Store closed early! I drove all the way to this location, which has reduced hours until 6pm. I arrived at 5:45 and the store was closed. The door was locked, despite the hours listed on the door. The person working there was still in the store and saw me, and just walked to the back room. Thanks for nothing.
I went here to get my first phone and the man assisting me (Edgardo) was amazing and very helpful. He helped me on making a choice for a good phone at a good price.
So I decided to try this location i found close to my work so i went on my lunch break and if it wasn’t for the person here think his name was Adrian or Aden I prob would if canceled my service but thanks to him I’m gonna give this company one more shot. Thanks man for your help With the new phone.

Do not waste your $. I would give them a zero. I bought my son a phone for Xmas. I notice a week later my son would not use his internet service everytime we would leave the house. I called them they had to give me codes so it would work. I told them also the phone was having problems charging. The girl told me to try another charger. I told her I already did. She said to bring the phone in.I told her that the hours they are open its the hours I work and said I had to be there because I was the only one on account. Today I felt with Alex (sorry customer service) I took the phone in today and still has not been 30 days yet. She told me that the warranty expired and I would have to call another number.why didnt the girl tell me that from the beginning. Snobby brat!!!..I asked for my account number they dont have it..how do they not have my account #?? I called the LG company -they told me that I would have to mail the phone and it would take 9 days for them to receive it and 9 days to fix it..really???..first time and last time at this company..I just went to my company cricket and they gave me a new phone and pay for the next 30 day service. This company needs to listen to their customers and fix problems.
Went in and got a new phone the lady that was working that night she was friendly very great customer service and made sure that everything was working before I left best location in Mesa
I love it! Used to pay almost $200 for two phones then went down to $65 for two phones and it works just the same!!

Terrible customer service. I was told that they couldnt help be activate my s3 because it came from the Sprint network. They refused to call the boost support line to verify their info. Long story short I headed to the store on university today. Im writing this review on my s3 they said they couldnt help me with.....
