Went in to buy an Apple Watch for my wife. We both have phones under the one account. Was not explained about the activation fee, monthly fee and surcharges that come along with it. Got a nice surprise on my bill and now paying an extra $20 a month after demanding the remove the activation fee. Was told no other information from the rep in this store.
Have been trying to get ahold of someone for HOURS! What is the point of having mobile services if nobody answers the phone?? My family and I have been costumers for over 25 years and this service is UNACCEPTABLE! DO BETTER VERIZON!
Good service but way too busy
I came and was given a wait time of 45 min. Never got a message or call so I showed up a little after the 45 minutes and was ignored outside the store until a very interested guy came out 5 minutes after they closed to tell me they couldnt accept a return because of legal and liability issues. Im a nurse and I couldnt get away with treating anyone like that, good thing Im not in customer service at this Verizon store.
Well see. If I get my phone and fit it working again will change rating.
Its always a pleasure to work with Gywnne
Never answers phone. Wait list always. Hardly ever has accessories. 3 people in back, while 5 customers wait. Will have to check out how to make an appointment since all else fails.
Canceled our services for being late on a payment of $79.03 from last months bill. with a total of less then $400 owed this month.Other then that the service reaches about everywhere you need/want to go. So it is a good phone service to have.
Just got done with an absolutely wonderful experience buying a new phone. Ive been with Verizon for a few years now and just finished paying off the first phone I had ever gotten with them. I walked in today just curious about if they had the phone I wanted and how it compared to another phone closely related to it. My representative was the best and I was super impressed by the honesty he had during the whole time. (I believe his name is Adam, thats what the paperwork stated and I accidentally forgot to catch his name whole we were there). He helped me put on the screen protector without hassle and didnt seem bothered by my millions of questions at all and was very detailed in his explainations so I could understand properly! The staff is also doing a great job at keeping the building clean, sanitized, and being sure everybody is wearing masks! We were able to wait in the comfort of our own vehicle after checking in with the gentleman at the front door.My family has been going to this Verizon for a few years, and we will continue to be impressed by the customer service and respect given here.
Some of the service can be tweaked, however the store seemed quite clean and organized
I wanted to get internet through my winegard system on my RV I brought I went up to the first time they said well take a picture of the label on it and bring it back so I went home and I did that and I came back well it doesnt have the information on it that they put so call up Verizon and then their technical people can do it but they cant do it at the store so they were no help at all to me
Something always goes wrong everytime I go there, great service on the phone but the stores suck.
LONG time customer, since Air Touch. Never had worse service. No customers in the store and no help unless we had an appointment, earliest available was tomorrow. Well buy our new phone elsewhere.
Rude rude rude and so disrespectful it was a horrible experience will never return here or recommend this verizon to anyone even the store Mangar was rude seems like they hate there Job
Ivan/Evan? Was really helpful fast efficient and courteous
Well.. felt like I was going to give them a DNA sample to prove its my account..A bit overly concerned with covid-19... . Lots of confusion on 5g..... Service was good though
Comission driven rude sales people. If you dont want the $1200 phone.Go to Walmart. Better service and friendly.
Worst experience in a long time. need trained personal so they can help people.
Amazing customer service! Sergio was remarkably helpful and patient!
I want to buy a new phone called the store 3 times no Answer.
This particular Verizon store has many helpful Associates. However there are a few that seem to not know everything they should, and others just rush you out the door.
Need chairs not benches. As a veterain hard on stools
Was a great exp. Had Gwynn as a sales associate..provided lots of info and help with acct. and phone. Will see her from now on..my go to phone help.
Best Verizon store I have ever seen
Never ever buy phone cards or sim cards for a Verizon phone.....THEY ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Unbelievably rude at this location. If I could stand and protest in front of the business and it would do any good I would. Horrible experience.
Not helpful, walked in for pick up and an old lady representative couldn’t help.No better than third party Verizon.
