready and still hadn’t gone thru inspection! We were pretty upset but we felt we didn’t drive all that way for nothing so we went ahead and made our way to the dealership, after some back and fourth we decided to purchase but under terms, we sat down with the sales men made a list of of the things we noticed wrong and would like fixed, signed papers, they agreed to deliver the truck themselves to us in Lake Havasu by Wednesday which would have been four days later, well Wednesday came around and we got excuse after excuse, first it was an air bag needed to be replaced then it needed a detail, after all of that they finally drove the truck down to us Saturday. When the salesman got here we inspected the truck only to find out that they didn’t listen to some of our request, the truck had a clicking noise that was caused by a bad actuator that they agreed to replace (to get to the actuator is about a 1.5 hour service time, it is deep under the dash, a lot of stuff has to be removed to take out and reinstalled) we also requested leaving the wiring for the amplifier setup, ( now it totally needs to be re wired, the radio needs to be pulled out, dash and trim panels need to be popped) with this we need a new wiring kit, more time and an experienced installer) and as far as detail you could clearly see stuff caked all over the handle grips, dog hair all inside the truck. We went ahead and took possession of the truck. They agreed to service the air, and that wasn’t done either, we had to have the cabin filter replaced (more money out of our pockets) and it was very dirty. We did notice a difference in cooling after that was done. They stated they did an oil change, and that clearly was not done, the oil was low (drove it down in the heat of the summer in 115 degree weather) and the oil was very dirty, the oil cooler was also leaking. (With that it takes time, money for all that to be replaced) After we did a good detail since it was never done there, we noticed the front brake line was rubbing and has rubbed thru a couple layers of the brake line. We believe this all should have been caught during the safety inspection, and taken care of in a timely manner since they did keep the vein their possession longer than expected. This is going to need to be replaced as we do not feel safe in this vehicle, it’s gonna take parts, brake fluid, and time. I contacted the manager about all the issues and concerns, he asked me what would make me happy, so my reply was he can send me a check for $500 and it will take care of all the expenses and cost of the repairs, he declined and said he would send $47, that wouldn’t even cover the oil from fixing the oil cooler leaking and a new oil filter, he did offer for us to drive back down there and he would take care of the actuator, driving back down there is more time and money out of our pockets, we are not the ones that made a shady deal, we put our trust in them and still gave them our business after all that had happened in the beginning.

This place wasnt prepared for our visit. They tried advertising a 15 passenger van online but when we got up to look at it the can was missing the back seat, making it a 12 and not a 15 passenger. Online price verses price on the vehicle were also different. The sticker price was more and when my husband went online to double check price the vehicle was taken off the website. Wr ended up buying another vehicle (lower milage, newer year and cheaper) that same day from a different location. The staff was ok and friendly.
Abosolutely the worst dealership Id ever walked into, the head manager was horrible,no help, and seemed like he wanted nothing to do with me. Didnt show interest in making a sale and helping me into a vehicle,Id never recommend this place to my worst enemy to go deal with anybody there.

God a Scion not even a month ago had taken it back a couple of times to get fix n then another thing happens, I was sold a lemon n Glenn told my son and I that we could trade it if I didn’t learn standard, well I learned standard know left front tire sounds like it’s gonna come of can’t drive low then 40 cause of noise it makes. Monday I went to talk to them and Chad said he was waiting on owners and that he would call me back b4 day was over or to give him till Tuesday we’ll its Thursday and I called told Glenn I needed another car and he said he never told me I could switch when he had told me and my son I could. Told him don’t want it any more cause they will fix then another thing will brake I am frustrated and be having anxiety attacks because of this car. I was ready to make my 1st payment tomorrow n balance owe on deposit but I guess I will ha e to go to other measurements that I will hate to do.

Not only do I now have a nice Versa But I have very good montly payments as well . Also after I drove away with the car Ed made sure to keep texting me and calling me with any new information in regards to payments and the loan I now Have . Very helpful And very nice first time buyer experience for myself :) If you are a person whos sketchy about dealerships like I was at first . I would really go here!
