Traded in an old phone and these guys took good care of me. Probably the least packed Verizon store Ive seen so if you dont want to spend all day there or set up an appointment this location is definitely the spot to go! Specifically Ryan and Greg were incredibly friendly and cool, didnt rush me and both were happy to answer any questions I had. Ill definitely be making this my primary Verizon location.

Woody helped me initially. He as knowledgeable and professional. He knew what specials were available which made it worthwhile for me to upgrade. The phone was ordered and came in within 2 days. Jonathan helped me with the set up of the new phone. He ensured all my information transferred to the new phone. He was so patient when I didn’t recall my password. Additionally he helped explain features on my new phone and answered questions. He was not rushed and was so customer oriented. Great experience!

This Verizon sold me a screen protector for $80 that another Verizon had for $40 I suggest if you were looking for a authorized Verizon dealer you skip this place theyre just going to try to stick it to you

We walked in the store around 8pm on a Saturday night and were greeted with a warm welcome and told that he would be right with us. Anthony is the worker that helped us and he went above and beyond in holding conversation, showing he cared, explaining everything, and making sure we were understanding the process. Absolutely amazing experience. Verizon is lucky to have him. You can tell he really cares about his job and enjoys it. He is dedicated to his job and it shows, he ended up staying late to finish up everything he needed for my new phone. A lot of workers would be deeply annoyed, but he remained professional and extremely nice through the whole process. My family has been with verizon for almost 7 years now and this was the greatest interaction we have had in those 7 years by far. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Nice people. Would be careful though. Unfortunately I never recieved a credit on my account that was promised by the manager. Learned my lesson.. should of got it in writing. Also, phone insurance was somehow added onto my plan at this store with my new phone. Had to contact Verizon customer service to resolve the issue, which they did. Its a fine store, and like I said nice people but just be careful and double check everything.

Great service but accessory to charge my car they told me was $59 and it rang up with tax to $75! Pretty pricey

Recently our previous premium Verizon dealer company was purchased by another so forgive me for not having seen these current reviews under our new affiliated name. I am posting as a customer due to the limitations of Google reviews policies as I am not a direct owner of the business and am unable to directly reply to comments left here.To be perfectly frank several comments/reviews here are disheartening and I only wish I could have been directly involved in each so that I could have at least had the opportunity to truly remedy each individual situation.However, one comment here stands out as it names me personally.Not only is the comment unfairly harsh and very misleading but it also fails to make clear that no attempt was was ever made with me personally to address the situation nor does it speak to the fact that for the particular point of sale referenced the guest left extremely happy with their purchase and was given all necessary information so they felt informed . They also fail to mention they have been a guest of our location numerous times over the years for other purchases/assistance and have always been helped promptly and treated with great appreciation and respect.I personally have, do, and always will, pride myself in the fact that I take care of every single guest we are fortunate to have to the up most of my ability. Should any concern ever arise I try my very best to correct it whenever possible. Our customers are treated just like family and I appreciate every single one of them as such.Now that being said we are all human, and mistakes can and will happen. We will always have room to improve. Went in to check out upgrading phones, didn’t feel any Pressure i’ve been pushed into purchasing anything that I didn’t want.

We came in just shopping to see if we could get a better deal than our current provider. We worked with Jacob and he was able to save us almost $50 a month. He was patient and worked with us answer al our questions and helped when we didn’t have the right PIN number to switch over.

Very nice and easy transaction.. My husband and I went in to get him a new phone, it had to be ordered. It came the next day.. I ended up with a new phone also.. Very nice gentlemen.

Black Friday sale, associates busy. They handled everyone in a timely fashion.Husband and so many questions and they were excellent at answering regardless of how busy they were.

The guys really knew their job really well and helped out to the fullest of their capabilities. And cut me a great deal.

The manager, Ryan, was able to fix, in 12 minutes,issues with my account that I have tried to get fixed for months. He was extremely friendly and helpful.

The manager needs to improve on his customer service skills and work on his attitude, the representative was helpful with the information I needed. I was just curious about a new phone upgrade the representative provided useful information. Although after the experience with the manager I will not return to this store, please take my advice go to a real Verizon store for your phone services.

Galaxy S4 no SIM card message. Store manager told me SIM cards dont go bad. Asked him to try a new SIM card just to see. Manager put new one in and held my phone to where I couldnt see the screen and told me it didnt change anything and that it could be hardware but I was prob just due for an upgrade. Took it to All Matters Mobile. They put an AT&T SIM card in it and said the SIM reader is working fine and that I should go to the Tempe Marketplace Verizon and not back to this location. Told employee at Tempe Marketplace the story and said Of course SIM cards go bad. Let me go get you a new one. Didnt try to persuade me to upgrade. Now my phone works great. Wont return to this location.

