Talking in circles...charging for things i never asked for or for that matter received. And basically told take it or leave it... 6 attempts to get this resolved and only 1 thing left to do...CHANGE COMPANIES!!!

Friendly guy in the front. Got my friend set up with a brand new phone and out the door in like 20 minutes. Probably the fastest Ive been in and out of a phone place when getting a new phone.

She handled all if my issues and did it with a smile, before I came in I was most likely gonna cancel my service but she changed my outlook and I thank her for that and to whom it may concern, you should do the same, (she saved MetroPCS the loss of another customer.

After visiting other PCs locations, I talked to the mgr here. He knows phones, very helpful, and attentive to what I needed, and a solution fir a problem, other stores didnt know or care.I purchased 2 phones there, Im taking a friend there today to get one.

I had an over charge of payment and went in to this store to fix it. After an hour on the phone to customer service Aileen tried her best to fix it. And even though Cooperate admitted the mistake was the computer on their part, Aileen still tried to fix it for me. She was very concerned about my situation and had great customer service skills. Im not happy about metro pcs not doing the right thing i still remain a customer because of her.

These store employees are thieves went in to switch carriers and find out the charged me an extra $$$ for something that we didnt ask for, when I called for an explanation of how much I was charged the women said I received a bundle deal, when i asked for a breakdown of charges, she states that she brought up my receipt of sale all she could verify is that the extra money came from a bundle deal when asked about the sales receipt to make sure it was ours she became rude and unprofessional. When asked to speak with a supervisor or management of course she stated that no one was there. Buyer beware of this particular store