I purchased a new iphone and am not able to get any of my devices to recognize my hotspot except my husbands Samsung. Technical support had instructed me to make an appointment at a nearby Verizon store to troubleshoot problems as they were not able to get it to work. They had told me the Sim card will probably have to be replaced and could get it at the store. I made an appt which took 5 days to get in and when I got there he tried to hook up to my network and he was able to but it said low data mode which I still had almost all of my hispeed data left as nothing but my husbands phone would connect. I told him the service tech from phone support that they thought I needed a new SIM card and he said he could not help with that. He gave me a tech coach number which when I called it said that my phone number did not qualify. for this service. So I called phone tech-support back again and after about a 45 minute wait I got connected with a tech and she is going to mail me out a new Sim card which will take 3 to 5 business days. So it will be over two weeks by the time I get the new Sim card that I’m paying for hotspot that does not work The service tech at this Verizon site was not at all helpful and spent about 5 minutes with me.Will never go back there again
I never imagined that i would enjoy myself while purchasing a phone. as it turns out sergio made this experience incredible. he knows his stuff and he gets it done. thank you sergio
Verizon made an appointment at this store for me specifically so that I would be able to do a factory reset on my phone while somebody was there in case something went wrong. I bought a phone from Verizon that is a bit of a dud and have had many issues. The phone rep thought that by making an appointment in person I would be helped through the process of a factory reset which was their last resort before they replaced my phone. The customer service person at Verizon was extremely short with me. Refused to do a factory reset because he said he couldnt spend the time. Seemed more interested in hustling me out the door then helping me. I went from there to a Samsung repair place and they told me many Verizon store customers have come there with the same complaint. They said never go there after 5, even though I had a 5:00 appointment, because the sales people only want to sell phones they dont really want to help existing customers. I was very unhappy with my experience and will be escalating it to management tomorrow. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years and do not expect to be treated this way when I need some mild assistance.
This is a review to add to my last issue I posted a week ago Sunday. I went into detail on how Mathew and Tim were very rude and very unprofessional in their dealings with me as a customer. To add to this and to make things worse, my girlfriend received a letter in the mail banning her from all Verizon stores!! They accused her of things she did not do or say!! The employee that submitted that report should be fired right away. I have talked to others at that store (customers) and they have had run ins with those same two employees!! No one reached out to my girlfriend to ask her the correct side of the story!! I am extremely disappointed in Verizon! and I am extremely disappointed in the way it has been handled! No professionalism at all!!I even got a generic response back from the company. They said they would contact a higher management member to resolve the issue. But behold, nothing has been done. They dont care about their customers. I thought it was originally an issue with 2 member of that particular store, but it turns out that Verizon just doesnt care!!!!!!!!!
Good people and great products
We recently went to this store to accomplish switching back to Verizon after a brief try of another service (a mistake by the way). This location has great customer service, very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate us. We knew exactly what we wanted to do and never felt any pressure to upgrade or change plans. Will definitely be back.
We were actually cancelling our Verizon service. We were told over the phone that we needed to go to a Verizon store to accomplish this since we were travelling and did not have the required pin number available. The staff totally went out of their way to assist us in accomplishing our disconnect even though that was not one of their normal required tasks. We were very appreciative.
Very helpful!
Great customer service! Worked with Dane who was extremely helpful.
Why is it i pay so much but wherever i go in arizona where i live my data is slow
They should let the elderly people come in at least to stay cool instead of having these elderly people sit outside in the hot sun waiting on somebody to bring him inside the building.
I dont know why Verizon has a physical store. The people working there cannot do anything apparently and it can only be done over the phone. Calling is an absolute nightmare.
The guy at the door helped me, so I was in and out.
I was very disappointed when I made a visit to this Verizon store on Saturday August 8, 2020!!!!!!!!! A gentleman named Tim checked us in. I was there with 3 of my children and my girlfriend with her 5yr old daughter. During the check in process there was no explanation of their store policy in regards to COVID-19. The governor of Arizona made it clear that everyone must wear a mask, but there are exceptions. One of which is a medical condition that would be detrimental to an individual’s personal health. Tim quoted that we would have a 15 minute wait. After waiting in 118° weather for 40 minutes they called our turn. Once we made it back to the front door they refused to let us in because we didn’t have a mask. Tim did not say anything at the time of check-in about them refusing service do to no mask! This is outrageous!! Verizon made us wait 40 minutes in the heat with little children and did not care about our personal health at all!! My girlfriend got upset because of the poor customer service and raised her voice. She did not swear or say anything belittling. The response that we got back was extremely unprofessional!! Another gentleman named Mathew came over to assist and was just as rude as Tim was. We asked to speak with a manager and they denied us the opportunity! I would recommend that Time and Mathew get fired for the way they treated us. Rude and unprofessional!! They threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. They didn’t care about us they only cared about themselves and their ridiculous “store policy” that discriminated against those with medical conditions! I know this post is pointless because I will send in a complaint to Verizon but they will ignore it!! They think they are right and the customer is nothing to them!! But I need to say my peace to hopefully reach at least one person so others understand how Verizon is putting people’s lives in danger. Verizon should be sued!!!! Please fire Mathew and Tim!! They are supposedly the managers but did not act like professionals or managers, like 2 children if you ask me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I get that the covid19 stuff is messing with customer relations as far as businesses are concerned. however, they should find a way to actually do their jobs and keeps peoples safety in mind. I needed a screen protector and Im not good at putting them on and they refused to help me in that area.
