My family has been purchasing phones from this store for a decade or more. I purchased my iPhone 11 in November 2019 together with a GoAdvantage program. The program was to provide 3 screen protectors within a two-year period. I returned last year (2020) and had my screen protector replaced and was told at that time I had one left and reminded that it expired in November 2021. I went back this week to have my screen protector replaced before the expiration date and was told the company no longer honors that program. I was also told that it was only for one year (which is not what I was told when I purchased it). I went home and found my receipt where I paid $79.99 for the GoAdvantage program they sold me. I called the store and was told to come back the next day and speak with the store manager, Skyler, and that he would be there until 5 pm. I arrived at 4:30 pm (after getting off work) to discover he had left for the day. I was again told they discontinued the program. They made no effort to make the customer (me) happy. No offer of a screen protector or even one at a discounted price. They said they were sorry. When you pay for a service you have a reasonable expectation that you will get what you paid for. Not so in this case. They could easily have honored the remaining programs that customers had already purchased. I realize it is not the store employees fault the company discontinued this service but I do fault them in their customer service. I will not be recommending this store to any friends or family in the future. Nor will I be doing business with them. He took the time to answer my questions and explained everything very excellent, he was very patient and helpful since this was my first Iphone I had several questions he took the time to answer all of my questions. I was promised a $150 Visa card for moving from Sprint to Verizon. It’s been months. No one at the store or customer service is willing to help. Feel like it’s a classic bait and switch. Very disappointed!I sent an email on July 5. No response. So disappointed.

Daniel such an amazing service provider. He did all he could to get me to my dream upgrade. Daniel give perfect customer service; he had the manager hand delivered me my galaxy s7 edge in gold. (They did not have this style in there building). I highly suggest to go to him to get all your needs met. He doesnt even mind going through everything in order to get you the best price and service.

I just left this store and I had one of the best new phone shopping experiences, because Skylar and Daniel were awesome! They were both super nice, helpful and listened to what I said and wanted. They did not try to push anything on me, or anything I did not need, and they helped me setup my phone as quick as they could, because I was in a hurry. I would definitely purchase from this store again, if i am in the market for a new phone or some new accessories.
Great store! We came in and were helped by a young man named Jose. He helped us get the phones we needed and helped with all the set up. His manager was very knowledgeable and helped us with accessing our account. Who knew we made a pin up for it? She was extremely helpful and you can tell she takes pride in her store and her employees customer service.

After a couple of frustrating visits to a different Verizon store, I was ready to give up. Then I went to Verizon Go Wireless in Mesa Riverview. Alex was terrific at helping me find the right phone at the right price and moved all my information over to the new phone. When I had questions later that day, they walked me through it. My phone could not be repaired, so I had to buy a new phone. Schuyler was my person who handled my purchasing a new Samsung S6. He was so patient no matter how many questions I asked. He made what can be a trying experience---very pleasant. He is a personable, efficient and knowledgeable young man. Everyone at this story goes out of their way to be helpful. I would not go to any other Verizon store....this store is the best!!

I would give this no stars if I could, but it wont post without at least one. I came in a week ago to get my screen protector replaced. The guy at the front was not helpful at all. He didnt seem like he wanted to help and was kind of rude. He said they would have to order my phone protector because they didnt carry it. All he did was write my number on a post-it, stick it in a drawer, and said they would call me in a few days. What a liar! I paid for the lifetime replacement. This company does not deliver and its customer service is horrible at this location. I called during business hours and no one answered!!! HORRIBLE!
I was helped by a man named Kaleb. He was AMAZING! He was so seeet and took as much time as was needed helping me, answered every question I had, if he wasn’t sure he let it be known he wasn’t 100% and asked others in front of me to get the correct answer, and the best thing is that no one wants to be played with when it comes to their hard earned money and he was 100% up front about the finical part and broke everything down and explained where my money was going. Usually they say one thing and you look at your bank account and it’s another. Nope, not this time. finally found someone in customer service in this line of work that is 100% ALL the way around. if you are able to get serviced by Kaleb, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Schuyler was extremely competent and helpful. We were having a hard time finding a data plan to fit our sales team and he knew exactly what we needed and set us up quickly. Nice work.
We went in to sign a Verizon contract in order to get a new phone (the same style but just a new one). The phones here are less expensive than going to an actual Verizon store or ordering through Verizon on line. This makes it worth going here. We paid $50, but will get it back through a rebate. The same phone at Verizon would have been $100 minus the $50 rebate, making it a $50 out of pocket cost!However, the first time I went in, the woman made it very clear to me that the style of phone I was choosing would require no money down at all and no rebate to process. The next day when she was gone, the story changed.Also, we had no idea we were dealing with a store that is not really a Verizon store, since the words Go Wireless are not predominant in their signage. So there are TWO contracts that you sign - one with Go Wireless and one with Verizon!We didnt realize this until we got home, because when you sign the contract electronically, it is not even printed so you can read it! When we got home and looked through the paperwork, we were very nervous about what we had signed.When my husband read that there will be a $30 upgrade fee which will appear on our Verizon bill, he blew a gasket, since the salesman hadnt mentioned this. He called to talk to the manager who convinced him that that is a charge from Verizon which applies to every one of their customers. I did verify that through Verizon customer service.My advice to other customers: Take heed, the sales people are fuzzy about the fees and rebate information which will affect you. Ask for a printout of the contract before you sign so you can ask about all that the salesman forgot to tell you. If you are willing to go through this extra diligence, I think you will save enough money that it will be worth it.
Went to this store end of May 2018 to get my elderly mother an iPhone so we can face time, it is a lot of phone for her and she can’t really hear so we needed help from a very patient employee and we got one, his name is Van, he was sweet polite and so helpful for my mother lol even kindly and caringly at one point tried to get her into a more user friendly phone, he was concerned about her needs and not the sale. If we ever need Verizon again we will go there. Thank you Van you deserve a raise!!
Ive been with Verizon before but Im glad I went to this specific location. A level of professionalism Id never think to see from a phone store. Joey was the one who helped me and he was very efficient and definitely knew what he was talking about. He didnt try and sell me anything I didnt need, something I cant say about other phone stores.

