I would never purchase carpet here again. All the reviews for Bill were accurate, but he left the company and I can see why.I had so much hassle getting the carpet installed and the owner just doesnt respond to my dissatisfaction. Why would you put two seams a foot apart in the middle of the hallway? And every seam in the house shows. The installers did an extremely poor job and the customer service at Red Mountain is non-existent. My phone calls were not returned and my letter to the owner was never answered.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!

We are very happy with Red Mountain Carpet & Tile. Bill K. was wonderful to work with. He was always pleasant and exceptionally organized. Our bathroom remodel is beautiful and just what we hoped for.

Called to get a price to shop around before I pull the trigger on some new carpet and the salesperson said he would not give prices to someone just price shopping around. 2 stars because he wasnt super rude, but it was a negative experience and I wouldnt recommend any company that is not competitive in pricing.
