Put a new stereo in my 2002 Ford Mustang GT that i had purchased online myself, hooked up my amps and added a backup camera. Looks great, sounds great and they hid wires very well. I will definitely be going back to them for more in the future, highly recommend as they are very affordable and got the job done in 3 hrs. They even stayed a little past closing so we could pick up my car the same day!!

Friendly, knowledgeable and very rapid install. We called and they were installing withing the hour, took around 2 hours and they called back when install was complete! This place absolutely took care of me. I was having a bad day because nobody was open even though they were going to close early they still did an install. The install price was too expensive so they made adjustments on my behalf so they would still keep my service. They 100% have been the best car audio store I’ve been to in Arizona hands down !

I went to Audio Express, Frys Electronics, Sounds Good to Me, and Stereo City. I got prices on DVD stereos and installation from all of them, and Stereo City in Mesa was cheapest. All of the other dealers wanted to jack up the price for connections you didnt really need and they wanted to charge extra for cables ran up front for USB. Stereo City didnt do any of that. Tony gave me a great deal on a DVD Stereo and did a great job installing it, as you can see from the posted picture. I was so happy with the stereo installation, I came back a week later for another great deal on a car alarm with installation. Its been about a month since these installations and I love my car stereo DVD player, and I feel safe that my car alarm is protecting it and my car. I would totally recommend Stereo City. They give good deals and do good work!

Do not do business with these guys. Period, I went out performed a service FOR THEM. The Honda Accord they had, worked perfectly prior to them messing with the car. They brought me in asked for a new key to be programmed as the remote stopped functioning on the current key, and I identified there was a issue with the cars receiver and that was due to them messing with the car. My key that I programmed started the car but the remote would not work due to their mess. They did not pay me for my diagnostic services even though they were at fault. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!!!

I made a call to see if I can bring my BMW in for speakers, they were able to get me in same day I called. It just so happens they have two walk in days available. I would call ahead of time though. The staff was amazing and very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable!! The service was amazing and the pricing was even better!Very honest fair staff. I would recomend having a plan to drop off your vehicle if you do not want to wait until its done, but its so worth it Stereo city is worth my time and money. I am a new customer as of 05/2020. I needed help installing my after market car stereo two weeks ago. I walked in the store and was helped promptly and was given a great price for the work I needed done with my stereo install.The install was quick and I was happy with my service from Stereo City. A little more than a week passed and I had some time to adjust and tune the EQ to my preference. However, I wasn’t able to configure some of the EQ settings on my own. Then come to find out my security system problems was not what I thought and they were able to fix it. Now my vehicle is running without problems and I have an appointment for a new security system. This place is legit. No upselling. Very knowledgeable. There open later than your average car audio place and there open on sundays!! I had an issue with my amp getting too hot due to a terrible install of a indash I had put in at Audio Express!!!!! My amps were getting hot/ turning off. My tweders stopped working. Smh. Stereo City was able to locate the issues and fix everything in under an hour at a fair price!!! Great business!! I will be back.

Prices for car audio gear are much higher than other shops in the area. Get your gear online or elsewhere and have them install, they do know their stuff on how to hook things ip. I also got my windows tinted and they did a very good job, Im 1000% satisfied.

Went in to buy a sub box for my truck but the 12s i had didnt fit so the guy gave me a few options now ive been here before and ive told him i didnt knw to much about the best speakers or subwoofer and i trusted them in selling me quality product for a reasonable price but when a friend of mine who knows about this stuff looked up my subs and come to find out they were only 44.95 each n they charged me $200 for the pair never going back and they grounded my amp wrong so he had to fix that aswell not only will i not ever go back but i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone youll just get ripped off and have to have youre system fixed later on

Over charged me and messed up my install of component speakers and Bluetooth sound, lights are flickering engine noise is coming through the speakers. Feel like they used cheap wiring kit for the price I paid.

They charged me more than the quote but still failed to fix the issue. I brought in my car because it sounded like can rattling everywhere. I asked them how much to fix that. They said dynamat at $300 would fix it. Dropped off the car and the cost increased to $500 but said that would fix everything. $500 later and I still have the same problem I started with. Turns out they never checked their work when it was done and blamed a lack of communication as the reason. They totally offered for me to come in to have it fixed, but at whatever that cost would be. I dont have confidence in this shop and I dont want to pay them to fix an issue that I already paid to have fixed. They have some great reviews but I would look around before dropping cash to have them do anything beyond simple installs.