Adam Martinez, in less than 45 minutes had my new phone identical to the one I had before. Id purchased the Pixel 2 from another location, sorry about that, so when my phone had been badly damaged and received a new one through insurance, Id gone to where I purchased it. Not only did most of the data not transfer, it took them over 2 hours to do it. Adam greeted me with a smile and professionally. After explaining my issue hed assured me he could take care of it. As sceptical as I was, he did a fantastic job and explained to me what he was doing and also showed me more about my phone than I knew before. One of the brst customer service experiences Ive ever had!!

They were wonderful and so patient - was able to get all of my old information off of my old phone and put on my new phone - including almost 400 pictures. Also - showed me how to use my new phone - I bought the phone in Sarasota Florida and the salesman didnt even show me how to turn it on or off and said he could NOT transfer any information- Van at this Verizon was excellent- spent almost 2 hours with me - not getting anything for his time - and he wouldnt even let me buy him a soda or coffee or anything- COME TO THIS STORE FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

I switched to Verizon only after being promised that I qualified for a promotion to receive a 300 dollar visa card with a trade in. I expressed to Christopher Kim a few times the importance of this so I could pay off my sprint phone. He assured me to the point he showed me a verizon visa card from his own wallet to show me what I would get in the mail. As I feared, I received an electronic gift card that can only be used at Verizon.
McKay and Matthew were awesome my phone wasnt working correctly. People couldnt hear me and I couldnt hear them. They were so polite and quick thank you very much
I had Schuyler help me get the new iPhone 7 on launch day. I came in a week before and he helped me preorder it so that I could pick it up on the day it came out. When I came to pick it up, there was an issue with my account and Schuyler helped me deal with the issue- he helped me for about an hour on one of the busiest days of the year. He got me all set up and my iPhone was working and set up before I even walked out the door. Couldnt be more pleased!

Visited this location this afternoon, due to my multiple negative experiences with the Alma School and Baseline location, to replace my screen protector and spoke with Shay and Kenny. I let them know my situation and they were more than willing to assist. Shay removed my poorly placed screen protector and applied the new one. I let him know he didnt have to hurry so he took his time and nailed the new one. The screen is now perfectly placed without the unnecessary air pockets and lint, free of charge. Youre the man Shay!

LONG WAIT TIMES, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Came in about a week ago to switch a line from a family account to an individual account. Whole process took a little more than an hour. At the time I was not too busy so I didnt mind the long process time; nonetheless Ive done this process a few times before and it didnt take no more than 30min. It was clear that the agent assisting me with this task was not trained well and had to ask for help from the two other agents (apparently from their name tags were the assistant manager and manager) who could clearly see their agent struggling but did not once voluntarily come help smooth out the process. Came in again to get some clarification on my bill and was greeted by an a agent who said hello, well be right with you. After standing around waiting for someone to attend me for about an hour I was just about to leave but thats when the same agent who said theyd be right with me finally was free but instead of assisting me they went ahead and assisted someone else who had got there after I had. Ive been a customer with Verizon for years and have visited their other locations for help and I can only say that the Mesa river view locations is by far the worst and could use some new management.
