Very fast service on phone services

I had the same problem with this owner. He replaced my screen on my iPhone 11and within days it was having issues. He promised he would replace it free of charge, but he had to order an new one. But then he had a family emergency and when he came back, he no longer wanted to keep his promise. He now claims that I must have damaged the screen? How could I damage a broken screen? Even if it were true, the screen needed to be replaced. Please dont make the same mistake I did by going here for repairs.

The Man who repaired my phone screen did an excellent job. But today my phone kept disconnecting from wifi and when I went to reconnect it was greyd out. I used network reset and nothing happened. Then I went to the about on the system general settings and I saw the wifi address was n/a I just dont know if its hardware or anything? Any help?

Fantastic costumer service. I’ve been going here for some time now to get my phone fixed with issues such as a broken screen, phone no longer charging, and the most recent issue with my daughter breaking the charger tip inside her iPad. He always goes above and beyond with his work and is very prompt on fixing the devices to ensure I receive it back quickly.

I go to Sams Wireless to pick up items I ordered from Wish. Easy to find and staff is friendly and not to far from home.

Dont waste your time or money dealing with this shady repair shop. We just had our screen replaced on our iPhone 11 here and a week later it started going out because it was improperly installed. The edges of the screen are coming up causing distortion. The owner originally said he would cover it under warranty, but after getting the run around for 2 weeks, he now says we have to pay an additional $100 to get it repaired. We are not paying twice for something he messed up. Stay away from here at all costs.***Update: The owner had seen the phone and admitted it was a defective screen, but said he had to order it. Two weeks later when he was supposed to install the screen, he decided he wanted to charge an additional $100 and pretended it was damaged by a fall or something else. We had paid the additional cost for a screen protector at the time of the first installation but the owner doesnt cover defective products.

I had my screen replaced here trough a Groupon offer. The screen is very cheap and not even close to the original IPhone screen. It’s way too dark and typing is almost impossible, just writing this review is taking too long. I already brought it back to try again, but I think it’s just the horrible quality screen Sam uses. He is very nice, but it doesn’t make up for the bad service. Now I just have to pay an extra $100 to go somewhere else. There’s a reason it’s cheaper here!

I’m sorry I get it that there are special hours because of what’s going on but I just drove 32 miles to get here only to find out that it just so happens to be closed on Wednesday and Thursdays?!! Google has the updated temporary hours but not really! The damn store hours on the phone also did not say they were closed Wednesday’s and Thursday’s I’m completely beside myself with frustration! Absolute none sense on completely random as I’ll get out days!! Come on now!