They screwed up my password so I couldn’t get answers online. I drove to this store so I could talk to someone, and I was told go away, because I didn’t have an appointment for the privilege of speaking with someone in person.
Verizon..... I received a text message this morning that you are adding an additional 15GB of data to my account?! Thank you for having ALL OF US LOYAL customers during this time! But I WOULD GLADLY donate that to ALL FIRST RESPONDERS AND MEDICAL STAFF that are pushing through these hard times! Switched from Sprint and there is no looking back!
Let me sit thur for an hour, skipped me, and when i politely asked they ignored me. Was very rude to me and when leaving this tweaker they have working decided to try to tell me off and threatened me.
Hour and 15 minutes in waiting on the phone I already purchased and checked in with curbside. Pretty ridiculous
My phone problems solved in minutes. Solutions manager Tim provided excellent service and worked fast. A+ customer service.
I have been a long time customer of Verizon. 17 years to be exact and never have I ever been treated with such condescension, lack of respect, and retaliation in response to an unhappy customer. These times are strenuous on everyone. The least an employee of Verizon could do is acknowledge and express their understanding of a customers frustration. On Saturday August 8th, 2020, my boyfriend and I needed to combine accounts and purchase 2 new phones. We went to our regular store in Gilbert which we love but they were only open for appointments and stated that the Mesa location on Signal Butte was open. So we drove all the way over to this store. At time of check in myself, my boyfriend, and our 4 children were not wearing masks. They explained that only 1 adult was allowed per rep and we stated we both need to be present in order to combine accounts and purchase new phones and that our children couldnt sit outside in the heat..they said they would accommodate us. Great! They said it would be a 15-20min wait. Checked us in at 3:53pm. We sat in our vehicle which said 118 degrees outside, with the AC on. At 4:27pm I received a call from Tim that they were ready for us. We got to the front of the store at which time Tim stated that masks were required. I said we have medical conditions and are unable to wear one. They proceeded to say we would not be allowed in without one. Matt proceeded to walk over and attempt to hand us a mask. I again said I have a medical condition and cant wear one. At which time Tim stated they were ADA disability compliant (which is irrelevant to a medical condition but ok) and advised thats why they had online support to which I asked would they assist with porting a number from one account to another? No answer. At this point I began to get agitated and raised my voice (not yelling, or swearing, or threatening) I stated this was ridiculous and Matt said protect the public to which I responded, admittedly, with a raised voice and visibly upset we dont have COVID and there isnt anyone in the store except maybe 2-4 people that I could tell that all have masks and Im unable to wear a mask. This is something you should have stated at time of check in when you saw us all walk up without masks. Matt then threatened to call the police. And I asked for what? And I stated I wanted to speak with a manager, to which Matt replied We are both managers. I said fine maybe we will just take our business to another service provider if this is how you treat longstanding customers. I have been with Verizon for 17 years and this is ridiculous. I proceeded to walk off, visibly upset and very loudly state, that this was something they should have advised us of at time of check in, instead of making us wait in 118 degree heat with 4 children. I wouldve just left the store as opposed to checking in and waiting for no reason when I cant wear a mask. We got in the car and right before we left my bf wanted to get their names to file a complaint. He parked again and got out to go get their names while the rest of us waited in the car. When he was approaching the store Matt and Tim quickly went inside as my boyfriend was saying politely excuse me sir multiple times. He then opened the door to get their names and again said excuse me sir to Matt to which Matts response was get out of here or I will call the police to which my boyfriend responded I am just asking your name. At the same moment Tim was walking toward the door and my boyfriend pointed to him and asked Matt what his name was, to which Matt responded with a raised voice Tim, now get out of here and they slammed the door on my boyfriends foot. My boyfriend is a director of a Hospice and knows how to handle distraught and irate individuals. He is a very calm person and would never threaten, swear at, or harass anyone. I was going to let this incident go and not file a complaint however, I believe Matt took it upon himself to file a ban request, banning me from all Verizon stores. Much to my dismay I awoke this morning to a letter from e
Unfortunately picked this store to pick up an ordered phone from. The young millenial out front, Jose was very demeaning. We are replacing a phone that wont turn on. We cant transfer apps we need. It is a work phone, so phone numbers ECT are very important. Jose stated they were doing no transfers in store, and they couldnt magically find the information on the phone, and laughing at me, stated that Verizon doesnt have the info on the phone saved. That was not even close to what we expected. We arent ignorant as he implied, we understand how things work.My suggestion is NEVER EVER go to this Verizon outlet store. Worthless, no help!
