This is the second time we have utilized Castle Floors for a project. Jacob and Angela were incredibly easy to work with and assisted in us picking an exceptional product. Karndean Looselay Luxury Vinyl plank floors were recently installed and the transformation to our home has been incredible. We are so pleased with the family friendly store and local flavor but also the incredible service and expertise.

They ordered several samples for us to help make our decision. They were courteous and prices were reasonable.

If you are having your floors done I would definitely choose Castle Floors! Jacob and Jenni were excellent to work with. I was probably one of the most indecisive clients they had for choosing floors. I worried about the luxury vinyl tile. How durable was it? How would it look? Flooring is a big investment. I went to other flooring stores, but decided that Castle Floors would do the best job.Jacob went over and beyond. He suggested we go to his uncles home that had the flooring I was considering on buying. It looked great and eased my concerns. Although, I decided to go with the Karndean rigid core in Baltic limed oak. The flooring had been on sale recently, but no longer was. Jacob was able to secure the previous sale price for me. The baseboards needed to be painted before the floors were installed and Jacob once again went out of his way and loaded them onto his truck and brought them over to my home.Luis and his crew were quick and did a wonderful job! My floors are absolutely beautiful! I have had many compliments on them. They look like wood, but are much more durable. I had the tile around my fireplace redone and it turned out beautiful also!

Worst customer service Ive seen in a long time. Im looking for carpet remnants and the guy helping me wouldnt let me look at what they had unless I knew the size or color. I dont know until I see it what color I want. Biggest jerk you can imagine. Obviously didnt want to do his job. I said never mind I will go somewhere else. He said ok. Lol and he gets paid to treat people like that.

Blake was wonderful to work with: communicative, prompt, friendly and down to earth. Visiting the showroom was as hassle-free as it gets with these freedom-loving folks. We got very quality vinyl and carpet products at an affordable price and I’m so glad we chose to work with Castle...I think you will too! =)

I had a great experience with Castle Floors. I was building a house in the White Mountains and they were great. The installers made the trip up north and did a great job. Their prices were the best in town and their staff were very helpful. Also, they went out of their way to get it done in the timing that worked with our new build to keep the project on time. I highly recommend them.

They did a simple tile job at my house about a few years back. There was no special cuts or designs. It was in a concrete floor and the tile is starting to crack near grout lines everywhere. If I tap on the edges of the tile it sounds hollow compared to the the center of tile meaning they did put any thin set near the edges causing a weak point for cracks to happen. The tile job looked ok but then I started looking closer at it and comparing it to other houses I’ve seen. It was a sloppy tile job and I wouldn’t recommend you do business with these guys. I would spend a little more and get a professional to do the job. If you look at there warranty.. it’s not good and that says a lot about there work. A good warranty means they’ll stand behind there work. Take my advice and hire a professional. Very disappointed in this job.

Jake and Castle Floors did an amazing job removing tile and carpet from our entire house; equally amazing was the job they did installing premium Karndean premium vinyl throughout! They accommodated all of our needs while doing the projects with three small children, and we love our new flooring!

I called Castle Floors at 9:15 AM to see if they could do a floor by tomorrow. Actually it was finished at 4:30 today. The discount on the carpet I chose was about 50% and beautiful.

Luis and crew installed my vinyl planking skillfully and with great attention to detail. They worked hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. I love the way they covered the steps leading up to my kitchen.Would give Castle Floors 6 stars if I could. Also proud to support a locally owned family business.

The 5 star would have been for sure if Luis had done the floors. David & Fred were great & did their best but one can tell that they need a little more experience.Eg: T strip between existing tile & new floor. They should have cut the longer strips for the LR (most prominent) first, then the door strips. Because they did the door strips first we have a join showing in the L.R.Similar problems with baseboard but overall a job well done Thanks.

We are very happy with Castle Floors. From initial visit to store to final day of laying down floor, answered all questions and were very helpful. Two guys that laid floor were very professional. We are full timers in our coach and we like to keep up the unit to look as new as possible. I am a hot rodder and very particular with my vehicles. We wanted to put new flooring in the kitchen to bedroom. Looked at several businesses to find the product. Not happy with the service or the product from those we have looked at. Ended up at Castle Flooring,heard they had been in business for decades. The young man showed us several products and as we were going over the ceramic tile, he showed us what he thought was the best choice. The product would handle water and wouldnt show grout lines through it as well as keeping the area quieter. I tackled the project and in 2 days it was completed. Beautiful product to work with and looked awesome as well. Not the end of story though! Later in the season a water main broke in the resort and when water was turned back on early morning, the pressure spike of air popped a water line off under the sink. Water ran from 3 am to 8 am and flooded front of the coach. Ruined the front hardwood as it curled and separated. New flooring was perfect. With no time talked with Castle again and they came out to bid the job as I didnt have time to do the job myself as we were going to leave in 5 days. They supplied a crew and the job was completed the same day the product arrived . The crew did a fantastic job and were very friendly and courteous as well. We were off to home 2 days later thanking Castle for all their efforts to supply us with the best product and the best service possible!! When Im back this fall,we will do the final bedroom piece . They get 5 stars from us for sure!

I love the vinyl planks that I chose thruout my home and carpet for master suite. Luiz the installer and team did an excellent professional job with plank installing. The tile demo was almost dust free. The team was on time,pleasant,respectful,quick,hard working and efficient. Their clean-up was thorough and well done. When a problem developed with carpet installation, Jacob dealt with it and it was resolved within 2 days. Kudos to vinyl installer Luiz and team. It seems the carpet installer, a different Luiz, needed more experience in doing a professional job especially attitude and clean-up.

This place is great for homeowners. They dont carry much in stock for contractors. I stopped in for a Schluter sticks they had none.