Great store. Everyone who works there is super nice and willing to help. Other Verizon stores always seem rude, with their only objective being sales. But these guys really seem to care about getting me what I needed.

I went in to ask what I can do about keeping my number while I am overseas for over a year and Ralph was absolutely the best! He helped me out quickly, efficiently and there was a man next to him who interjected during our conversation to help me understand a problem I had. Kudos to them. I really left content which was something I didnt expect.

I would recommend that no one buys a phone from the Verizon store through A Wireless at Superstition Springs Mall the only reason Im giving them one star is because that is the lowest that I can give them. I went into the store to get an upgrade for my wife and I asked them the manager Ryan if he could check on my upgrade for a phone for my wife. He checks and then he begins to tell me that because Im still paying on my phone that she doesnt have an upgrade and and then places the upgrade on the third line which he said nothing about it to me. Be very careful of this manager up there as he is very deceptive. He is a fast talker and likes to confuse people on what they can do and what they cant do. He also gave me this bundle package with the tablet that I told him that I did not want and I told him to take that off of my my account and he refused to do it. Instead he told me to just take it home and if you dont want it and you decide that you dont want to keep it just bring it back and well take it off. So we did and thats where all the problems started. We only had the phone activated one day and my wife did not like the glass protector that they put on there because it didnt cover the whole screen. So we took the phone back within the 14 days and I took the tablet back also. Trying to get them to honor that was like pulling teeth. It turned out to be almost a four-hour Fiasco where we didnt get out of the store until around 9:30 at night and still had no solution for this. I had to get Verizon involved and it was another day of talking to two or three other people in order to try to get our money back. This company is a con company. I would do everything I could to stay away from them. Not only that, we are very disappointed in Verizon because they literally could not do anything about it to make them return our money even though we returned everything that we had bought. You dont try to sell people a phone and take the liberty to put it on the third line without asking them or telling them that thats what youre doing. This is exactly what the manager did. After 10 years as a customer all I can say is goodbye Verizon. We have never, ever had a problem like this in buying a phone and we have bought many many phones from Verizon.

Awesome store great workers

My husband and I went here and had a terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. We both had phone upgrades and the workers told us if we wanted to do the upgrade we owed over $1,000! He kept saying well...upgrades arent free?! Which we were aware of and werent expecting it to be but over $1,000?! We left irritated and went to another store where we got it all figured out and left happy and only spending $160 for two upgraded phones and all the bells and whistles. I will never be doing business with this store again.

I went to the store just to ask a question and Anthony informed me of promotions that allowed me to get an iPhone 11 for only $9 more than what I’m paying. He took his time to help me.

Went in to trade our 2 phones. Didnt process one of them. Processed the wrong phone number and screwed up the port over. over $900 in over billing due the multilayered screwup. Asked for the manager with a 3 way call through corporate customer service. They found the 2nd phone after a 45 min argument with the representative. Their reps lied to the central customer service rep and said the rep tommy wasnt their, asked for a manager and said the manager wasnt there. Call was recorded. Reps chuckled at our frustration eventhough the call was recorded. I asked repeatedly for help and they wanted us to simply go away! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! Worst service in the world!!!!!!

I have been with this store as a customer for 4 years and 3 phones. Some of the kids who work there are a bit low on their knowledge, but the senior staff, and the manager know their stuff. Ive always received nothing but the utmost service, and they have fixed any problem which comes up.

Scam, they will tell you anything to make a sell. The clerk in this store told us that in exchange for transferring from sprint to Verzion that Verzion would send us $600.00, that was over 6 months ago. When stopping in the store and asking about the money twice, both times they said it was on the way. After escalating to corporate, they now say their was no $600.00. Lesson learned, do not go to 3rd party stores, only work with the corporate stores.

Miserable..talked me in big time for a plan...now..I owe bigtime..did not help whatsoever..all of the sudden forgot the agreement we had made...never received the free gear by mail...I didnt want to even give it a 1 star..seriously..your better off at a phone exchange salesman or..not a third party..save your receipts..be a pain if you have to...

Terrible customer service. (Friday morning 3/29/19) Guy behind the counter said I dont know how to fix your issue in connecting to the internet on your flip phone. Said he never worked on a flip phone and that was that. Really?.....Why put someone behind the counter who doesnt know how to service the phones you sell in addition to the attitude.