Custer service is amazing!
Very good 👍 they practice social distancing and as always had me in and out with my proplem fixed in no time.
People were rude!
Just received absolutely horrible service from Ruben at this location. Brought up more obstacles than solutions to solving my problem. As a company, just like other companies, they’re blaming Covid for the complete lack of true customer care.
Good customer service
Got the problem resolved and quickly on my way
Very slow. Inefficiently staffed. Had five reps in the store, only two were helping customers. Should think about cross training staff so when more than two customers are in store customers are provided with proper supported. Left after 30 minutes
Ben was the Best Representative Ive ever had as long as Ive been with Verizon!!!
Made an appointment and still didnt get helped
Couldnt get in without appt.
For the people who are computer illiterate that dont know how to work on phones or laptops or tablets or we cant get help we dont understand how to hook up phones how to transfer phones to a new phone we need the offices the stores to be open so they can walk us through it one on one not over the phone but from the store
After I dropped my phone in water, I figured I was due for an upgrade. My sister decided the same, and we moseyed to the Verizon store near our house. Drew greeted us with a bright smile and a friendly attitude, and after a spot of confusion with my trade-in options (there arent any; dont drop your phone in water. >.> ), I was able to get a new cell phone for a great price! Drew talked me through the entire process, and thanks to the Verizon cloud, I didnt even lose my notes or contacts. Awesome!! The store was clean and mostly empty even on a Sunday, and they had a great selections of cases to choose from. Drew was very knowledgable of all things Verizon, so that was a pleasant change! None of the animosity I usually see in Verizon stores. Even though it took a few hours, we walked out with new phones, and we couldnt be happier! Thanks so much, Drew!!
Great experience. We drive all the way from Gilbert to work with the crew out there. In the past we have purchased numerous phones from them.Last night, because I was having trouble with one of my kids phones (original Pixel XL) and was having difficulty getting the Verizon wireless support team to work well with me, I took it in, and within minutes, they were getting the problem solved, and I walked out, yet again, a happy customer.
Great service, always fix any problems we have
This verizon store was a pleasure to deal with. The employee who helped us was knowledgeable and personable even after a previous difficult customer. We left with everything we needed and are satisfied. Thanks!
I was satisfied with the customer service the first time I went to this location for service. I was told that my phone was no longer holding a charge and it needed to be replaced. I was satisfied with that diagnosis, I picked out the phone, they had it in stock. I was told that I should set up the phone at my house because it could take a long time using the stores WiFi.I got home and spent the next hour trying to set the phone up. I was having several problems getting the phone setup. I took the phone back to Verizon hoping that they could walk me through the setup process.Well I guess that’s too much to ask.I didn’t get help from Verizon, I was immediately told that I needed to contact the manufacturer of the equipment. My opinion is that Verizon took my money and a lot of, got me out the door without setting up my phone because “takes to long” then when I had an issue they placed the blame on someone else.I left reluctantly and very unhappy.I took my phone to the manufacturer and they took the necessary time to understand by setup problem. They determined that the cell phone that I got WAS NOT ACTIVATED. The service tech at the manufacturer removed the SIM card from my old phone and installed it in my new phone and the setup process was seamless after that.I am a Verizon customer because they have a solid network in the areas that I travel. But if Verizon wants to sell devices my suggestion is that you invest some time into training your staff to handle technical difficulties that come with selling devices. The fact is the sales team on the day that was there was lazy they didn’t activate the phone and didn’t take the time to understand my problem with the device.
I called and asked about a phone and plans for a senior. The guy said so many choices I really needed to come in. I did. First off they dont have a senior plan as advertised. Second it would cost me $75/month which is WAAAY more than I pay now through T-mobile. What a waste of time. Ive heard they have good service, but if you are looking for both good service and less money going out... THIS ISNT THE COMPANY FOR YOU!!
Jason was amazing!! Cannot thank him enough. He also put the game on so I didnt miss anything!! Thank you!!
Ive had a really positive experience anytime Ive come to a Verizon Wireless Store. However, this particular store seems to stand out in my mind as even MORE exceptional because of the consistency in excellence among each team member working with and utilizing each others strengths. I have personally benefited from the commradery between workers; I have witnessed other customers, too, be delighted by the service here rendered. Many times have I watched people go in confused and come out feeling that great geeky feeling everyone ought to enjoy from tech. I highly recommend this location and this stores staff for the novice and the power-user. These folks have it going on in a great helpful way!
Horrid service
Totally frustrated. Went to the Signal Butte store to take advantage of the free upgrade to the iPhone 7 with trade in of my old phone promo. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. 50 minutes later it’s my turn. I explain that I want to take advantage of the free upgrade. The girl (I am sorry I did not get her name – short, dark hair) told me if I wanted to upgrade to the i7 it would be $32.00 per month and that they don’t have any free upgrade promos. I tried to explain again that I saw the upgrade program on the Verizon website. The girl said “we never do that” and if I wanted the i7 it would be an additional $32.00 per month for 2 years. I left the store and called Verizon. Yes, they do have the free upgrade (with just a $20.00 upgrade fee which was stated on their website) and I had the new phone ordered in less than 10 minutes. No other charges. I will try to do all my future business via phone instead of going to the store. If I absolutely must go in to a store it will not be the one on Signal Butte. Not a good experience and a waste of an hour of my time.
Its always nice when we have to deal with Verizon stealing our money every month. Adding devices that arent ours and the glitching from their apps have. My Honeymoon weekend; go to pay $130 for my bill system glitches and steals $442 from our account, Our bank (Chase) doesnt believe this is fraud gives us a credit till the money is put back than takes the credit back two days later. Well five days, two business days later, we are negative $70 and $442 is still missing from our account. It doesnt take that long to put money back that wasnt fully posted from an account. Why is your company able to do this and why isnt it being fixed. Not including we pay $182 for two phones and they take $259 every month from us. Each bill we have is sixty dollars over what we owe and they just keep giving us our money back minus a couple $100 missing they dont think we notice. Moved from Cricket to Verizon because we go out in the desert hiking all the time and wanted to have service. Ya no, no service from Verizon, just roaming and they do charge us for roaming whenever our phones are still on. We should not have to babysit our bank account and your company because your corporation has lost site of what it is to care for your customers anymore.
We dont use this location anymore. Everytime we go in there for simple things like a charging cord or case it isnt in stock or not being made anymore so they want to show you the new more expensive choice. When you ask if another store would have it they look it up and say No other stores have it in stock either. A friend suggested the Verizon store by the old Toys R Us on Power Road in Mesa! They had everything in stock! Amazing! We only go there now!
Alex has to be one of the best Verizon Store Managers I have had the pleasure to meet. He allows his employees to do their job and only steps in when necessary. I can tell he attempts to instill in his staff the appropriate approach to customer service so rarely seen today, especially in cell phone stores.
If you have anything important to due, please go to another store. The wait here is unreal and half the time they wont be able to help you. Their inventory level is a load of poop as well. Dont come here if you are looking for good service.
After reading through the reviews online I was very apprehensive walking into this location. However, my husband and I had a very pleasant experience. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Matt helped us upgrade two of our phones and purchase an additional item. Matt seemed very knowledgeable and service was great.
Ive been going into this store since it opened mostly out of habit. At first, when they initially opened, you couldnt ask for better service. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Now, when I go there I wait for 15 to 30 minutes while the technicians are gathered enjoying themselves laughing like its BS session. They are skilled in avoiding eye contact not in fixing things. If they think you want to buy something, they are in your face.Even though I live just across the street from them, i drive 8 miles to another store with 5 star ratings.
Had a complicated phone transfer and the team walked me through all the issues to get it resolved. My thanks to Ben and Dane for being so professional and helpful !
Jaimie was super friendly and a great with her superb customer relations skills. A true joy to work with. Been a customer before they were Verizon and will continue.
Okay, The sales rep at this store only gets a one star.. His name is MATT. He is rude if you are not buying a phone i guess.. I bought a google phone about 3 months ago. Not a cheap phone as everyone knows, but a nice phone. The camera is not as good as the samsung cameras. When you take a picture that requires a flash, it has a delay. MATT told me that this delay cannot be changed. He told me to tell whoever I am taking a pic of to make sure they wait for the flash before moving.. I take alot of pics of my dogs and ferrets, and he said to give them treats to ensure they stay in the position i want the picture. REALLY, GIVE THEM TREATS.. then walked away saying I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU... Matt is not a good sales rep, and if you can, stay away from him..
Nice and clean and very helpful 👍👌
Update. This location is still great for me. I know some people complain but I really think sometimes they need to take a look at themselves and because the store is always been great for me only had a problem one time and they resolved it quickly.Great service. Theyve saved my company money with the best plan for my needs.
Dane helped us today and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful! Ill be back for my phone upgrade to see him in a couple months.
Sergio has great customer service and he made my afternoon at this Verizon store a happy experience.
One of the best Verizon Stores for customer service knowledgeable polite staff who actually try to resolve your issue
I regret that I did not get the name of the person that waited on me. From the time I walked in it was A+ service!!
I initially gave this store a 5 star review, because my experience in the store was great. Flash forward to today and I wake up to a disconnected account because they didnt update my auto pay so I was charged my old plans amount which is less than my new plans amount. Just what I wanted to deal with the day before my birthday :D
My favorite Verizon store! Great employees!! They have always been very dependable!
As always...great service. Very courteous and caring representatives. I got a new phone and my rep got all my info from my old phone into my new phone. It was a great buying experience.
Garbage customer service. My phone is not working. After driving all the way to the store to be helped they referred me to go online to put in an insurance claim... Are you kidding me? This is a business phone and I cant go without a usable phone for several days. They cant do anything for me at the store or give me a phone there to replace it even though I have an upgrade AND insurance I pay for it... what a joke. This was a technology issue with the phone they sold me and I paid for... they should have an easier and more helpful response to give me.
Verizon is top notch when it comes to customer service, my experience has always been pleasant every time I go there this is the reason I dont switch to any other carrier and have been a customer for over 10 years.
The staff are always very helpful.
I never caught our associates first name but my receipt says algalda-E1A1Y under rep. First this guy had zero personality or customer service skills. Instead of helping understand and/or fix a problem he argued about it causing the issue to never actually be resolved. Was in there upgrading several phones on our line and the whole time we felt rushed. I understand the store closes at 6pm but we were there well before closing and didnt purposely plan to still be there after closing but the wait time on getting help took forever + the arguing took up a nice chunk of time too. In retail you arent closed until the last customer leaves, yeah some (okay most) of the time that sucks because youre tired or have plans but thats the way it is. Got zero help on making sure phones properly transferred over or how to even use the phone (some of us switched brands). Will be going to another location when I have the time to get REAL help.
Alex the manager and Hayden were awesome! Got a bad sale at a different Verizon store the both were prompt in fixing it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be going back for ALL of my Verizon needs!
Appointments can be made, however the store is closed. What a joke of a company.
I asked about a particular program that they offered and the manager told me he had never heard of it. After I assured him that it existed, he went to his computer and found it but couldnt figure out how it worked. He ended up giving me a phone number to call and sending me on my way... Should customers have to teach the employees about the programs their company offers?
Great people great service the best phones an plans
Sergio was very helpful. Promptly solved our problems and was very informative as to what we did to cause the issues.Thank you for being there for us
Just went and got a new phone today. Now I’m definitely not the most tech savvy person so I wasn’t aware that everything had to be backed up to the iCloud before getting a new phone. So because of that I had to wait... the wait ended up being over 2 hours long! Luckily enough the person helping me (Joey) was amazing, helpful and entertaining. When Joey went on lunch break, The manager (who was suppose to check in and/or take over seemed very careless or nonchalant about the situation which was somewhat irritating. Joey kept coming by to check in with us and kept conversation going.Thank you and I hope you get your wallaby one day Joey! LOL 👍🏼
Why is store only opened a few days a week
